Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport

Déçu par l’accueil et la gestion douteuse pour un 4 étoiles Mon séjour dans cet établissement, qui se revendique 4 étoiles, a été gâché dès l’arrivée : un accueil froid et peu professionnel, avec des stagiaires à la réception qui ont tenté de me facturer des frais inexistants. La propreté des chambres et des parties communes était également indigne de ce standing. Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, à 3h du matin, une tentative de prélèvement de plus de 200€ a été effectuée sur ma carte. L’explication donnée ? « C’est le système qui fait ça tout seul. » Difficile de croire qu’un système cible uniquement certains clients par hasard… Une expérience à éviter, surtout quand on attend un minimum de sérieux et de transparence de la part d’un hôtel de cette catégorie.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the family suite was convenient. Needed more outlets that were accessible to the nightstands in the 2nd bedroom. We also could not get the lamps to turn on without the main light overhead being on...it was so strange. Understanding that it is highly recommended to recycle, it would have been nice to have some kind of trash or place to put recyclables in our room. The air conditioner in the secondary room was loud and did not get cold....we were hot and couldn't get the air to go lower.... allergies prevented us from opening a window. Parking should be free. When you are paying a high rate for rooms, to add additional for parking that was right out front is a bit greedy to me.

Hôtel vieillissant. Les sèche cheveux sont inutiles puisque impuissants. Le petit déjeuner bon.

Morgenmad var rigtig god og handicapvenlige værelse/badeværelse var perfekt. Venlig betjening og var meget glad for placering ift seværdigheder.

Received an email about one of my 2 room booking being cancelled just before I check in on the same day. I had to make a roaming call for 26 minutes and didn’t get it resolved until I reach out to the booking agent. The booking agent confirmed my booking was valid from their side and it was the hotel side cancelled my booking without reason. Finally my booking agent was able to reinstated my booking. It was a nightmare and didn’t even have time to take my dinner. It was a frustrated situation.
