This property is well maintained and very close proximity to the Eiffel Tower!! A quick 5 minute walk and you are in front of the Eiffel Tower! Very close to the metro station that we used for most of our stay. Very quiet Hotel with a lot of amenities. With my upgrade the hotel arranged a rose, Champaign, and Macaroon greeting once we entered our room. As we arrived early (prior to check in time) the hotel graciously took care of our luggage while we started our visit to a local cafe. Upon returning to the hotel they had our room ready and luggage already delivered!!

We were blown away by this hotel. We wished we had stayed there for our entire trip. The room was identical to the photos, the bathroom was spacious, clean and had nice products. When we arrived the Concierge/Front desk was charming, funny and so helpful. I think his name was Loie. He needs to be cloned. When we got to our room there was a handwritten welcome note with a package of macrons. There were great complimentary beverages in the room. The towels were huge, sumptuous and absorbent. I also loved that there was a great niche for the luggage. So many rooms you struggle to find a spot for your bags, but not here. They had a complimentary adapter, they arranged a top notch car service to the airport and had a live person call us to wake up. We had to leave before breakfast, but what a beautiful array of breakfast items. I have nothing but only great things to say about this hotel. Oh, I forgot about the 24 hour bar in the lobby. It doesn’t get any better than that. And it doesn’t break your budget.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The birds Coco and Oscar were very sweet on the main floor. Staff were helpful with recommendations.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice. The room was great. The two pet birds in the lobby was a cute thing to have as well.

Location was biggest plus for me. Inconsistent disposition of staff members: from exceptionally friendly and helpful; to cold and indifferent. Awoke to construction sounds (hammering and drilling) outside my window (from adjacent building). Dog (in adjacent room) barked throughout my stay. Corner of comforter bedding torn/worn. Not all items replaced daily (e.g. bar soap). Returned to room around 4pm one day and bed / room had not yet been attended to (had been absent all day). Overall, with a few tweaks, would consider returning.

Check in was good. Hit by strong musty oder when I got off the elevator. Inside the room there were multiple flies buzzing around. Shower poorly designed hard to use without getting water everywhere. Kept finding new flies through out the night. At one a beetle crawled out of the drain. Staff was minimally helpful. This place is no where near the value of its cost, even with the great location. Really hoping I did not pickup bed bugs...

From the moment I arrived at the hotel. The staff was helpful with assisting me with carrying my bags inside the hotel as I was traveling with a child. Staff was pleasant and answered all my questions. The room was meticulously clean. The bathroom is quite small and it has a tub instead of walk in shower however it was very clean. I forgot my pictures in the room but the staff was kind enough to upload them and sent them to me via email. I felt that was going above and beyond. It is located in a safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and close to the metro.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. We booked the executive room. The AC worked well, the rooms were clean and well maintained, bathrooms were new and even provided a makeup mirror, hair dryer and clothes steamer. It was very close to many restaurants and the Eiffel Tower, and had a supermarket across the street that had all of the necessities you may need for your trip. It was an excellent choice.

I think the description is misleading. I did not have a view to the Eiffel tower or view at all. my room was very small and short on space.

Hôtel was ok, the staff was really nice. Although there was no WiFi, which is vital when you are in a foreign country. But the property itself was really nice, specially the bathroom area.

Decent 4-star hotel. Close to Eiffel Tower (5 min walk) and Champs Élysées (30 min walk) and also to a few metro stops. Staff is okay, won’t go out of their way to help you. The area around the hotel is pretty safe too. The room itself is fine, decent size, clean. One issue the room isn’t soundproof so you can hear the room next door if they’re a little loud or in the hall. You can get breakfast included for 18 euros per person, but that’s expensive for what it is.

Two issues for us. First the bathtub is 20" so it was very deep and hard for me to enter. Second issue is the location. We had difficulty finding the hotel when walking back from the Metro because the street markings are not intuitive in Paris.

Very friendly staff who look to make your stay enjoyable. Had an issue with air conditioner and was addressed quickly with follow up to confirm. Akin to a boutique hotel but with more charm and attention to guests. Room very clean and well maintained. Location near Eiffel Tower and other sites of tourism.

This hotel is small but mighty. The staff are really nice and friendly. Super clean ! And it is in a great spot in the city. Is close enough to walk to restaurants and even the Tour Eiffel, yet still secluded enough to have a quiet and restful night. Totally recommend !

Et même après que je lui réponde en montrant clairement mon mécontentement il a continué “carte d’identité de tous les occupants “ un gendarme d’autoroute après avoir fait un excès de vitesse montre plus de politesse du jamais vue Quand les années derrière un comptoir d’accueil deviennent trop pesante il est temps de changer de job mais svp plus dans l’hôtellerie

This is not a 4 star property. I stayed in 4 and 5 star properties in France during my escorted tour and this was my last stop. I booked this hotel on my own as I wanted to stay two extra nights in Paris. The star rating is based on information from Expedia and it’s inaccurate. I’m not going to trust Expedia for ratings anymore. When my driver pulled up, I knew something was wrong when I saw that it was in an area that is residential with trash at the corner streets and debris litter on the curb. Dog poop was seen on the streets and on front of property. I even took a picture of the trash because that was my marker to tell me how close I was to my hotel. Check -in was weird. The man that greeted us was not professional, and he seemed off when he kept making jokes that were offputting when we were trying to check in. Not a 4 star service. At night time we hear loud screaming in the hallways and in the front of the property as it was in a residential area. They even have a sign that tells the guest to please keep the noise down for courtesy of other guests. The second night as I was passing by the small lobby, I see people laying on the sofa with their feet up. This is a hotel not your bedroom. Again, a big no-no and management should’ve said something. I feel unsafe in this neighborhood. It is not in a touristy area. It is in a residential area surrounded by one bakery and two supermarkets. The only positive thing about this place is it is right next to a bakery

We loved the staff in this hotel as everyone, from desk staff through maintenance staff went out of their way to make you feel special. They did the extra small things that made a visit special and personalized.

Bon hôtel proche de la tour eiffel. De nombreux restaurants a proximité. Et un petit Auchan juste a côté de l'hôtel. Le personnel très polis. Néanmoins ne commander pas de taxi avec l'hôtel pour allez a la gare. Il mon commander un taxi spécial 45 euros pour allez a la gare montparnasse alors que la course en vaut 10. Sachant que le chauffeur me dit que c'est plus cher car l'hôtel prend 20 euros. Je trouve que c'est une belle arnaque car moi je demandé et l'ai dit je veux un "TAXI". On diras que sa fait partis des petite arnaque de Paris. A part cela tout est parfait.

For the most part our stay was lovely. The concierge when we arrived was the epitome of the Parisian snob and he did not deign to lower himself to speak to me afterwards, only my husband. We requested more coffee pods and it was an argument to get them, but we finally did. The housekeeping staff was excellent.

Amamos Le Marquis by Inwood, estuvimos 6 días en París, la atención excepcional en front desk el señor que nos atendió nos dio una cálida bienvenida y habla español. Sin dudarlo recomendaría este hotel y volveríamos en nuestro siguiente viaje, la ubicación es excepcional a 10 min caminando de la torre effail, zona segura, conexión a metro, autobuses, un Auchan frente al hotel y restaurantes a la redonda.

Excellent stay. Good location within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. We also used the metro. The Dupleix metro station was a short walk away.

The property was off the main road which allowed for quiet evenings. Also nearby to the Eiffel Tower and walking distance to everything.

Terrific location, blocks away from the Eiffel Tower. Lots of cafes and restaurants outside the hotel. Safe to walk around area at night.

A very nice hotel, walkable to Eiffel and centrally located, enjoyed the stay there and will definitely go back there when I go back to Paris

I was there for two weeks I found the hotel room very comfortable with the bed and bedding superb. The room size was more than adequate. I ended up with a cold for a few days and the staff was so nice and the room service excellent. The breakfasts were quite good with a nice variety.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Rooms are small but cozy and the area is quiet. Also a nice French bakery next door to grab fresh pastries in the morning.
