The lighting in the hallway was out. When I reported it to the front desk, the lady told me she would have someone fix it in a couple of days. Also the lighting in the bedroom was very poor. There is only two very dim lights on both sides of the bed.

This hotel perfectly met the needs of our family of three. Check in and check out were easy. The location for visiting downtown Columbia and the zoo was quite convenient, and of course the price was better than staying right downtown. You also have convenient food, gas, and grocery shopping options within a mile or so. The property was clean, parking was easy, and we didn't have any problems. It was our second time to stay at a StayAPT and it works for us. Be advised that these properties do not have 24-hour front desk service, the service is more limited than at a traditional hotel, so that might not work for all travelers.

Elliptical in gym not operating, battery issue…Weights only go up to 17.5 pounds? Suggestion needs to at least go up to 40lbs Also there was no sanitary wipes available for use and the floor was dirty. As far as the room, previous tenant broke something off the wall in bathroom and it wasn’t repaired or repainted. We found trash underneath the sofa from Prior tenant so room is not being thoroughly cleaned.

Didn't like that we had to take out our own trash set the towels outside when they would do room service to the empty rooms and like 15 minutes away from the city
