I didn't stay , there was an issue with the pet policy I had an 8lb. & 10lb. Dog they would not ok a second . The pictures posted on the internet are very deceiving this place is an old dump , I was ok not staying there and loosing $94 . I didn't want my dogs to staying in a place like that either

Nothing displeasing about the property. It’s decent. Just not for the price we paid. The door to our room looked like it had been shimmied or broke into at some point in its existence. When we closed the door and locked it, there was still a gap to where I could see out. Just kept it locked and covered it up with a towel. Rooms are clean and don’t have any residual smell.

Staff was nice and pleasant. Breakfast very very basic. Coffee good. Cleanliness of stairwells was poor. Facility in great need of maintenance and upkeep as well as renovation.

Great location to Baylor and convenient to downtown. But property was neglected. Mold in tub around faucet, musty smell, small stains on sheets. Breakfast was very low supply, never staff in the office. Ice machine was a plus, unlimited. Lack of vending machines other than sodas.

Lots of people loitering around the parking lot late at night. A lady actually warned me not to leave my nice car there overnight. Thought it would be nicer than most motels since it’s in a private college town and right by the Baylor football stadium. It’s not.

I had to change dates, i believe they put us in a smoking room when i changed dates. The room smelled horrible. They sprayed, helped a little. We bought a bottle of fabreeze, sprayed almost the entire bottle in the 3 nughts we were there. We took a wash cloth and cleaned the mirror which was disgusting, wiped the headboard and tge floor. Neither had been actually cleaned in a long time. White wash cloth was black.

Didnt like the owner's Indian food smell and toilet odors filling the entry hall. Didnt like dead bugs in room. Didnt like sheets that look like theyd been slept on. Didnt like mold in corners of bathroom. A LITTLE effort could make this a nice hotel.

This motel is needing a lot of repairs. We stayed in a smoke-free room that smelled like smoke despite the sign saying that. The sheets and pillowcases had cigarette burns. The pillows were sad and flat. The AC unit was dirty. Room service was poor in the room. We had to move the mattress to connect the phone to call the front desk for missing towels and ironing board. Plugs were missing but there were a lot of plugs capped off with blanks. The worst part is that this Red Roof Inn did not even have a red roof which is their signature mark. We will never stay there again.

Check in was quick, the staff was friendly. The room was okay, but mainly because the bad was comfortable and I was exhausted. Otherwise, regular maintenance is clearly not done. The toilet paper holder wouldn’t hold a roll. Towel rack was barely attached and the place hasn’t been painted in decades. It was moderately clean. You get what you pay for and $35 was about the right price.

I arrived at 4am from an 8 hour drive. The gentleman at the hotel desk was very nice and accommodating when I asked for second and a third different room due to the smell, stained towels with holes in them and stained bedding. At 4am I didn’t have a choice and had to stay the night. I checked thoroughly for bed bugs and found none, so that was a plus. The third room was still smelly, but the least of the three rooms I tried. All rooms have an outside entrance only and the hotel is right off the highway, so there was good amount of noise from traffic. The pictures advertising the place make it look way better than it did. The tv looked like it might fall off the wall if I dared to adjust the angle. The ironing board was so cheap and leaned crazily to one side. The worst part was the mold in the tub area. The next morning I informed the desk attendant my plans had changed and wanted a refund for the remaining 3 days which they kindly provided even though I booked through Expedia. In my area, Redd Roof Inns are a mid level hotels that are clean and well maintained. This was some old run down motel where someone slapped on the name Red Roof Inn hoping to attract guests. I think Red Roof Inn corporate would be horrified to know their brand was associated with this type of place. At the very least the place needs new towels and sheets that are bleached after every guest, shampoo/replace carpets, new bed spreads and a better cleaning crew to clean the mold/rooms.

Room was clean. Easy and fast check in. Great location and close to food and shopping. Refrigerator was nice and cold. Will stay again. Only 2 pillows for each bed. We did not ask if more were available.

Great location to Baylor and convenient to downtown. But property was neglected. Mold in tub around faucet, musty smell, small stains on sheets. Breakfast was very low supply, never staff in the office. Ice machine was a plus, unlimited. Lack of vending machines other than sodas.

Arrived directly from the airport to check in and was told my reservation was canceled without notice. The front desk clerk was quite rude and not at all helpful in any way shape or form. Horrific experience! Would never recommend or stay there.

View of one of the busiest freeways in Texas 200 yards away: extremely loud. Knob on shower loose in accessible bathroom made control hard to manage and when reported to manager, nothing was done to fix it. Receptionist indifferent.

Room was clean. Easy and fast check in. Great location and close to food and shopping. Refrigerator was nice and cold. Will stay again. Only 2 pillows for each bed. We did not ask if more were available.

I was willing to give it a chance, but the toilet hadn’t been cleaned, hair on the floor, and the stench was so bad we left at 4:45 am. Location was great and workers were friendly but overall it mad me sad

I arrived at 4am from an 8 hour drive. The gentleman at the hotel desk was very nice and accommodating when I asked for second and a third different room due to the smell, stained towels with holes in them and stained bedding. At 4am I didn’t have a choice and had to stay the night. I checked thoroughly for bed bugs and found none, so that was a plus. The third room was still smelly, but the least of the three rooms I tried. All rooms have an outside entrance only and the hotel is right off the highway, so there was good amount of noise from traffic. The pictures advertising the place make it look way better than it did. The tv looked like it might fall off the wall if I dared to adjust the angle. The ironing board was so cheap and leaned crazily to one side. The worst part was the mold in the tub area. The next morning I informed the desk attendant my plans had changed and wanted a refund for the remaining 3 days which they kindly provided even though I booked through Expedia. In my area, Redd Roof Inns are a mid level hotels that are clean and well maintained. This was some old run down motel where someone slapped on the name Red Roof Inn hoping to attract guests. I think Red Roof Inn corporate would be horrified to know their brand was associated with this type of place. Lots of people loitering around the parking lot late at night. A lady actually warned me not to leave my nice car there overnight. Thought it would be nicer than most motels since it’s in a private college town and right by the Baylor football stadium. It’s not.

AC was very loud and smelled musty- bathtub and toilet wasn’t clean. Very loud and volatile guests outside hotel room arguing in parking lot most of the night. Sketchy crowd in parking lot. When I asked them nicely to be quiet outside our room very early this morning, they rolled their eyes and slunk off. Several colorado fans stayed there too and gave us the side eye as we were were walking to the game. The website advertised free animals, up to 2 per room and when we check in they tried to charge me $15 for my dog, even though he was a service dog. The room smelled like mildew. I mentioned the unclean bathroom and mildew smell to front desk and he said he would clean it while we were at dinner. He did attempt but it did not do much good. Shampoo bottle provided by hotel had fallen off of its post and was on its side on the bottom of the tub. it appeared that all he did was quickly wipe out the tub and put the shampoo bottle back up on the side of the tub. We paid $169 for a lackluster hotel room. we were supposed to stay here over homecoming weekend since it is so close to the stadium, but we canceled the reservation due to our experience last night. The front desk receptionist that works the Night Shift was very nice though. The morning staff was not very nice. They were already going around knocking on doors at 9 AM when checkout was at 11 AM, and the game started at 11 AM. Of course, people are not going to be out of their room yet, duh! Absolutely disgusting. Stains on the sheets and towels. Floors were wet. Manager seemed shocked when I said I would not stay here and asked for a refund. Do not stay here. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut this hovel down.
