Awesome place, felt safe. They had bikes to rents, parks and playgrounds with trails right behind the property with restaurants. There has a lake where the kids could swim and a sand beach!

The hotel is in a beautiful garden and park land. There are groceries and a shopping mall nearby (15-20 minute walk) and a bus stop across the street with connection to the train line. Everything was sparkling clean. The sauna was an unexpected treat, and the common areas (lobby with pool tables) were fun.

We had a fantastic stay. All the staff from reception, kitchen were fantastic and made us welcome. The rooms were super clean and had all necessities. Gym and sauna open 24 hours. Overall we felt the 5 star experience

Sejour dans.l.hotel rien a dire. Salle de sport et sauna est un plus non negligeable. Dommage le cout du parking si j avais su que juste a cote un parking gratuit etait dispo je n aurais pas pris le parking dans l hotel.

We stay at this hotel on a regular basis when traveling from the US. It’s close to the airport, it has a nice park behind the hotel for walking or exercising, parking is easy and it’s perfect for the day we arrive or leave. The breakfast buffet has lot of healthy options, the staff is friendly and it’s clean and updated. You can rent bikes for an hour, 2 hours or more as well. The only thing I don’t like is that you have to pay separate for parking per day. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

Es war alles traumhaft …Die Zimmern sind sehr gut ausgestattet alles neuwertig..Hantücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt auch unsere Zimmer… Shampoo Duschgel alles reichlich da… Kaffe Automat mit Pads 4 Stück immer da gewesen…Fitness Studio klein aber fein..Auch Sauna war sehr gut…

The shuttle to Amsterdam Airport for 10 euro pp and the market downstairs was very convenient. There is also a park right behind the hotel and you can rent bikes from the hotel as well.

Schönes Hotel, erster Eindruck war wirklich top. 2 Sterne Abzug weil: 1. das Thema mit der Kaution sollte mal bei den Reiseportalen aktualisiert werden. Das Thema ist bekannt. Bei Expedia steht, 50€ Kaution für den Aufenthalt, in Wirklichkeit sind es 50€ pro Nacht. 2. Sauberkeit im Zimmer: leider Fischotter Geruch im Bad, Klobürste sehr dreckig, Nachttisch sehr staubig ( sagt schon einiges wenn hier wochenlang nicht gewischt wurde). Es wurden zwar täglich die Handtücher etc. gewechselt und grob durchgesaugt, aber wirklich nur grob. Das Waschbecken und Klo usw. Wurde ignoriert. Sonst ein schönes Hotel und eine gute Lage. Babybett wurde vergessen, aber nachdem ich das an der Rezeption gesagt habe kam es innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Aber wegen o.g. Punkte 2 Sterne Abzug.

Very clean and the front desk staff was wonderful, perfect English and very kind to store our luggage for two nights while we took a side trip to Delft. The airport shuttle cost 7.50 euro each person but well worth the convenience.

bugs in the room, sewer smell in the bathroom, bed had pee smell after complaining they replaced the sheet instead of changing room. We ended up sleeping one night on the bed with pee smell. Staff was not cooperative.

Weer een fijn verblijf gehad in het hotel. De locatie is perfect, heel dichtbij een bushalte en een mooi park met leuk restaurant. De kamer was ook netjes en schoon, alleen rook de badkamer wel wat naar riolering. Dat was minder fijn.

Der Boden des Zimmers war sehr dreckig und voller Staub, als ob er jahrelang nicht gesaugt worden wäre. Meine Familie und ich hatten ständig ein juckendes Gefühl, und als wir unter die Betten schauten, war es eine Schmutzkatastrophe. Ich habe den Fall gemeldet und er wurde vom diensthabenden Manager, Herrn Ferrero, inspiziert, aber leider wurde nichts unternommen, siehe Bilder nach dem Bericht. Dies war eines der dreckigsten Hotels, die ich je besucht habe, obwohl ich wusste, dass ich mehr als 100 Nächte im Jahr in Hotels übernachte.

The staff was great and very attentive when asked to help. Hotel is nicely appointed and arranged neatly. Breakfasts were good but wished there was a little more fruit/european options. My only complaint was when my granddaughter dropped her earbuds and the slid under the bed, she pulled them out with a large handful of fuzz and dirt. There was a substantial amount under there. We did appreciate the shuttle to the airport/train since the hotel was quite a distance off the main routes. We did enjoy our visit though.

We stayed as a family with kids. The staff was so friendly. Location is great. Room was perfectly clean. Very nice car parking area which costs 17.50 Euro per day. Although the family room was spacious, there is only one toilet, which is not enough. Limited closet. Almost no noise from the airport but the A/C makes a lot of sound. The room was not warm enough either. Breakfast and dinner can be improved. Overall, good hotel for short stays. Cost effective but not the best.

We hadden een familiekamer geboekt en deze deed aan onze verwachtingen. Alles was aanwezig, opgeruimd en verzorgd. Het enige “kleine” nadeel was dat onze kamer boven een airco cq koelinstallatie was en dit in de avond een toch wel hinderlijk geluid veroorzaakte. Voor de rest 👍

The room hvac did not work, in the evening the room got extremely hot had to open windows and then listen to roof top units making noise all night. You need to ensure your climate control is actually working not just fan blowing warm air around.

Nice hotel in lovely area. Park was beautiful to explore and great for children. Room was noisy with a very loud vibration through the floor from above beginning around 10pm. It would stop for exactly 8 min then start again. Made it very difficult to sleep. Such a shame as the hotel seemed nice otherwise. Unfortunately the main purpose of a hotel is to sleep so when that doesn't happen it's hard to rate it highly.

The family room (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds with a mini-fridge) was a perfect fit for our family. The staff was very polite, professional, and spoke English well. There was a bus stop within walking distance and a small snack shop on the property as well as a couple restaurants on the property. Breakfast was not included (22 Euro per person) but you could make your own tea and coffee in the room.

The park was really nice behind the property! Beds are comfy but WIFI didn’t work and shuttle service never came so we Uber ($35 euros) you have to order buffet until 10:30 and then you can order other dishes.

Es gab Probleme bei der Zahlung. Meine Karte war nicht lesbar, ich wollte bar zahlen es war aber auch nicht möglich. Die Mitarbeiterin konnte das Problem nicht lösen und meinte, dass wir es irgendwie bezahlen sollen. Schrecklich und unhöflich.

Very modern facilities and friendly stall. Unfortunately an unknown staff person went into our room after we had checked in and removed my injection medication from the refrigerator. The guest services manager did immediately come to the room and unfortunately it was determined that since we had not seen the actual individual take the the item he determined the only thing he could do was to checked with the cleaning staff to see who had entered the room and why they went in the refrigerator. His tone at times were actually accusatory, as if I had never placed the medication in the refrigerator. On his departure he stated he would keep me informed of the findings from the cleaning staff. Upon checkout I asked the desk supervisor if the manger had gained any information as to which member of the staff had entered my room and removed the medication. I was promptly informed that their staff was very honest and since I nor my wife had not actually seen them it was highly unlikely that any of the cleaning staff were responsible for the removal of the medication. Once again her tone was such that I felt as if I was being accused of fabricating, or lying about the incident. I questioned the time that cleaning would no longer enter the room for cleaning, since on our return the night previous a male staff member was leaving our room as we approached about 8 PM and returned moments checking on towels. Again I had to be wrong according to her.

On our arrival, upon our check.in the front desk lady gave us a WRONG room that has still guest on it when we open the room. We went down back and another front desk lady fixed the issue and gave us our correct room. Front desk staff should be mindful and careful with their job not to messed around as it was very embarassing experience on our part. WISH SHUTTLE SERVICE was free as compared to other hotels near the airport.

It was ok. The rooms did not get cleaned everyday. I was missing towels most of the days when there was room cleaning. The floors were always dirty with dust and all of us had allergies because of that. The trash in the bathroom got emptied maybe every other day. I’m just used to good and clean amenities in the US and was a little disappointed when I had to call and request basic things. When I requested for plates to be delivered to my room, I was told that they do not offer room service. Most of the folks at the reception were not very friendly. The only person who was nice was the one that checked me out on the last day.

The desk staff was so kind and generous. They sent a shuttle bus from the airport for us after the last one left at 11 pm. We arrived at this beautiful hotel well after midnight, needed to leave for our air connection at 6:40. They made us coffee, breakfast, and just were so lovely to us. Thank you!!

The hotel is in a beautiful garden and park land. There are groceries and a shopping mall nearby (15-20 minute walk) and a bus stop across the street with connection to the train line. Everything was sparkling clean. The sauna was an unexpected treat, and the common areas (lobby with pool tables) were fun.

We stay at this hotel on a regular basis when traveling from the US. It’s close to the airport, it has a nice park behind the hotel for walking or exercising, parking is easy and it’s perfect for the day we arrive or leave. The breakfast buffet has lot of healthy options, the staff is friendly and it’s clean and updated. You can rent bikes for an hour, 2 hours or more as well. The only thing I don’t like is that you have to pay separate for parking per day. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

Very expensive breakfast in the hotel and the nearest town Hoofdorp is about a 10-15 minute drive away in a taxi so think they exploit the fact that there is not much around and charge and extortionate amount for breakfast. For a family of 4 one days breakfast would have cost us 80 euros approx and there was not enough variety to justify this price. Otherwise no issues. Close to the airport and there is public bus transport local to the hotel

Conveniently located close to the airport. They offer a shuttle to airport for $7.40€ per person. Property is very nice and the surrounding area is perfect for walking or riding.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel. Had a few options for restaurants, but far from anything else. We stayed there for it’s closeness to the airport, about a $50 cab ride.

This is a great hotel, conveniently located near the airport. It’s a good 20 minutes from Amsterdam Central with access by train and a bus ride. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfast which was included was unbelievably good with smoked salmon, freshly baked pastries, hot options, Lavazza coffee and a variety of juices. There’s a Brazilian Churrascaria adjacent to the hotel with great food!

The staff was great and very attentive when asked to help. Hotel is nicely appointed and arranged neatly. Breakfasts were good but wished there was a little more fruit/european options. My only complaint was when my granddaughter dropped her earbuds and the slid under the bed, she pulled them out with a large handful of fuzz and dirt. There was a substantial amount under there. We did appreciate the shuttle to the airport/train since the hotel was quite a distance off the main routes. We did enjoy our visit though.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit super ruhigen Zimmern! Leider war der Frühstücksraum etwas klein und die Frühstücksauswahl sehr übersichtlich! Für eine Übernachtung mehr als empfehlenswert.

Clean room and friendly staff. Only downside was that almost everything on the dinner menu contained peanuts. My husband is allergic to peanuts and even the pizzadough contained it, so we had to eat elsewhere.

Welcoming staff was very nice, helpful and try the best to accomodate me (at a price). Room was fine, nice, spacious and fit my needs. Airport shuttle is good by week (less by weekend)(and not free). The major point is the location. It is close to airport, but not too much when you need a Uber, and not much around it. You need to walk 20-30 minutes for something around (more than the surrounding park), and 15 minutes to the bus. The rest, was very good.
