Newer hotel so it is clean and in good shape. One of the only in the area I could find with a hot tub! It was nice and warm and big too. The pool was fun but not too large. Nice selection of items for breakfast included.

The rooms were dirty, one had plaster dust on everything. The jets in the spa were broken, the waffle machine was broken. My nephew pulled the door handle to the bathroom instead of pushed and it slid off. I don't think it was actually attached with any kind of hardware. My wife had white floaties in the glass she tried to use and none of the dishes were actually clean. So we bought some paper plates and cutlery from the Walmart down the road. There was a raw sewage smell the morning of our checkout that was apparently coming from the laundry room. The channel guide either wasn't working or wasn't a feature as all you could see was the channel name with no program info. None of the water dispensers on the ice machines work. The mattress on the double pull out are maybe 6 inches thick. Nobody slept well and I won't be coming here ever. I will say the staff was courteous and helpful. Oh, and we arrived about 30 minutes before check in but were told the rooms were still being cleaned. Which is fine but we had been sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes while a few others who'd just arrived were checked in and given keys. I had to go up and get in line to talk to the clerk again to be helped, as did 2 other parties waiting on rooms. I had a function at 4 and expected to be able to check in at 3 to get to my destination on time.

The pool was cold but the hot tub was nice. The rooms were to die for. We were in 114 and it was the best suite. We totally would stay again. Breakfast was great and the room, staff, atmosphere all clean and nice.

New hotel with very quick and friendly checkin experience. Great staff. I had a major issue with my TV which they couldn’t figure out. Also, the shower was very dirty. I love the location and the real plates and silverware but it still has some details to work out.

Hotel and room were very clean and staff very friendly. The only problem I had was there was no light by the couch so it was not an option to read there late at night.

Not exactly sure when this hotel opened, but it still smelled brand new walking in! Everything was incredibly clean and well organized. The front desk worker (unfortunately I didn't catch her name..) was incredibly kind and helpful, especially with noticing I was a solo female traveler (didn't say my room number out loud when giving my key). The normal king room was well laid out, had great long stay features, and the TV is massive. Also very close to lots of stores and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again and especially for a longer stay.

Amazing hotel. Best hotel we have ever stayed at. Room has a normal size fridge. Has a dish washer and stove top! And of course a microwave. Has a huge tv. Room is very Spacious. Room is like a mini apartment. Breakfast is great. They have eggs , sausage and pancakes or waffles. And cereal and fruits and yogurts. Hot tub and pool are very nice. Staff is great as well. Very beautiful hotel. They do an amazing job. They also have foods you can buy in lobby. Like frozen meals. And ice cream. Candy bars. And chips.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was modern and clean. Nice outside patio area with grills. Our room was nice with a small kitchenette and king bed. The only complaint we have is the noisy doors. All the doors in our hall were extremely loud when closing. Ours was loud no matter how soft we closed it. Overall a good stay!

The hotel is beautiful, loved almost everything! What I didn’t like: The flashing light on the fire alarm was making me nauseous, I tried to hide from it but it illuminated the whole room. I would stay again but that would definitely have to be addressed

Was a very clean room, King bed was comfy but not the pull out sofa! You could feel the springs through the pitiful excuse of a mattress. When I told the front desk at check out, all the guy said was that they haven’t been used very often. How about you get better quality ones??!!

We had two rooms for two nights. I spoke in person to front desk, requesting tidy up service for both rooms and refill of empty body wash for one. Neither request was completed. Upon checking out I voiced my displeasure. The person on duty at checkout the morning of 8/16/25 was very rude and dismissive. She is a very poor representative of the Marirott.

If you have ANY mobility issues, you should ask for a handicap room. I asked daily if there was a chance that i could be switched. Each time the staff would tell me they would look into it, but later were found laughing or playing on their phone.

This hotel was immaculate and the staff was very friendly and helped out whenever needed. From check in to check out we were always greeted with a friendly hello. The staff was always sprucing the place up throughout the day including the manager who could be seen out and about lending a hand.

One major issue I had was that we arrived late, I had called down due to needing hypoallergenic pillows as I am very allergic to down (bird) feather pillows. Night clerk told us that you do not offer those pillows and cannot help. I used two bathroom towels as my pillow.

We loved our stay here! Everything was brand new (or maybe recently renovated?), well kept, and we felt fancy staying in a suite that was really affordable. The hot tub was huge! It's an easy walk to Eastwood Town Center with lots of food and shopping to be had.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite for a week. Housekeeping came in only once to replace towels; no other services were completed. Trash was not removed, even when we set it outside of door it sat for hours or overnight. Hotel is on a very busy and noisy street. Breakfast was okay, better options at Starbucks across the street. Staff was always friendly and the hotel was very clean. Pool area was nice (very slippery though and toddlers fell often). Overall a decent place to stay but we have stayed in better accommodations in Eastwood Towne Center.

Newer hotel so it is clean and in good shape. One of the only in the area I could find with a hot tub! It was nice and warm and big too. The pool was fun but not too large. Nice selection of items for breakfast included.

This property is in a great location. Lots of variety for dining out and shopping. Friendly staff. Only complaint was that breakfast was only served until 9 during the week.

Amazing hotel. Best hotel we have ever stayed at. Room has a normal size fridge. Has a dish washer and stove top! And of course a microwave. Has a huge tv. Room is very Spacious. Room is like a mini apartment. Breakfast is great. They have eggs , sausage and pancakes or waffles. And cereal and fruits and yogurts. Hot tub and pool are very nice. Staff is great as well. Very beautiful hotel. They do an amazing job. They also have foods you can buy in lobby. Like frozen meals. And ice cream. Candy bars. And chips.

Room was clean breakfast was great waffles were a big hit. Pool area was clean only thing that would make things a lil better is if there were bigger trash cans in the suite especially when you have kids

I am not someone who leaves reviews very often, but I was EXTREMELY impressed with my stay! My best friend and I decided to have a spontaneous girls night away where we could just hang out at the hotel and utilize the hot tub. The room was AMAZING! I paid for a standard 3 queen room and the room had a kitchenette complete with a stove, pans and dishes and a fridge with a freezer and ice maker! The pool and hot tub were nice, and the people at the front desk were very helpful! They even had a blender we could borrow so we could make some pina coladas. Also, as a celiac (can’t have gluten), typically hotel breakfasts are hit and miss on whether I can have anything. Not only did they have fruit, protein (eggs, sausage, yogurt), but they had GLUTEN FREE MUFFINS!!!! I was so impressed!

The rooms were dirty, one had plaster dust on everything. The jets in the spa were broken, the waffle machine was broken. My nephew pulled the door handle to the bathroom instead of pushed and it slid off. I don't think it was actually attached with any kind of hardware. My wife had white floaties in the glass she tried to use and none of the dishes were actually clean. So we bought some paper plates and cutlery from the Walmart down the road. There was a raw sewage smell the morning of our checkout that was apparently coming from the laundry room. The channel guide either wasn't working or wasn't a feature as all you could see was the channel name with no program info. None of the water dispensers on the ice machines work. The mattress on the double pull out are maybe 6 inches thick. Nobody slept well and I won't be coming here ever. I will say the staff was courteous and helpful. Oh, and we arrived about 30 minutes before check in but were told the rooms were still being cleaned. Which is fine but we had been sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes while a few others who'd just arrived were checked in and given keys. I had to go up and get in line to talk to the clerk again to be helped, as did 2 other parties waiting on rooms. I had a function at 4 and expected to be able to check in at 3 to get to my destination on time.

The pool was cold but the hot tub was nice. The rooms were to die for. We were in 114 and it was the best suite. We totally would stay again. Breakfast was great and the room, staff, atmosphere all clean and nice.

Excellent hotel. When I got there, I discovered that there was a mistake with my reservation and my room only had one bed for three adults. They made it right by comping us a second room. The pool was nice but kind of small and crowded. After all the kids left, it was nice and peaceful.

LOVE the pool and hot tub. The staff is not only friendly, but they ask if they can make you more comfortable, get you an additional breakfast item, etc. We've stayed 5 nights on 3 occasions.

When we checked in, I alerted staff that we had our small dog with us. The next night, we received a phone call from the front desk at 10:30pm, waking up everyone to tell us our dog had been barking “all day, and our dog wasn’t even registered to be here”. I advised that the lady that checked us in was aware and added a deposit to my bill. The lady at the front desk, Angela was terribly rude when I explained that our dog had been with us the entire time. I even provided pictures time stamped throughout the day. She had sent an email to me at 7:13pm, complaining about our dog barking in the room, at this exact time we were sitting outside with our dog. The barking dog was on the 3rd floor. I ended up speaking with management, and he was much more reasonable, and did take some of the price off the room for her behavior. Mind you, we had talked to her at the front desk (with the dog) to borrow the grilling equipment and she never mentioned any issues. Although, she did give us dirty looks when my son was wheeling in his secured gun case. After speaking with several other families all in town for USA Clay Bird National Competition, several had reported the hotel staff to be very rude. I think it is just a leftist/antigun population and this was their way of making their beliefs known. Which is sad, because this competition brings lots of business to all the surrounding towns. We are already planning our trip for next year, and will absolutely NOT be staying here again.
