The resort has great facilities (kids had a great time). The staff were friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean, well appointed and suited our needs. The beach was in walking distance and there was a dinner place nearby when we arrived tired from the drive. We had an excellent stay

When booking this accommodation we had high hopes with the facilities listed. Unfortunately when we arrived the cabin was very dirty with the floors making our feet instantly black, the walls had splatter marks and cobwebs on them and the couch felt very dirty, the outdoor furniture was also very dirty and we asked for it to be cleaned however no one came and did this. The laundromat on site was not working until the day before we left. The on site complimentary wifi was also not working until the day before we left and the jumping pillow was closed off for half the time we were there. The location conscience to the Catalina Country Club was great but we were overall quite let down and disappointed in our visit.

From the outside the cabin looked fairly new but inside it did not feel clean. There was very visible dirty marks on the walls, doors, couch and chairs and I’m not sure when the last time the fridge was pulled out but it was very visibly dirty own the side of the fridge. The pool area was dated and could do with an upgrade. The location was good with easy beach access and lots of amenities for children. Little disappointed that the mini golf had a charge and not just a holding deposit on equipment like other facilities.

The property was alright but the sofa was very old and dusty. The curtains were really dirty and covered in dust. We had to use bed sheets to sit on sofa as it was not hygienic for kids. The windows were all covered with spider webs. We managed somehow but will never book this place again. Too dirty

A very professional reception service giving great suggestions for dining, day walks and use of the facilities. The staff know their jobs and were very helpful. In our cabin there was significant dust on the wooden shutter blinds and some dry crunchy noodles left under the couch in living room from previous guests- just a thorough dust would help- picture in main bed room very dusty too. Great location for us. The local walk to the Corrigan beach and Observation point was very beautiful and worthwhile. Superb coffee van on site, with extended opening hours serving breakfast, donuts and light snacks for dinner. A great innovation for family travelling.

We had 3 kids booked but only got a double bunk and because we he design was for 3 it was hard for the kids to go sideways from the ladder to bed and the 3rd choice of gag to sleep with an adult. There was no plug in the bathroom for the bath or sink. The living area is spacious and the kitchen was a good size no oven instructions so couldn’t get the oven working. Great place and great prices.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment but 2 of us had to walk through another bedroom to get to the toilet. This was an issue during the night. We could not get the oven or grill to work. We had two small fry pans for 5 people, a large frying pan would have been handy. There was no bread knife, which may not affect many but we did need it. A suggestion of a larger sofa that matching the number of beds.

You get what you pay for, and in this case, you're paying for fairly economical, no-frills family accommodation. I was in a Queenslander, and it was showing it's age. However, aside from a dodgy bathroom tap, it was perfectly serviceable for a family of 4. I would point out that the aircon works well in the main room, but on a hot day, the bedrooms (especially the bunk room) remain hot.

Nice location and great space in the cabins. The property had a power outage when we checked in which was not of their doing (local power company). The staff were working under duress and difficult conditions. They did everything possible to assist us and provided everyone with regular text messages to keep all updated on the situation.

Stunning view, friendly staff, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, all appliances for your comfortable stay. The bikes on rent were super fun. Cons: our oven was not working and there was no onsite help available after hours. The customer care employee was not helpful at all but the staff next day cleared up the confusion. Seems the staff had instructed something to the customer care and the customer care explained something else to us. Dinner didn't go as planned but we had some fruits and dry food.

Wonderful stay at Batemans Marina. Stayed over the weekend with the family and the resort is conveniently located in the heart of town. Walking distance to the beach. The resort has lots of things to keep kids involved such as playground. Pedal carts, pool, indoor games etc. Loved our time. The beachcomber villa was a little dated but large and comfortable.

Our cabin was a little aged/tired and the airconditioner and fans struggled to cool it down in the unseasonal 36degree heat but the kitchen was well appointed and the bed was comfy. Sheets and towels were good quality and water pressure was good. The Catalina Country Club was just across the road and the restaurant was very good. Considering we stayed on a Saturday night, it was very quiet after dark. Good value for the money.

Always a pleasant stay. Location is great with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Lots of beaches around for a swim. Perhaps an additional arm chair or two in the Queenslander villa would be great, as the two seater couch is quite tight for two people to sit on comfortably. We will be back for sure.

The resort was good for families.It had nice facilities to play mini basketball,mini soccer and other activities.The grounds of the resort looked good and well kept.It had a nice beach virtually at the resort.Also the club was just across the road which supplied a good variety of tasty meals.

A very professional reception service giving great suggestions for dining, day walks and use of the facilities. The staff know their jobs and were very helpful. In our cabin there was significant dust on the wooden shutter blinds and some dry crunchy noodles left under the couch in living room from previous guests- just a thorough dust would help- picture in main bed room very dusty too. Great location for us. The local walk to the Corrigan beach and Observation point was very beautiful and worthwhile. Superb coffee van on site, with extended opening hours serving breakfast, donuts and light snacks for dinner. A great innovation for family travelling.

There were no towels and floor mat given. Office already closed so unavailable to get them. Next day morning, no water supplies for the cabin due to busted pipes in other area. It would be great if the guests get a message informing us there is no water.

This is an affordable place to stay for a family. We stayed in the 3 bedroom economy cabin which was comfortable and spacious. The location was great - right next to the water/beach. Staff were friendly and the coffee/donut shop near the reception was great! Our gas oven however had a broken electric ignition which meant you needed to light it with the provided lighter. The heater also wasnt very strong despite maxing it which meant the rooms didnt get much heating at all. Other than that we had a pretty comfortable stay. Id be happy to return again in the future if we returned to the area
