First, let me say that the staff here was very friendly. But the room we stayed in at the left end of the motel had a foul smell, almost like dirty dog, and is in need of some serious cleaning. We immediately noticed our feet sticking to the carpet, and we both avoided walking on it without our shoes. And unfortunately the vinyl tile in the bathroom was even stickier, and the floor around the toilet seemed to be unstable. Additionally, the bathroom window did not have any blinds on it, resulting in anyone being able to totally see in. The staff came and put one up, but it didn't cover the sides of the window. We were also informed that there was no wi-fi available in our room, even though it was an amenity that we paid for. They said if we needed internet, we can come to the office area. But I like to listen internet radio at night to help me go to sleep, so that was of no use unless I set up a bed in their office. We would have refused the room and gone elsewhere, but we checked in late in the afternoon, so it was too late to make other arrangements. The other problem was that the TV remote did not work. Either the batteries were dead or it was the wrong remote for the TV. We had to manually turn the TV on/off and manually change the volume and channels on the side of the TV. It was very inconvenient and could have been avoided if they had checked to make sure the remote worked for the guests. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable, but we would not stay here again.

Located on a busy road. Heard traffic all night. Not the best security. The doors need additional locks. To feel safe, I used a chair and my suitcase to barricade the door. Decor is outdated but it did its purpose. You have to bring deposit via cash or card..but really cash shows type of crowd motel attracts. Vending machine was $3 for a drink! No frig. No microwave. No phone. No shelving for bathroom products. Walls are thin. I could hear everything all night!! It felt like a deployment. On plus side food places were close for delivery or a walk. Not far from the airport. Motel manager was pleasant. I did check out early to safer and quieter location.

Wasn’t bad, for the price TP holder didn’t stay on the wall. Never saw housekeeping, had to go to the office the second day to get clean towels. But the worst…. The fridge was plugged into a switched outlet, and we didn’t figure it out until the second day. Oh, and no towel bars… Overall, the room was bigger than I was expecting, the bathroom fixtures looked brand new, large format tile in the walk in shower and everything. We had the end room, and it was quiet. If I go to seekonk again I would at least consider staying here again….

A very basic, no-frills motel, but was just what we needed. Staff was very friendly. I think a nice addition to their service would be to have mini fridges and microwaves available to rent. I would definitely recommend this motel

Very basic — just a place to rest your head for the night. No fridge or microwave. The price was the best I could find in the area with decent reviews that didn’t break the bank. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room we reserved didn’t have a remote for the TV (and the faucets were spraying and leaking), so they “upgraded” us to a larger room with a king-sized bed. However, the new room didn’t have any towel hangers or shelves in what appeared to be a recently updated bathroom. The rooms were clean, with nice sheets and a comfortable bed. That said, the rest of the property looks tired and is well past its prime.

Needed a place for one night. This did not have any significant amenities. No blow dryer in the room. No shampoo. Very dated worn out materials but the bed was clean. There wasn't a door lock on the door. I had to put the table in front of the door to feel safe. It was suitable but I probably won't stay there again. However, the owners were very nice.

Let’s just say the rooms are awful, my room was missing outlet covers had one light, the door frame had a hole in it, the first room I had the ceiling started to leak, the pictures they have online are extremely deceiving, the costs of the rooms with no microwave or fridge is beyond baffling never again

The bed was comfortable enough, the pillows were small and lumpy. The water pressure in the shower was low and the shower curtain looked stained. Showering was less than pleasant. Customer service was excellent. All in all, my stay was adequate. I will add that it was nice and quiet so I enjoyed the evening.

So beds were clean no problems with the main room however bathroom door busted out at the bottom holes in bathroom ceiling and pubic hair all over shower used cloth provided to wipe and clean myself as I needed a shower

I killed a bug on my bed (not a bed bug) and another in the shower (different type of bug).

The motel was very convenient and close to everything,staff very helpful but the room was very dirty, old stained blankets, small uncomfortable cheap beds, rust on the heaters and markings on the walls and they allow smoking in the rooms so the room we had smelled terrible, honestly the worst room I ever stayed in.

This motel is very run down, much more than the pictures showed. The whole area around the motel looks also rundown with shut businesses and overgrown lots. I did not personally feel unsafe but if you are an anxious person you should definitely not stay here. My room smelled like a smoking room even though it should have been non-smoking, strongly enough that it stuck to my clothes. Half of the lights did not work. The bedspread had some cigarette burn holes. There was no wifi. The door was a regular old school key lock that took me 2-3 tries to shut properly every time. Some positives: It was quiet all night, no one bothered me, and the sheets and towels looked and smelled ok. The person at the desk was very nice and accommodated me when I had to call him to come to the desk to check out at 6am. I did not see any evidence of bedbugs (and believe me, I checked the mattress first thing).

We got there, it was a quaint little motel, nice desk clerk, smelled of the pool. Got the room, basic needs, but the lights took effort to work out and the door required very forced closing in order to lock properly. The nice clerk was kind enough to show us we basically have to slam. The bathroom had no lock mechanism so it didnt close all the way. The towels and sheets were clean. The carpet felt quite sticky and unclean, so i wore my shoes inside much of the time. The window sills are absolutely filthy. They are openable, but i wouldnt lol. If you dont touch the windows, im sure it will be better overall. Open the curtains, youll get a nice view of trees and vine bushes. It was quite tranquil, having light but also privacy. It was a conclusively cute, cheap, and a cleaner than expected experience! They didnt clean during the stay, which was nice, considering privacy as a priority. It was very reasonably priced, which made the tiny quirks easy to overlook. If we consider a similar arrangement of between city access, i will absolutely consider this motel again!!

Even tho the outside of this property wasn’t ideal, the room was huge clean and comfortable. We only spent a night so it was perfect. I’d stay a week here if they had a pool.

It was a typical cheap motel. A bit sketchy—We only stayed one night. Our door, which I forgot to get a picture of, had a hole but was secure. The bed was horrible; uncomfortable. Even though it was OK, would not stay again.

There was no door knob or door handle to close the room from inside Or to open the door the from outside. The small brass key was the only piece that could be used as latch to close the door from inside. I have taken picture of the door with no handle or knob. Every thing was dirty inside the room. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe to stay there. It was too late to go to another find another hotel. I would avoid this hotel.

Stayed for a week ended up leaveing Saturday night at 7 o’clock at night due to loud noise in the room next to me out the whole week stay I only had 2 nights sleep of piece and quiet the first time they moved me to another room so I could sleep for the night my girl worked at 530 in the morning and my son had school at 7 in the morning they gave me another room for the night then the next day I returned back to my old room cause the loud people checked out the very next day I had another loud couple next door non stop banging makeing my whole room shake I complained multiple times but it was the weekend at the time so they were sold out they didint have another room to move me to cause they were sold out they told them to stop banging but it never stoped I ended up telling them I’m leaveing I went to another hotel paid for another hotel just so my girl and son could sleep being they had to be up mad early I mean my opinion they should of kicked the loud people out knowing I was leaveing I told them I was leaveing it was one of those situations to were I had to deal with it the owners are very nice and tried their best I just wish they would of thrown them out instead of letting me leave being I Ben their for a whole week and would of stayed longer if not for that constant banging but room was very clean and in good shape tho I didint sleep their on Saturday and didint sleep their on Sunday even tho I paid but it is what it is walls are thin u can hear everything next door

The staff was very helpful and they managed to solve every request immediately. Very close to Providence, so we can go and come back from Brown very easily

Hotel.com said that all fees, taxes,etc...is included in the price. I was charged an additional $100 for a deposit! The clerk over charged my card which he couldn't reverse which caused an overdraft on the card. The area is run down and transient people living there smoking weed. No refrigerator or microwave. The guy that runs the place lives above the rooms on the second floor with his family. The kids run around making noise, i couldn't get a good night sleep. If you're able to afford a better hotel, take my advice and do it.

I arrived at 3:30 pm to a locked office door and had to call the property manager to check in. 2 adults, but only 1 key...for the deadbolt on the door to my room, but no doorknob. The wifi was terrible. Old tv. Towels and washcloths had ground in dirt. But, at least they smelled of bleach. They need to vacuum under the beds occasionally. A drunk in the next room almost fell on me. Then he fell in the parking lot. Later he knocked on my door asking for a ride to the liqour store. Placed seemed ok for the homeless family living there. The only good thing i can say is that the property was quiet despite being on a main road.

Great staff at check in, clean and nice room, great access to highway. Comfortable parking and restaurants close by. Room itself had a comfy bed and clean bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an old school motel at its best. Very homely feeling and comfortable. Don’t let the dated furniture fool you or scare you away. They have the most friendly staff that we’ve ever encountered and we’ve stayed at hundreds of 2-5 star hotels. There’s just something about being able to pull right up to your room and not deal with walking down long hallways to get to your room. Bathroom very clean and shower is huge also! We like it so much that we’ve continued our stay and will be here several weeks.

Rude customer service

First off I thought, how quaint an actual key...but no. Then open the door to get hit with the terrible smell of the dingy room! Queen beds were reserved...uncomftable double beds were in the room. The toilet tipped when sat on...and the bathroom was the best part of the room. Unsafe due to door resembled a cheap interior door with a single twist lock. Definitely not reassuring or comforting. Then the final straw was the bugs we saw...NOPE! 24 hr. Front desk was a lie, the door was locked when we tried to complain. We stayed 2 nights of our reservation and they wouldn't refund the rest of the 6 nights when we checked out early! And kept our deposit and said that was his newest room and by his standards, clean?!

Listing said rooms have queen beds. This is false advertising as room had full beds. Made it very difficult for 2 people to share a bed. Office was locked when we arrived and we had to wait for the guy after we called the number.

The manager Paaraas Desai was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would stay there again. He helped me the first day I was there and was helpful the entirety of my stay.
