Las toallas no estaban tan limpias no olían muy bien y se escuchaba mucho ruido incluso el tv de las otras habitaciones el desayuno en el segundo día era el mismo del primer día y lo que quedó porque ya no habían yogures para los cereales

I had ore booked my room in advance as I have never been to Thunderbay before, the room was dirty would not even sit in the only chair in the the room. Stained ,hair everywhere,just gross... so tired from a long day traveled I crashed and was gone by 7. Never again would I spend 250. For such a getto hotel. Not impressed.

Breakfast was poor. No butter out for toast and had to ask for it. Small amount of bacon put out not refilled until people setrtingfo ask for it. Worker was like a guard. Of all hotels we have stayed at this was the only breakfast like that. The room was super clean and bed was great. Location was good.

The stench hit like a brick to the face when we walked in the room. It looked like the carpet had not been vacuumed for a month. There was dog hair all over the room and hallway. After talking with another guest, I learned they had originally been given our room and had complained to staff to be moved. The staff just ignored the complaints and gave the room to us without fixing the problem. After complaining to the staff, I was told there wasn't anything they could do for us. The TV remote was sticky and there was hair on the counters and bath tub.

Firstly issued entry key to a room already occupied - Turns out the occupier just asked for a key card which was issued even though he wasn’t booked in - CRAZY!! Hygiene attention is needed in the “un seen” areas Image is a view from the bathtub to toilet - shower doesn’t work Fridge highly over frosted Car park entrance has pot holes that would bury a car !!
