Everything was perfect! We loved the room. And the kitchen amenities, washer and dryer were totally unexpected but a perfect addition to have! Definitely will be back!

Extremely disappointed with our stay. We needed a larger place with a kitchen and a friend stayed here a few years ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this stay was not a positive experience at all. The elevator was broken the entire time. Working for 1x day out of our week long trip. They got concerns and complaints from families and other people staying at the hotel and didn’t address anyone’s concerns. The A/C in our room was broken. We asked the front desk multiple times if there was anything they could do and they said “it’s just the A/C that we have”. We totally understood that the A/C might not be strong but it was not working at all and 4 out of the 7 days were 95+ outside. We asked if they had a fan that could be put in our room and they replied “no”. That same evening, we came back from dinner and the person at the front desk had a fan blowing on them. These are small inconveniences, but this last one put us over the edge. We came back to our hotel after a baking class to drop off our items. When we walked into the room, there was a random man there. Mind you, we’re 20 year old girls and we’re terrified. When we asked who he was and what he was doing in our room, he responds with “I work at the hotel and was resetting your TV”. He quickly then left the room. We do believe he worked for the hotel. However, we were told no one would be entering our room (not even cleaning staff as the they only clean 1x a week). Very disappointed is an understatement.

Situé tout près d'une station de métro/ bus. Plusieurs restaurants dans les environs. Personnel très gentil. Parfaite petite cuisinette bien équipée pour 2 personnes. Nous apprécions la formule "sans ménage" avec un libre-service pour les serviettes et draps.

this was a great hotel. only stayed one night but it was close to everything, the metro, Eiffel tower, shopping and food. you can also see the Eiffel tower from the room window that we stayed in. the room was spacious, also love how they offer unlimited coffee and refill water station.

Convenient location, ok price (for Paris) and quite comfy room. The train is as intrusive as people say, it rumbles through the building every 3 mins but you do get used to it - It's the ones under ground not the elevated one that makes all the noise. When we stayed the second lift was out of action so the most frustrating thing was waiting for that, it's quite small as well so there were queues at times. Slow to respond to communications. The staff when we arrived were otherwise quite pleasant and we were able to leave our bags with them before checking in. Coffee, tea and water in the lobby free which was a nice touch. Ok for one night to get that view of the Eiffel tower from your room!

We had a comfortable stay. The location is great but the hotel wasn’t what we expected. The amenities were very limited and the rooms are only cleaned once a week. If you need fresh towels, toilet paper or sheets you need to go get them yourself from a designated closet area in the second floor. The property is outdated and the bathroom and showers are in need of a serious renovation. The beds are comfortable and having a kitchenette in the room was very helpful. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Excellente localisation. Transports en commun très accessibles. Monoprix de l’autre côté de la rue avec une grande variété de produits frais et prêts à manger. Sinon, propreté de la chambre et des corridors perfectible. Un seul ascenseur sur les deux était fonctionnel lors de notre passage. Mais la clim était fonctionnelle et suffisamment efficace pour tenir la chambre au frais et ce malgré les très chaudes températures.

Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite match what was shown in the photos. It seems the pictures were taken quite some time ago, as the hotel looked noticeably older and more worn in person. The breakfast area felt stuffy with poor ventilation, and there was only one staff member serving, which made the service quite slow. On the second day, many breakfast items had run out, and despite reminding the staff multiple times, not everything was replenished. Additionally, the water dispenser stopped working from the second day and was never replaced. Overall, the breakfast and service were disappointing. I hope the management takes steps to improve these issues.

La proximité avec la Tour Eiffel et le métro Par contre, le bruit du métro est omniprésent. À tout les 5 minutes. On finit par s’habituer mais il faut s’y attendre. Réception acceptable. Mais gros point négatif, la chambre n’est fait qu’une fois par semaine. Nous sommes arrivés un mercredi et la chambre a été fait le vendredi… nous quittions le vendredi suivant… c’est très ordinaire.

This property is located in a busy area and right across the street from the metro station. Sometimes we kept the windows open but when closed they did a good job of keeping the noise level very low. It is within walking distance to anything you may need from Boulangerie to a pharmacy right around the corner. We got a room with a view of the Eiffel tower and got to enjoy the light show in the evenings, also it is about a 10-15 min walk from the tower. The room was very clean and so was the lobby area. Staff was always very friendly and helpful.

There are no slippers in the bedroom; you have to request it before your arrival, along with an iron for your clothes and hangers, in addition, the room is not cleaned if you are staying less than 7 days. Also, you have to go to the 2nd floor to pick up toilet paper and towels. It’s a pretty much self serve hotel. You also have to ask about WiFi access. There is no pamphlet or welcome card with information. The front desk doesn’t take initiative on communicating with guest and are not o too friendly. Overall the hotel location serves its purpose as a place to stay temporarily for your short visit.

エキスペディアの案内ではホテルサービスの項目の清掃毎日と表記があったがチェックイン時ホテル側からレジデンスタイプなので7日に一回の清掃と案内され不快に感じた。清掃の条件は事前に確認した方がよいと思います。 タオル交換やトイレットペーパーペーパーはフロントにもらいに行かないともらえません。

The pictures do not reflect the reality of the rooms. My friend and I each booked a room, and both had the same issues. The photos show modern, clean rooms, but in reality, they were not the same at all. Kitchen and bedding cleanliness were acceptable for a 3 stars not 4, but the bathroom was dirty, with a poorly fixed glass shower divider causing water to spill. The drain was clogged and slow. The hotel corridors were old, had no air conditioning, and smelled musty. The breakfast room was very small and unventilated. I took a couple of pictures from the bathroom on our first day.

As you are right next to the train station, the rails being above ground you’ll frequently hear loud trains passing by every few minutes. The heating conditions are fairly odd as we turned it up to the maximum heat but the room nearest the entrance and living room area will still be fairly chilly for the one bedroom with Eiffel view.

Air conditioning didn't work. The website said air conditioning available but when we asked they said compressor wasn't turned on yet. It was very hot in early June and we were out of luck which was disappointing. They did give us a fan which helped a bit. Laundry service was challenging to use as were appliances and there were no instructions. Internet was excellent. Great location near restaurants, grocery, bakery, subway and Eiffel Tower.

The staff was excellent, very inviting. We had a balcony room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and it didn't disappoint. Easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower too. Multiple cafes across the street. So plenty of food choices, and if you really must there is a McDonald's and a Star bucks close by. Very close to Metro. Would definitely stay here again

Deceptive listing – total disappointment We booked the most expensive room because the photos showed a beautiful balcony with a great view—that was the only reason we chose this hotel. When we arrived, there was no balcony. When we asked the front desk, they told us, “Don’t look at the pictures, read the description.” Seriously? We spent hours trying to get a refund through Expedia while the hotel staff stalled, acted rude, and made zero effort to make things right. We had only booked one night, specifically for the balcony photos—but instead, we got scammed out of both our time and money. If you’re booking here based on the photos, don’t. It feels like they do this kind of thing all the time.

Dette er ikke 4 stjernes hotell. Bra beliggehet ( og får sannsynligvis alle stjernene for det), ca 10 min gange til Eiffeltårnet. Det var ok størrelse på leiligheten vi hadde og området rundt hotellet hadde alt. MEN hotellet ligger oppå metroen,så det rister i hele bygget når den går ( noe som er ofte, starter tidlig og slutter seint) Det er veldig lytt mellom vegger og golv/ tak. Når naboen over flytter på stolene( som var av plast) så skraper det godt i gulvet og lager høye lyder under. Så her man man belage seg på å bli vekt kl. 0530, som skjedde med oss. Sengene var HARDE og ubehagelig. Kommer ikke til å bli bo her igjen.

The property was tired and the bed was very firm so both my wife and me were not able to sleep well. The room was also tired with chips out of the bath and flooring. Also lots of scuff marks on the skiting and lower walls indicating no renovation in a while. This together with the popcorn ceiling and older smaller TVs in the large rooms I dont believe it is worth the cost of the rooms. Still 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and 50-60 minute walk to Champs Elysee.

We’ve been travelling through London and Paris for two weeks and this was my favourite hotel of all. We booked an Eiffel Tower view and were on the 6th floor. Despite thinking we would just get a glimpse of the top, we got a stunning view, which was even more beautiful at night when it was all lit up. The room was really spacious, with a kitchenette and desk area. There is a laundry (pay per use) at the hotel as well which was great. Shower was great. Walkable to lots of major sight-seeing places, and you couldn’t be closer to the metro - it’s right outside the door. Because of this, there is a little train noise when the window is open, but being winter our windows were mostly shut so this didn’t bother us at all.

This hotel is very convenient in every way. Just a minute walk to the metro, close to the Eiffel Tower, and the room was spacious and very clean. Customer service was excellent. I was especially impressed with the complimentary pastries (almost every day) and the daily beverages. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from just downstairs. I will definitely come back to Paris.

The property is conveniently located near train, Eiffel and restaurants. My issue was with my check in process and construction noise throughout the day (especially morning hours). The nighttime clerk was unfriendly, and unhelpful. We booked through Expedia and arrived at the hotel late in the night. And stood in the lobby for over an hour calling Expedia because the clerk simply said he didn’t see us, and offered no assistance. We were not informed about the construction which started early in the morning. The day front desk crew were phenomenal huge difference from the tall night guy with zero customer service skills.

The staff was very communicative. The rooms and apartments are great, clean and comfortable. The floors of the building could have a better care of, like the carpets on different floors. It is very centric and has the metro station right in front and several restaurants near by. Totally recommend.

The location of this property is great, but staff was rude, didn't try to help with broken air conditioning or the lack of an ironing board - finally had the night reception at least bring us a fan... we were hung up on us when trying to request assistance, reception was not friendly when we arrived, and just overall a poor experience.

I have stayed at Citadines in London in the past and had a pleasant experience, that’s why I decided to book Paris location as well, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced, unwelcoming and lazy staff, no greetings wether I was coming in or out, the room was not ready at 3pm which is the check in time, they did not help us with the lugagge, at times they would leave the front desk unattended, and the front door does not open unless you swing your card, so if you were carrying something on your hands and couldn’t reach your purse to grab the card, you would be left outside until they decided to come back to the front desk, there is a coffee machine in the lobby, but they would never replenish the cups and sugar, wouldn’t change the towels or clean the room…it was just terrible… Zero stars.

Great location with a spectacular view of the Eiffel tower from our room. Close distance to many cafes, bakery’s and grocery. The train station is across the street as well. My wife and I were very happy with this hotel. We felt very safe, it is definitely in more of an upper class neighbourhood.

This property is located in a busy area and right across the street from the metro station. Sometimes we kept the windows open but when closed they did a good job of keeping the noise level very low. It is within walking distance to anything you may need from Boulangerie to a pharmacy right around the corner. We got a room with a view of the Eiffel tower and got to enjoy the light show in the evenings, also it is about a 10-15 min walk from the tower. The room was very clean and so was the lobby area. The location near by subway station was the best. There are many restaurants and stores near the hotel was also awesome. Only one elevator was able to work during staying in the hotel was uncomfortable a bit, but other than that was mostly great.

The property has excellent location, steps from the metro and plenty of dining options. Our room had direct view to the Tour Eiffel, spacious perfect for up to 4 people. The have complimentary machine coffee and other beverages in the lobby. We enjoyed the hot chocolate very much with the cold weather. The downside was the constant non stop train noise and vibration. Also they charge for cleaning but you can get your own towels and more on the second floor.

Great stay overall! Eiffel Tower view was incredible. Small negative is the bathroom had a strange odor and water spills easily from the shower tub. Convenient location for public transport. Coffee and tea in the lobby is a nice touch.

The metro is right across the street and plenty of good options for food and shopping near by . The room was a little cold but turn the heat up in the bathroom . And leave door open to heat the whole room. Coffee and hot chocolate station in lobby was nice to have avail at all times.

this was a great hotel. only stayed one night but it was close to everything, the metro, Eiffel tower, shopping and food. you can also see the Eiffel tower from the room window that we stayed in. the room was spacious, also love how they offer unlimited coffee and refill water station.

Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite match what was shown in the photos. It seems the pictures were taken quite some time ago, as the hotel looked noticeably older and more worn in person. The breakfast area felt stuffy with poor ventilation, and there was only one staff member serving, which made the service quite slow. On the second day, many breakfast items had run out, and despite reminding the staff multiple times, not everything was replenished. Additionally, the water dispenser stopped working from the second day and was never replaced. Overall, the breakfast and service were disappointing. I hope the management takes steps to improve these issues.

Hotel was centric. We were able to walk to several landmarks including the Eiffel Towel. The room itself was comfortable. As family with small kid we appreciated having a washer/dryer in the suite. The breakfast was amazing; the lounge was a little small and felt little bit packed. The personnel speaks English and Spanish; very helpful with getting us information on transportation to move around Paris.

Fantastic location. Studio was great. Everything you need. We had a garden view room. The local market outside on Sunday was a bonus for our picnic under the Eiffel tower only a cpl of mins walk away. Coffee machine was a lovely touch and slippers in the room. We will stay again.

The pictures do not reflect the reality of the rooms. My friend and I each booked a room, and both had the same issues. The photos show modern, clean rooms, but in reality, they were not the same at all. Kitchen and bedding cleanliness were acceptable for a 3 stars not 4, but the bathroom was dirty, with a poorly fixed glass shower divider causing water to spill. The drain was clogged and slow.
