I did like the gym and smoothie bar, sauna and cold plunge that was available…pretty extensive for a property. The buffet had a good assortment of local Balinesian and western food choices. The rooms were well appointed, I wish they had outside balconies on the upper floors, yet that is the design of the building, vs the property itself

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fijne schone kamer en mooie tuin met zwembad. Helaas veel regen dus niet gezwommen. Wel gebruimkunnen maken van uitgebreide gym. Ontbijt met heel veel keuze tussen aziatisch en westerse gerechten in buffetvorm. Ook lifecoocking. Diner had lange wachttijden door veel vraag via roomservice en daarvoor vele excuses ontvangen. Al met al aanrader voor paar nachten. Nu door naar een omgeving met minder gasten om ons heen.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was fast and efficient. The pool was clean and refreshing. The shuttle to the beach and the grocery store was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Great Stay overall!

Stayed a week, unfortunately. Had status for upgrade yet claimed they didn’t have a room, turned out untrue. Was SO looking forward to using the spa to relax daily. Went for a 2-hr massage, yet 10 mins in, the pulsing bass of the loud gym music vibrated the walls. What “spa” allows such disturbance? I walked out. Spa front desk attendant was rude and also didn’t realize I completely understood her mumbling. Very unprofessional spa! They don’t even stop the Asian men from entering both jacuzzis with their nasty see-through underwear they walked in the door with (yucks)! Yet they make sure to tell the Europeans don’t go in nude! Jacuzzi was dirty and had thick scum on walls. Spa was a total gross disappointment…not forgetting the ridiculous 25% upcharge on all spa treatments! I hung the “clean room” sign and would come back to the sign flipped THREE different times to “do not disturb” (an excuse for them not to clean the room). First day had jet lagged, wanted to sleep. Two hours of banging/scraping AC next door. Thought it was over and then they started drilling on room to right…. OMG four hours of hell!! Breakfast was so tasteless and gross with fruit flies on the “healthy food” that we didn’t bother waking up to eat breakfast after day two. Pool was nice and the restaurant by the pool had better food than breakfast buffet or restaurant. Bad area for food unless you live at KFC or eat at hotel. Good location if island hopping, but we couldn’t wait to leave.

今回は1週間の滞在です。会議出席のためのビジネス滞在でした。ベランダ付きの1階の部屋で造りは良かったです。ただ、やはり老朽化の影響か、建物や部屋の中が総じて古く、また、暗い照明の影響もあり、やや清潔な感じではなかったです。部屋全体が下水臭がしてちょっと耐えられないときもありました。タオルは大きなバスタオルは厚くてとても良いですが、その他は薄く、ねずみ色でした。スタッフの能力や態度はとてもいいです。レストランのレベルは普通です。普通においしかったですが、バリのホテルの共通の問題ですが、朝食のクオリティは他のインドネシアの都市のホテルと比較すると低いです。洗濯物は当日に戻ってきません。次の日に戻ってきます。せっかくスタッフはいい人が多いので、施設のリニューアルをするととてもいいホテルになるのではないかと思います。近隣に魚料理（スープ、揚げ魚、ごはんだけのメニュー＠55k）の食堂が有り、待ちますけど、行く価値があります。おいしいです。

Very lovely staff, great location to catch the ferry to nusa Lembongan. Sheets were very stained when we arrived but the staff changed them for us. Shower was terrible it would not drain and we were showering in our own filth. Pool area very nice and relaxing.

Booked a pool view room, got a room looking over a pond when you looked out the window. Was told by reception that the room we were given was an upgraded room! no balcony’s on any rooms! Room was kept clean daily. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Vast amount of breakfast choices, could do installing a proper coffee machine instead of just basic coffee & tea, also tissues on the tables would be good as I don’t think being told to blow your nose on a linen napkin is very hygienic! Bar staff were all friendly and interested in our stay. Food in the Komono restaurant by the pool was outstanding and experienced afternoon tea for 2, by the pool, which was lovely, could do with taking away one of the sweet options and putting an extra savoury roll on. Overall a lovely hotel just not having a balcony wasn’t for us as assumed a pool view room would have balcony!

4성급이라 호텔이라 작을 것으로 생각했는데 그건 정말 큰 오산이었다. 객실 수도 엄청 많고 사이즈가 엄청 크다. 그래서 드라이버들이 쉽게 아는 호텔이라 그랩타고 다니기 편했음. 단점은 호텔이 오래되어서 시설적으로 조금 불편한 건 있음. 그래도 직원들은 정말 친절함!

一日目シャワー使えない。二日目エアコン冷えない。 その都度対応してもらうが、なおるまでに部屋にスタッフ出入り多く、時間を要し、なおらない。 部屋でゆっくりできなかった。 私たちの希望のホテルではなかった。 日頃からの部屋のメンテナンスをしていればこの様な事にならなかったのではと考えました。

Check in was 30 minutes late and they waited for me to come to them rather than coming to me in the lobby waiting area for me to get my keys. Twin beds pushed together for our “king size” TV had blown out speakers Lighting in room had backlight that was on when card was inserted so if I wanted light in the bathroom I had to wake up my wife. Breakfast buffet was a great addition to our room. The property is right down the street from the beach and a short walk to the harbor to go to the neighboring islands. I would stay again but probably be a little more assertive about the beds. The beds were comfortable, though.

Hotel was comfortable with good selection for breakfast, restaurant was great. the room was very large, unfortunately we had to change room because the shower was in the bath- I was unable to get in it- due to knee replacement. They gave us the same room with a separate shower; very helpful. I found the pool too difficult to get in , there is only a ladder to enter/ exit. or large steps without rail. I had communicated with the hotel prior to booking to ask about access etc. obviously lost in translation. Overall a nice hotel with good amenities; but not recommended if you have mobility problems. Staff lovely as always in Bali.

Booked a pool view room, got a room looking over a pond when you looked out the window. Was told by reception that the room we were given was an upgraded room! no balcony’s on any rooms! Room was kept clean daily. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Vast amount of breakfast choices, could do installing a proper coffee machine instead of just basic coffee & tea, also tissues on the tables would be good as I don’t think being told to blow your nose on a linen napkin is very hygienic! Bar staff were all friendly and interested in our stay. Food in the Komono restaurant by the pool was outstanding and experienced afternoon tea for 2, by the pool, which was lovely, could do with taking away one of the sweet options and putting an extra savoury roll on. Mediocre at best. Check in and breakfast was terrible. They also charge 100,000 per hour for late check out. Asked how my stay was on check out, I explained poor and received ‘okay, thanks see you next time’ as a response.

From arriving to leaving the staff were welcoming and helpful. Having a courtesy bus was great. So location was good for most things. As with most accommodation in Bali little maintenance things are happening or need doing. Would stay again.

Unfortunately a disappointing stay. Arrived at the advertised check in time and was told we had to wait another hour for our room to be ready - sat by reception and saw multiple people arrive and check in to their rooms whilst we were still waiting. Room still wasn’t ready an hour later but after complaining we were told we could go to the room but it wasn’t finished? Never had this before. Told on check in we had breakfast included in our stay, arrived at breakfast the next morning to be told it wasn’t included and tried to charge us. Didn’t bother in the end. The room was okay but quite tired - king bed is 2 king single beds pushed together.

Stayed a week, unfortunately. Had status for upgrade yet claimed they didn’t have a room, turned out untrue. Was SO looking forward to using the spa to relax daily. Went for a 2-hr massage, yet 10 mins in, the pulsing bass of the loud gym music vibrated the walls. What “spa” allows such disturbance? I walked out. Spa front desk attendant was rude and also didn’t realize I completely understood her mumbling. Very unprofessional spa! They don’t even stop the Asian men from entering both jacuzzis with their nasty see-through underwear they walked in the door with (yucks)! Yet they make sure to tell the Europeans don’t go in nude! Jacuzzi was dirty and had thick scum on walls. Spa was a total gross disappointment…not forgetting the ridiculous 25% upcharge on all spa treatments! I hung the “clean room” sign and would come back to the sign flipped THREE different times to “do not disturb” (an excuse for them not to clean the room). First day had jet lagged, wanted to sleep. Two hours of banging/scraping AC next door. Thought it was over and then they started drilling on room to right…. OMG four hours of hell!! Breakfast was so tasteless and gross with fruit flies on the “healthy food” that we didn’t bother waking up to eat breakfast after day two. Pool was nice and the restaurant by the pool had better food than breakfast buffet or restaurant. Bad area for food unless you live at KFC or eat at hotel. Good location if island hopping, but we couldn’t wait to leave.

Big hotel, ~300 bedrooms and many meeting/conference facilities. Some of the bedroom fixtures and fittings needed attention. Probably a 400m walk from the street entrance to my room. Well-equipped and well-attended gym. No Indonesian food restaurant options due (I was told) to March being a quiet month. Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Big pool between 200m long accommodation blocks, not used because of wet weather. This is a good hotel for business and conference guests, but is too far from good quality tourist prerequisites such as shopping, range of eateries, massage/spa services, etc.

On a passé 2 nuits dès notre arrivée à Bali. Très reposant et confortable, la piscine est très belle en longueur et permet d'avoir plusieurs espaces. Restaurant très sympa également. Eau potable disponible. Plage à 5min à pied et navettes disponibles. Je recommande!

This hotel is a fabulous hotel in Sanur especially if you are planning on going across to the islands of Lembongan or Penida after or during your stay as it’s a 10 mins walk to the boat port. The staff are excellent at the hotel and it’s a nice big spacious hotel with a lovely reception area and cafe/bar in the lobby which serves food and nice selection of drinks. Room is spacious and comfortable with excellent A/C. Very nice relaxing pool area with a cafe bar next to it. Breakfast…..fabulous buffet choice for breakfast. A beautiful hotel – quite large, yet it never feels crowded. The rooms are lovely, the staff extremely friendly, and the breakfast selection is excellent. I’d be happy to come back when I visit Bali again.

Very large hotel - would be excellent for a conference but we were on vacation. The room lack power points around the bed for charging. The balcony offered is misleading - 1 metre wide and no furniture - unusable except for smoking. You need a ground floor room at this hotel. A long walk to the beach - take a taxi. On the positive side - the breakfast offered is excellent.
Very large hotel - would be excellent for a conference but we were on vacation. The room lack power points around the bed for charging. The balcony offered is misleading - 1 metre wide and no furniture - unusable except for smoking. You need a ground floor room at this hotel. A long walk to the beach - take a taxi. On the positive side - the breakfast offered is excellent.

I paid extra for my kid but i didn’t get extra bed (when compared to other hotel i booked). The cup and bottle cap was dirty. The old staff in the bar of lobby was not friendly.

Flott hotell med fine fasiliteter. God frokost. På rommene følte vi både vedlikehold og renhold var for dårlig. For å komme oss til stranden kjørte hotellet oss til en strand 15 min unna da denne skulle være bedre. Uforståelig. Stranden nærmest hotellet er i gangavstand og veldig fin.

We had a fantastic stay at the Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur. The staff were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, with a great variety at breakfast and delicious options throughout the day. We were impressed with both the quality and service in the restaurants. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to a wide range of restaurants, cafés, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore Sanur without needing transport. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with lovely pool areas and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, great food, outstanding service, and a perfect location. We would highly recommend Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur and would happily stay here again. 🌴☀️😊
