Hôtel de l'Exposition - Tour Eiffel

Property was clean and the staff were friendly. They accommodated our request to store luggage until check in time and also for few hours after check out. With narrow road and on going construction, it would be good to secure a spot at the entrance without any car park, which would be helpful for getting the luggage in an out from taxi.

The hotel and the room are very clean and comfortable. The elevator is slow, goes until 5th floor iut of 6. I didnt understand that the breakfast is not included, and it cost me 12 euro every day (i catched it only while check out, probably i didn't pay attention). It's nice continental breakfast with same manu every day , so i would recommend try it once and consider to try the near bolonjery as well. Enjoy your stay.

Property and staff very nice. I would advise if you need heat in your room you need to ask reception to switch on. No Tea & Coffee facilities in room and no iron, reception will provide if requested. Overall pleasant stay

Gostamos muito do hotel, a localização é muito boa, relativamente perto da torre e com muitas opções perto de restaurantes em todos os horários, perto do metrô também. Infelizmente em dois dias da nossa estadia o elevador não estava funcionando e um deles foi o dia do check-out, tive que descer com toas as malas muitos andares.

Room was small but nice. Location was good. Parking on the street is paid. Must reserve parking through hotel if you want other parking. Nice area, within walking distance of many things.

Very limited space in the room, tiny shower, sink, and toilet areas, so we kept bumping into things. There was no water boiler in the room or microwave available. Hand wash, body wash, and hair wash are all combined. The price is a bit high considering barely anything was provided. Also, the door card didn't work sometimes. Airport drop-off cost is the same as the price when you take a taxi. But the staff was nice, and the room was clean. Also, it's a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

The good thing about the property is that it is a 15-20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Hotel is clean and great breakfast. Our room had a very strong mold smell, we had to keep the windows open as much as we could to ease the smell. Staff was nice. The area surrounding the hotel was dirty (lots of trash outside on the streets) and was not pretty.

Wonderful! Staff so friendly and helpful. Only issue was a/c would not go less than 22c but it was fine as the evening air through the window was great. Definitely will stay again

Overall it is a good hotel. The room had a glass wall to the bathroom. The person that is on the bed can watch who is showering. Not good if you sharing the room with a friend. We had a little trouble to check out, and I did not receive a receipt for the tax and breakfast that I paid cash.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the Eifel Tower. It is very clean but the rooms are too small. The shower is extremely small. The staff is very good but everything is very small.

As with many other reviews for the older hotel buildings in Paris, the individual rooms themselves are quite small. Like butting up 2 large walk in closets back to back. The queen sized bed(which on their site at the time I booked claimed they were Sleep Number mattresses. They aren't). Isn't that comfortable, you'll more than likely toss & turn. The bathroom is the equivalent of a 1 bedroom studio sized bathroom in a city. Triangular shower with standing area so small that if you're not careful you can accidentally bump the shower head water pressure to all the way off or at the very least minimize it. The one bright spot is probably the housekeeping staff who are pretty on top of everything. But that's due to the fact that each room is so small, they could probably clean everything in less than 6 minutes. If you're looking for rooms remotely close to a Holiday Inn, Marriott, Best Western, or Wyndham hotel you won't find them in Paris near the touristy areas close to the Eiffel Tower. You'd have to go across the Seine river to the much larger hotels that would set you back $5-7,000 a night or possibly for the week to achieve maximum comfort and space. To summarize, for the budget I had to work with the smaller size hotels are probably ideal for minimalists. But, keep in mind this is Paris, France and it's a very old city. The Catacombes we visited had carvings on them marked 1763 to give you an idea. Bonjour! and good hunting.

Overall good stay. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Eiffel Tower, and the area feels very safe, which we appreciated. That said, there were a few drawbacks during our stay. Unfortunately, the room's thermostat was set to a fixed temperature and couldn’t be adjusted. I was cold throughout the entire stay, and since returning home, I’ve been sick for over a week. The room itself was extremely small—just enough space to squeeze past the bed to reach the bathroom and the door. While that might be expected in a central location like this, it’s worth noting. We requested no housekeeping after the first night but had the room cleaned after the second. When that happened, the complimentary bottled water wasn’t replenished—we only received the two bottles on the first night. Also, the bathroom’s sanitary kits were taken away (I opened one to see what was inside - items like the makeup remover or Q-tips, but never opened the second one), even though we hadn’t used them, they weren’t replaced when we needed them. On top of that, the hair dryer didn’t work at all, which made the room temperature feel so much lower. If you’re okay with those inconveniences, then the hotel is still a solid choice for its location and safety. But if those details matter to you, it’s something to keep in mind.

Shower has only 1/2 glass door which made it impossible to not get floor wet while showering. Room was small, but very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Public transportation not convenient, but Ubers easily available in just minutes. Would stay again while requesting a different shower set up.

Excelente ubicación para desplazarte, personal de recepción que era el chico nocturno extremadamente amable. Lo mejor del hotel y su comodidad, pero la persona de check in al ingreso al hotel fue muy grosera

Zimmer war sehr klein, Bett war zum Schlafen gut. Das Platzangebot vom Badezimmer war erschreckend klein. Für eine Nacht aber sicherlich ausreichend. Der Rezeptionist tagsüber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Herr am Abend, war leider nicht in der Lage uns ein Taxi zu bestellen. Er hat uns dann ein Fahrzeug ohne Taxameter oder Kennzeichnung, mit einem unfreundlichen Fahrer besorgt. Der Fahrpreis war 3x so teuer wie zwei Stunden vorher mit einem Taxi!!

We stayed at the hotel for one night in August of 2025. When we arrived, we parked on the street and unloaded our luggage. We asked the front desk clerk where to park for the night and he said we could stay parked where we were. We double checked with him because we were nervous about being charged. He assured us it would be ok. Two days later, our credit card was charged $300 EUROS!!! Come to find out, it was NOT ok to park there and due to his incorrect information, we paid over $440 USD to park in front of their hotel. VERY UPSET and disgusted by the lack of honest customer service.

Alldeles utmärkt läge, rent och snyggt och i gott skick. Små rum och utrymmen, men tillräckligt för mina behov. Restaurangrekommendationerna på den lilla kartan var utmärkta för att undvika de värsta turistfällorna. God service rakt igenom. Frukosten kändes inte värt priset med tanke på att det finns bra bagerier och restauranger i närheten.

Un alojamiento bonito y cómodo para visitar la ciudad de Paris, muy cerca De la Torre Eiffel y bien comunicada con metro y autobús. En una calle tranquila y silenciosa. Las camas muy cómodas, las habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero suficientes para dormir. Con supermercados, bares y restaurantes muy cerca

15 min walk to Eiffel Tower, lots of local eateries and a few food marts, metro station a block away.

Great place to stay if you don’t mind walking 15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower, If that is your priority to visit. Most other monuments are very far and are still walkable if you want to walk. The metro station isn’t too far (8 min walk) from the hotel and can get you anywhere you want to go.

We were there for Olympics. Perfect walkable location. Needed nothing more and nothing less.

Un buen hotel para oasar la noche, como la mayoria de los hoteles en Paris es muy pequeña la habitacion, pero la ubicacion es perfecta para caminar, estaciones de metro, bus, cercanas, algunas cafeterias, tiendas y farmacias cercanas.

Foram dias maravilhosos. O café da manhã excelente, só poderiam diversificar mais, fora isso tudo muito bom. Amamos estar pertinho da torre.

The room was small but super clean.the conciege was friendly and helpful. Our rooms were ready early which was very helpful since we were jet lagged. We did tbe breakfast at the hotel and although it is european style it was filling including breads, yogurt, fresh fruit and cereal. Tbe hotel is about 20 minute walk from The Eiffel Tower. I would definitely stay again.

Situations géographique parfaite. Nous avions réservés une chambre familiale avec deux chambres le principe est top sauf que entre les deux chambres il y avait des spots du couloir toute la nuit qui n’est pas du tout pratique car tout reste allumé toute la nuit. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées nous entendons les voisins de chambre et les voitures extérieures 😌😌. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié 👍.
