The room smelt of damp and mould. When we looked there was black mould around the sink and shower and kitchen cupboards. The hotel did change our room immediately to a better room. The area is great for metro and public transport but there are no pubs and bars close by unless you use the hotel or public transport. Gym was good, bit chilly for the outside pool.

Stayed at the hotel quite a few times during the years. The hotel is certainly showing its age. The rooms are dated. And the shuttle bus service to/from Cityplaza stopped after COVID. But the staff are nice and helpful. The lobby cafe very good with comfy chairs. One MRT station away from Cityplaza or 20-25 minutes walk. Many dining options nearby. Overall good if you don’t mind older hotels.

I've stayed at this property many times over the years as it is very convenient to our HK office. They have recently done some room renovations, but they were pretty cheap mods. We had constant trouble with our room keys, the beds are hard and uncomfortable. The restaurant does a good job and has a great breakfast layout, but is relatively expensive. they do have a work out facility and the room price is good.

The room and hotel needs updating. The shower flooded and nothing was done about it. The staff were not very helpful. We were always trying to find a member of staff to serve us for food and drinks. The restaurant was shut down. If we had known about the restaurant before we would have booked somewhere else. Just not good enough and will not visit here again.

Attentive and professional staff, generally clean and tidy, just a little tired and dated fixtures and fittings. The refrigerator was very noisy (throughout the night cooling nothing inside) there weren’t enough cloths hangers for a weeks worth of business meetings, there is no minibar as they suggested, and surfaces were a little sticky and dusty round the edges. Despite one very pleasant evening in the bar (after a particularly long day), two subsequent visits were aborted due to no staff?

The bartender May was very professional and personable at the same time. Very accommodating service. The lady at the front door bottom of the escalator needs to learn how to smile. She has more of the attitude of a jail warden receiving new prisoners than a friendly welcoming valet. Hotel suffers of the same disease as the Hong Kong does in general: An increase influx of Maitland Chinese both tourists and staff largely uncivilized, unmannered and uneducated.

We really enjoyed our stay at Harbour Plaza North Point. Even though it’s slightly further from the focal attraction of the city (7 MTR stations from Central, 5 from Causeway Bay), we appreciate its cleanliness and the view from our side harbor view room. Our room was spotless clean everyday and the staff in the lobby was helpful and efficient. Highly recommended for the price and quality of service!

Staff calls the housekeeper and then says the sheets will be changed the next day. Then when you ask why not the same night if you spoke to the housekeeper the staff calls them back and says oh there is only one housekeeper. When checking in you better not arrive too early but arrive on time. Otherwise you will wait until 3 pm on the dot to get checked in.

A tenant who lived on 28 Floor, my unit was 2712. That person made the noises and stepping the floor. I called the front desk and complaint. At first, the manager Eva answer the phone. She didn't assist me at 3:20 pm. I called again at 8:50 pm, Danny didn't answer my call. Very poor customer services.

The hotel is in a great location, but is dated and in need of a renovation. The room furniture was worn with doors not closing properly etc. Room rates were good that made up for the other shortcomings. The hotel is situated in the best of both worlds. Short walk to local markets and dined like a local, or short MTR to Causeway Bay or Kowloon for the fancy restaurants. Not much shopping nearly other than local market type shopping. But it was fun, and we enjoyed the experience. The hotel is right opposite the North Point Government Office and Quarry Bay. In the evening there were plenty of locals jogging around the bay or strolling to North Point which has a larger shopping area than Quarry Bay. As our business meetings were around Central, the location of the hotel suited us. Will stay there again.

香港中心部から距離は有るものの、トラム駅は目の前、地下鉄駅も至近、空港バスも目の前ですので、繁華街徒歩圏内が不要なら良いホテルだと思います。

The Harbour Plazas are all good, this one is no exception, you know what you are getting if you are a regular. It is a bit of a trip back in time to another era, wood trim everywhere makes it warm and welcoming. Rooms are not big, but are usually nice. The facility is clean. The only thing I didn't like was out of the hotel's control, that the building across the street was being renovated so the Starbucks, Cafe De Coral, Pret a Manger and several others were all demolished. This meant an additional block just to get to McDonald's, about the only restaurant around, as well as a Wellcome, and a Circle K. Pret was there but a full block away. As such it was inconvenient. Otherwise it is a great hotel near the MTR.

The Harbour Plazas are all good, this one is no exception, you know what you are getting if you are a regular. The only thing I didn't like was out of the hotel's control, that the building across the street was being renovated so the Starbucks, Cafe De Coral, Pret a Manger and several others were all demolished. This meant an additional block just to get to McDonald's, about the only restaurant around, as well as a Wellcome, and a Circle K. Pret was there but a full block away. As such it was inconvenient. Otherwise it is a great hotel near the MTR.

Stayed at the hotel quite a few times during the years. The hotel is certainly showing its age. The rooms are dated. And the shuttle bus service to/from Cityplaza stopped after COVID. But the staff are nice and helpful. The lobby cafe very good with comfy chairs. One MRT station away from Cityplaza or 20-25 minutes walk. Many dining options nearby. Overall good if you don’t mind older hotels.

I've stayed at this property many times over the years as it is very convenient to our HK office. They have recently done some room renovations, but they were pretty cheap mods. We had constant trouble with our room keys, the beds are hard and uncomfortable. The restaurant does a good job and has a great breakfast layout, but is relatively expensive. they do have a work out facility and the room price is good.

The room and hotel needs updating. The shower flooded and nothing was done about it. The staff were not very helpful. We were always trying to find a member of staff to serve us for food and drinks. The restaurant was shut down. If we had known about the restaurant before we would have booked somewhere else. Just not good enough and will not visit here again.

Attentive and professional staff, generally clean and tidy, just a little tired and dated fixtures and fittings. The refrigerator was very noisy (throughout the night cooling nothing inside) there weren’t enough cloths hangers for a weeks worth of business meetings, there is no minibar as they suggested, and surfaces were a little sticky and dusty round the edges. Despite one very pleasant evening in the bar (after a particularly long day), two subsequent visits were aborted due to no staff?

Harbour Plaza North Point is in a good location, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but our room had several issues. The toilet did not always refill properly, and about half of the electrical outlets, including the outlet used for the TV, stopped working for a period of time. Our biggest concern was being placed in an adjoining room, even though we neither requested nor needed one. The connecting door provided almost no sound insulation. We could clearly hear conversations, the television, and nearly everything else happening next door. Our neighbors appeared to be hosting Zoom calls well into the early morning, which made it difficult to sleep. The location and staff are definite strengths, but guests who are sensitive to noise should request a room without a connecting door.
