This home is located in a very quiet and walking area of Laurel Park. Easy walking access to downtown Sarasota restaurants and shops. The interior layout is perfect for a couple (does have a roll away bed for a third person/child, but might be a bit tight and would have to place the bed in the living area. The exterior of the home does need some attention. There is a nice front porch to sit and back screened area which also has a washer and dryer. The back screened porch doesn't have much of a view but at least a place to sit and relax.Should you need anything during your stay, the Property Manager was very pleasant, accommodating and prompt to help.

Check in was easy. Location was great for us- close to downtown. Had an issue with poor water pressure and was addressed promptly. Kitchen does need more supplies for those who stay as long as we did.
