We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable, quiet, across the road from Gare du Nord. We would have liked a small bar fridge and a slightly bigger space for our luggage. Staff were quick and kind. Thank you. We would recommend. Many food and coffee options in every direction.

In all a nice hotel with very friendly staff. The room was very small and me and my son were stumbling over our stuff. The bathroom was very spacious, however, and very clean. We had a bath! We didn't have a fridge which I would expect in a 4-star hotel. The room was nice and clean though. (no bedbugs 😉) Overall a nice hotel and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great staff, they provided us with an early check in which was really nice. Rooms are nicely appointed. Elevator broke down which was not fun climbing stairs but was repaired by the time we checked out. :)

周囲の環境は良くないが駅前で便利。ホテルの朝食は食べなきゃ損くらいお得で美味しい。スタッフも親切でフランクリー。バスタブ🛁のある部屋にしてもらい快適だった。冷蔵庫が有れば満点！

We stayed at the Hotel Whistler for two nights in Paris after a ski vacation in the Alps. We wanted easy access to the RER train to Charles de Gaulle airport back to the States. The hotel was a gem. It is designed like the old "overnight sleeper car trains" of the 1940s and '50s which may sound corny, but its not. It shows the elegance of travel during this time period and its extremely well-thought out, and elegantly done. And the balcony in our room looked right at the Gare du Nord. The rooms actually feel like you are on a 1st class sleeper car, but larger and better than a train. The bed is way comfortable and the bathroom is 5 star. (the sink in particular is awsome). There is a 24/7 espresso machine you can use and an honor bar for spirits and wine. Every staff member we encountered, from check in to housecleaning, were friendly and seemed to like working there. One of the other real benefits is that it is located around the corner from Terminus Nord, maybe one of the best bistros in Paris. Great food, great atmosphere. I'd stay here again in a flash.

Highly recommend this hotel. Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff and amazing location on the steps of Gare du Nord. There is a railway theme in the hotel with a station waiting room theme breakfast room and even a model railway running around the lobby! They are happy to store your luggage if you arrive early or need to leave after checkout. Bathroom was spotless with wonderful shower. Despite being in busy area there was zero street noise. Location is good for exploring Montmartre and Pigalle but also Marais. The Metro is just 10 seconds from the hotel and very well connected. Breakfast was from 7am and very generous with lots of options for meat and non-meat eaters. I would definitely recommend Whistler and next time I’m back in Paris I will return!!

This hotel was awesome! Right across from Gare du Nord and super close to the M4 metro, so getting around was a breeze. Plus, it was spotless, my room especially, and the staff were fantastic. Five stars!

Wir waren vor 3 Jahren schonmal in dem Hotel und sehr zufrieden. Leider sind wir dieses mal sehr enttäuscht. Der Service hat sehr nachgelassen. Mitarbeiter wirkten zum Teil sehr genervt. Das Zimmer war ok, könnte mal ein Deep Clean gebrauchen, die Bettwaren sind veraltet und an den Möbelstücken blätterte zum Teil der Bezug ab.

We had just a one night stay to break up our journey from Strasbourg back to London and Hotel Whistler was extremely convenient on the doorstep of Gare De L'est. The railway theme was quirky and although the room was small it was well designed to make use of the space. The bedroom was clean and comfortable with a spacious shower room. Definitely recommend for a stopover.

Excellent location, right beside Gare du Nord. Staff were really nice and friendly. The only slight downside is a lack of storage space/ wardrobe space as I stayed six nights, but it was a fairly minor problem.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and cleverly styled, but fairly small, not a lot of room around the bed; and the ceilings are somewhat low. I'm 5' 7", and I could reach up and touch them. Taller people may find them unsuitable. The balconies are fairly shallow. You couldn't really put a chair out on them. You have to climb out a window to get onto them. Not really what I pictured. The rooms are very quiet though. When the windows are shut, you hear none of the street noise. The bathroom, especially the shower, was very nice. The bathroom had a towel warmer–not an amenity that I'm used to seeing. USB charging ports were available, but not the quick-charge kind. There is some light leakage around the window curtains in the morning—but that is true of pretty much every hotel everywhere. If you are in Paris, you're probably not going to be sleeping in anyway. The hotel staff spoke English well enough that communication was not a problem. I did not opt for breakfast at the hotel.

Close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. Was given an accessible room without asking. I am 1.92m tall so everything too low. Room was too warm and air con was disabled. Street was loud and smelly so opening windows not an option. Otherwise fine - shower was great.

Quirky room decorated like inside of train car. Across the street from Eurostar station making it extremely easy to take an early train. Took early train from London to Paris for a full day trip. Hotel let us store our luggage all day. Went out sightseeing & returned to hotel to check-in at 10 PM, slept, woke up boarded an early morning train back to London. Had a balcony room, but it is not a balcony you can sit on, more of an extended window ledge.

Highly recommend this hotel. Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff and amazing location on the steps of Gare du Nord. There is a railway theme in the hotel with a station waiting room theme breakfast room and even a model railway running around the lobby! They are happy to store your luggage if you arrive early or need to leave after checkout. Bathroom was spotless with wonderful shower. Despite being in busy area there was zero street noise. Location is good for exploring Montmartre and Pigalle but also Marais. The Metro is just 10 seconds from the hotel and very well connected. Breakfast was from 7am and very generous with lots of options for meat and non-meat eaters. I would definitely recommend Whistler and next time I’m back in Paris I will return!!

On arrival late in the evening, we were told that someone else had been checked into our room. It turned out that someone from a completely different hotel managed to get into our room and check-in with a passport and a completely different name. This made us feel very unsafe since obviously the staff were not diligent with proper checks. We were told they’d need to ask those guests to leave the room and we could then go in. We were not offered any kind of compensation or a clean room due to their error. Once we entered the room, we were very disappointed. The TV did not work, the bed was a wall bed so not a proper one at all, and very small. Our room was directly next to the kitchen on the very ground floor of the hotel (less than 10m from reception) and was directly by the street. We were woken up at 5am while the kitchen staff were getting breakfast ready. Although we were apologised to, there was no attempt to make our stay more comfortable given our terrible experience nor give us a discount or refund. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely do not understand the 4* they have.

Boutique small hotel close to Gard du Nord. Decorated in 'age of steam' theme. We were able to leave our bags on arrival by Eurostar, enjoy the day in Paris and they were in our room that evening. Hotel offers breakfast and a small bar (which we didn't use). Bedroom was a reasonable size, lovely bed, quiet aircon. Quadruple glazing ment little noise from the street. Bathroom was new, clean with excellent shower and big fluffy towels on a heated rail. Reception staff were excellent throughout. By day the area around Gare du Nord is bustling with plenty of fast food, cafes and small supermarkets. By night it attracts migrants, homeless, drunks etc. We either bought a picnic (nb shops around Gare du Nord cannot sell alcohol after 5pm) or ate in the centre and then walked quickly from the Metro to the hotel (only 200 metres). You need to be careful of pickpockets etc on the metro (as per any big city). The Station in the evening is best described as edgy but there is plenty of police presence - wouldn't put us off staying again but you need to be aware.

Friendly and pleasant hotel. I stayed for 1 night, arriving on the Eurostar, and taking an onward train from Gare du Nord the following morning. For this, the hotel is ideally situated - 2 minutes walk from the front of Gare du Nord. The surrounding area is not the most inspiring - but as a functional place to stay it was just what I needed. The room was a bit small (but this is Paris, so it’s normal). The bathroom was modern and clean, and the bed comfy. For solo travel and a layover before taking the train the next morning, this was ideal.

We had just a one night stay to break up our journey from Strasbourg back to London and Hotel Whistler was extremely convenient on the doorstep of Gare De L'est. The railway theme was quirky and although the room was small it was well designed to make use of the space. The bedroom was clean and comfortable with a spacious shower room. Definitely recommend for a stopover.

Creative use of small space with all necessary parts provided, even a bathrobe and slippers. The location one block from Gare du Nord was so convenient, with no noise coming in at all. The neighborhood is not great, but not dangerous and with the metro right there, it's easy to get to other parts of town. Breakfast was good, reasonable and convenient. We were able to hop on the RER to the airport without having to deal with traffic.

The bathroom was nice, the bed was soft and the pillows were excellent. Upon arrival at our room, we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. One of the best aspects of the Whistler Hotel was the breakfast. It had a lot of variety and the quality of food was excellent. The one negative of this hotel is it is located in a dodgy neighborhood. Area convenience stores don't even sell alcohol after 5 pm because of the vagrancy. All in all, this is a good property and I would definitely recommend it.

Wir waren vor 3 Jahren schonmal in dem Hotel und sehr zufrieden. Leider sind wir dieses mal sehr enttäuscht. Der Service hat sehr nachgelassen. Mitarbeiter wirkten zum Teil sehr genervt. Das Zimmer war ok, könnte mal ein Deep Clean gebrauchen, die Bettwaren sind veraltet und an den Möbelstücken blätterte zum Teil der Bezug ab.
Wir waren vor 3 Jahren schonmal in dem Hotel und sehr zufrieden. Leider sind wir dieses mal sehr enttäuscht. Der Service hat sehr nachgelassen. Mitarbeiter wirkten zum Teil sehr genervt. Bed was comfy, bathroom sufficient, shower and water stream was THE BEST of a weeks of travel & stays at other property/ fabulous! Loved that there was a complimentary bottle of wine in the rom as well as cocktails in the lobby. Breakfast was just delightful!! Plenty to choose from and very fresh and served in an easy self-serve fashion- and the coffee was delicious along with pastries and fresh meat/fruit options . 10 out of 10 for this establishment!!!! The hotel rooms are small and basic, but they are clean! The elevator was broken while we were there, and we were placed on the 4th floor. The hotel staff was able to help carry our suitcases up, but the tight staircase was still difficult with all our bags. The staff was very accommodating, but the broken elevator was difficult coming and going from our room every time. The location of the hotel is excellent as it’s close to the Gare Du Nord if you plan on taking day trips to Champagne or getting to the airport. The metra is easy to use in order to get to the Paris tourist sites, and there are many cafes and restaurants located around too. I had a nice time, but likely won’t book this hotel in the future.
