The Inna Sindhu is a great property, very well located. On the beach & close to lots of restaurants. Staff are beautiful & very helpful. The pool is lovely. Hotel is a bit dated & needs some maintenance. The breakfast is basic & the hot water is not very hot. We had a lovely holiday but would probably not return.

Rooms clean n comfortable but beginning to look tired. Time for an upgrade. Need to limit number of pool/beach towels issued to patrons as on several days inconvenienced as none available- some visitors using multiple towels to save spots around pool n beach lounges

This property has an excellent beach-front location and is within easy walking distance of local shops, restaurants and taxi, scooter and bike hire. The property itself is dated but the friendliness and excellent service of the staff make up for the short comings of the building. The hotel offers Spa Massage - this too was excellent and cheaper than those being offered on the beach front. Although dated, we would return here.

The hotel itself is in need of some TLC and the photos do not show this however, the staff were excellent, food at the hotel was great especially having the beach side restaurant, the rooms clean although our shower smelt like they were using bore water and the flow was non existent. Do not make out mistake and leave a massage until the last day, the reflexology masseurs attached to the hotel are the best.

Good 3xstar beach hotel, staff attentive and pleasant. Great location. Hotel is dated, so expected it to be a little run down, ie plumbing, etc. as per similar hotels in the area. Would benefit from bathroom upgrades but then, of course, the prices would rise. The worst thing I found was that the pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Overall it was a very good experience and I would be happy to stay here again.

Inna is getting old now, but still one of our favourites, it’s on the beach. Room was large , towels should be replaced. The bar area was not great, No fans . They took away loungers for a function and never put them back so only hard bar stools. Location is fantastic and we will be back in March 2024. Staff are friendly and very attentive.

Tolle Lage, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommene Zimmer. Betten und Handtücher sind sehr schmutzig. Service und Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht. Direkt am Strand und Geschäfte und Restaurants direkt vor dem Hotel.

Beach front location was beautiful but the condition of the hotel rooms were poor. Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, our aircon leaked on the floor causing mould in the wood surround. The showers and vanity sink and under the sink were mouldy as well as the toilet roll holder. The staff were lovely. But would not recommend unless some upgrades take place

Property is rundown. Bathroom smelt like a sewer. No hot water at all even after asking for it to be fixed. Staff were very friendly though.

Sehr enttäuschend, uraltes und dreckiges Badezimmer (obwohl wir eine teure Junior Suite gebucht hatten). Warmwasser nach 15 Minuten. Beim check out wurde nichts nachgefragt etc.

古いホテルなので仕方がないとは思うのですが、トイレの排水が非常に悪く何度も詰まりました。 最後は、トイレの下のゴムパッキンのところから汚水が部屋まで漏れ出して大変でした。 清潔さを求められる方にはおすすめできません。 バリらしい趣のあるトラディショナルなホテルではあります。 スタッフさんはとても親切な方が多くよかったです。

Les +: un beau restaurant avec belle vue mer, un bon petit dejeuner buffet, joli espace piscine et transats tous neufs également sur la plage de l'hotel. Enfin un personnel qui fait de son mieux avec gentillesse . Les - : hotel globalement tres vieillissant et pas renové depuis des decennies, qu'il s'agisse des parties communes ou de notre chambre soi-disant "Deluxe Room" . Cette derniere etait franchement moche, vieillotte, pas rénovée depuis sans doute les annees 90 ! Salle de bain dans un etant scandaleux, baignoire bouchée, et surtout avec des traces de saleté et de calcaire inscrustées, ménage mal fait (traces collantes sur le lavabo, degoutant), linge élimé, troué, mal lavé, et pour couronner le tout : des draps tàchés !!! Bref malheureusement nous regrettons notre choix et deconseillons totalement cet établissement !

The AC in the room was leaking water which they were unable to fix. The walls had water damage so it was surely a problem that has gone unfixed. there were cracked floor tiles and the bathroom door was cracked

The Rooms are very outdated & in desperate need of renovation. I had a deluxe room, single level. The plus side was its nice & quiet, which is what I was needing. Unfortunately the curtains did not block out the early morning sun & was a problem, I like to get up a bit later, 6:00am wasn’t doing it, if this might be an issue maybe bring an eye mask. The bed was ok, a bit on the hard side but fine. The buffet breakfast was pretty basic. The staff are wonderful and quite happy to help in any way possible. The location is fantastic, just near the markets & Icon shopping centre & out front is the beach boardwalk with lots of warungs, restaurants and coffee shops. The shower is over the bath, water pressure & temperature control was good. Aircon kept the room nice & cool. The pool was great with plenty of sun chairs. Would I stay here again, probably not.

Shower curtains and floor mat are old and dirty. Spacious room .. the king bed is two beds put together so dont expect to cuddle in the middle comfortably haha. Otherwise great location and value! Will stay again

So close to the beach. Easy progress from the bar to dining area . Very friendly staff from the check in to dining , bar and pool staff. Eager to please, especially there was likely to be a delay ay the airport .

The Inna Sindhu is a great property, very well located. On the beach & close to lots of restaurants. Staff are beautiful & very helpful. The pool is lovely. guests of the hotel come second to any events that are going on. If there is an “event” function. Not a problem if it is dry and you can walk somewhere else but in pouring rain can not get a drink in games room or something to eat. when asking get told “No. Event on” Poor service to guests and no communication.

I booked this last minute and was pleasantly surprised. It is right on the beach, a great spot. The rooms are large and okay, somewhat dated but they do what you need them to. The pool is nice. The staff are (mostly (see below)) nice and helpful. The restaurant is under used and is not busy, after eating there a couple of times I found this was because the food is not very good. It is very basic. They could do with a better chef and better advertising. Cons! The night before I left I ordered a taxi to go to my next hotel and was told 200idr. When I checked out the same lady told me it was actually 300idr. As I was ready to go I said okay. I then watched as the receptionist gave the taxi driver 200idr and kept the rest for herself. I understand her taking a % but a third is outrageously greedy and I'm disgusted that I've had to pay this much - 33% - just to order a taxi! As relaxed as my stay was this totally ruined my overall impression of the place.

This hotel is an elegant, comfortable, charming place and I wished I had stayed longer than four days. I cannot wait to return. The people are delightful, the service is impeccable, the housekeeping is highly professional and the restaurant is excellent. Several guests there told me that they have been visiting the hotel several times each year, for decades.

This property has an excellent beach-front location and is within easy walking distance of local shops, restaurants and taxi, scooter and bike hire. The property itself is dated but the friendliness and excellent service of the staff make up for the short comings of the building. The hotel offers Spa Massage - this too was excellent and cheaper than those being offered on the beach front. Although dated, we would return here.

The location is amazing, definitely the best thing about the hotel. You’re right on the beach with many bars/restaurants/shops etc nearby. The grounds of the hotel are very nice and the pool is nice. Service was very friendly and helpful if you asked for anything The sun rises on the beach outside make sure you get up to see it at least once !

This is an older hotel but the position is excellent. Great beach view from the breakfast area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Close to plenty of restaurants and shop.

The Rooms are very outdated & in desperate need of renovation. I had a deluxe room, single level. The plus side was its nice & quiet, which is what I was needing. Unfortunately the curtains did not block out the early morning sun & was a problem, I like to get up a bit later, 6:00am wasn’t doing it, if this might be an issue maybe bring an eye mask. The bed was ok, a bit on the hard side but fine. The buffet breakfast was pretty basic. The staff are wonderful and quite happy to help in any way possible. The location is fantastic, just near the markets & Icon shopping centre & out front is the beach boardwalk with lots of warungs, restaurants and coffee shops. The shower is over the bath, water pressure & temperature control was good. Aircon kept the room nice & cool. The pool was great with plenty of sun chairs. Would I stay here again, probably not.

Property was not central to much but in saying that some people might like it. Right next door to the shopping centre. Don’t have breakfast there it is cold everything not even hot coffee.. staff are rude in the breakfast restaurant. Asked for an omelette got a scrambled egg. Location excellent, hotel itself is in very bad condition and room dirty, bed linen and towels worn out and stained. Staff is very friendly and helpful but seems to have either given up or too young to organize and divide up the work. There’s enough of them hanging around the bar and restaurant, but not many of them actually working. The breakfast is lacking as well. Loads of empty trays and stands. If you’re not in the know, nobody informs you that you can actually get stuff like bacon or yogurt. Wouldn’t stay again.

Excellent position, shops, restaurants and bars plentiful with easy access. This property is tired and old and needs a facelift. The only food we ate was eggs for breakfast as we watched them being cooked, bacon straight from kitchen and toast we cooked ourselves.

Room was clean and roomy but needs updating or renovation. Only 1 power point in the room except for the one in the bathroom it was a 4 outlet power board but it was under the bench I and it was hard to use and it was sideways on an angle and the leads kept falling out. It would have been better on top of the bench. The kettle had to be heated in the bathroom which was the only other outlet but even the kettle didn’t always work and it didn’t switch off. The uneven and cracked tiles in the shower needed replacing. The wifi was hit and miss it kept cutting out. The breakfast was average needed more variety and a lot of food was overcooked. But not all was bad linen was good towels very good staff terrific and the pool area was also good and location was outstanding except for the late fireworks on the beach. Shopping was great. I usually stay in Legian or Kuta so I’m a bit spoiled that the standard breakfast and wifi and even smart tv are usually available is the normal not an extra added thing only the expensive hotels offer and a lot of things cost a bit more in Sanur.
