Très bon accueil malgré une arrivée tardive (hors des heures d'ouverture de la réception) en raison de contraintes professionnelles. Seul bémol : déclenchement d'une alarme (suite à une défectuosité) en pleine nuit pendant une 15aine de minutes. Petit-déjeuner offert le matin en guise de dédommagement. Je recommande !

The staff at the hotel are amazing - full marks, they alone would be enough to encourage me to come back and stay . One or two small things are worth knowing the rooms are quite dark at night, there are several lights but they are all low wattage which leaves much of the room in shadow including shelves. It would be great if they included one really bright light as an option to illuminate the whole room, especially if like me you were using it for work, not the atmosphere. Some rooms are "between" lift floors, there are around 10 steps or so, but if that is an issue make sure you let them know. There is a tram line about 2 minutes away and you can buy a day ticket at the stop for 8 euros per day. Whilst not especially close to the Grand Place or other sights, they are not difficult to get to

I got a room in the basement - never again. Yes, there are windows, but it still is noticably a cellar room. The bathroom is so small, you cannot even dry yourself with a towel. TV only had one channel that was actually working. To be fair: it is a nice house in an interesting neighborhood. The breakfast is good at a fair price. The rooms are on the small side, but on previous stays I had more luck and was quite happy. I didn't know they also offered the Harry Potter experience under... that was not worth the money. Brussels has many better options.

Small boutique hotel, more like a bed and breakfast than hotel. Reception staff polite enough, reception closes at 10pm. Lift is tiny and there's not much space between exiting the lift and the bedroom doors, which means we heard every person who used the lift, and someone loudly on their phone first thing in the morning immediately outside our door for a long time. Room was nicely decorated but dark, lots of lights but very dim. No window to open for fresh air which made it a bit claustrophobic. Bed was comfortable and shower was great, but shower could do with a shelf for toiletries. Coat hooks would also be useful.

Me gusto el trato del personal del Lobby, por lo demás, el hotel es terrible Llegamos y nos dieron una habitación sucia (demasiado polvo, suciedad de restos e el baño, tasa del baño manchada, focos que no servían, entre otras cosas mas), además, el personal de la limpieza fue sumamente grosero, pues uno de los dls días que pretendimos estar allí, queríamos descansar, pero prácticamente nos corrieron porque debían hacer limpieA, despertándonos del descanso que teníamos. El desayuno es también decepcionante, tienen muy poco para todos los huéspedes, so alcanzábamos un poco de pan y café de lo que había No me volvería a quedar allí

A very pleasant stay for 6 nights, in a single room. Comfortable bed, very little noise from neighbours. Informative and friendly staff, good shower, TV that showed the Euros 👍. I didn't take breakfast at the hotel but tea and coffee was replenished every morning in room and it was very clean, with decent shower. Plenty of cafés, bars and places to eat within walking distance. Close to Hora Museum and within 30-40 minutes of fine arts museum and other landmarks. 15 to 20 minutes from local metro and Brussels Midi station. A good, affordable place to stay.

The room was in the basement, which was fine because it did have a small patio to the yard. The person at registration was very nice and explained everything clearly. They allowed me to check-in early which was extremely helpful. The room was mostly quiet except in the mornings after 7am when they would be preparing for breakfast. I didn't eat breakfast there as I was unsure of the price and also there was a great restaurant just up the road. I did also notice that the carpet had not been vacuumed which was disappointing. I chose the location based on the fact that it was fairly close to the train station, which wasn't too bad. Googles transportation suggestions were awkward at times, but that had nothing to do with the hotel. Overall I was pretty happy with the stay.

We stayed in the bottom floor. They call the floor -1. I actually like it because there were only two rooms in the lowest floor. It was quite with access to a small yard. However, the carpet needs cleaning and the room decorations need to be updated. Despite of this, we have daily toiletries, clean sheets and beddings, and my bed was king size with extra twin bed.

Petit hôtel dans une rue calme de Saint-Gilles. Le personnel est jeune et très sympathique, les lits confortables et le petit déjeuner complet. Seul point noir, le ménage de la chambre : l’aspirateur n’a pas été passé sur la moquette pendant notre séjour, les saletés qui y étaient à notre arrivée y étaient encore après 5 jours. Allergiques à la poussière s’abstenir ! En revanche sdb très propre,

Good location and staff friendly . Basement room unpleasant and smelt of mould. Dark and gloomy. Carpet old and stained. Desperately in need of refurbishment. Perhaps we were just unlucky with our room but I have been to several other hotels in Brussels and there are many better ones

Flott hotellrom i lite, trivelig hotell i en stille gate. Den store utfordringen var at det var svært varm, og ingen aircondition. Det var heldigvis mulig å åpne både dør ut til branntrapp og et stor vindu, slik at det ble antydning til gjennomtrekk.

Hotel was pretty cool and hip. Room wasn’t the biggest but was quite comfortable. Free breakfast and walkable to some cool spots in the neighborhood or the metro to get into the center of town. Would definitely stay again

Expérience étrange : Hôtel très bien situé, accueil très sympathique, grande chambre, lit confortable et salle de bain très propre. Mais, un hôtel qui aurait besoin d'un vrai coup de renouveau : Moquettes tâchées, meubles et lit à rénover, TV qui ne fonctionne pas et surtout, beaucoup de bruit en provenance de la cuisine dès 7am (chambre en sous-sol). Nous avons passé un bon WE tout de même, mais c'est dommage, car avec un petit effort, cet hôtel serait parfait ! - Par contre, les employés sont super gentils et accueillants !

Sehr angenehm, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alles war unkompliziert. Ich war allein unterwegs, mein Einzelzimmer war sehr klein, aber ruhig und gut ausgestattet, mit Wasserkocher für Kaffee/Tee, und sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück!

I got a room in the basement - never again. Yes, there are windows, but it still is noticably a cellar room. The bathroom is so small, you cannot even dry yourself with a towel. TV only had one channel that was actually working. To be fair: it is a nice house in an interesting neighborhood. The breakfast is good at a fair price. The rooms are on the small side, but on previous stays I had more luck and was quite happy. I didn't know they also offered the Harry Potter experience under... that was not worth the money. Brussels has many better options.

The rooms are on the small side, but on previous stays I had more luck and was quite happy. I didn't know they also offered the Harry Potter experience under... that was not worth the money. Brussels has many better options.

Small boutique hotel, more like a bed and breakfast than hotel. Reception staff polite enough, reception closes at 10pm. Lift is tiny and there's not much space between exiting the lift and the bedroom doors, which means we heard every person who used the lift, and someone loudly on their phone first thing in the morning immediately outside our door for a long time. Room was nicely decorated but dark, lots of lights but very dim. No window to open for fresh air which made it a bit claustrophobic. Bed was comfortable and shower was great, but shower could do with a shelf for toiletries. Coat hooks would also be useful.

Me gusto el trato del personal del Lobby, por lo demás, el hotel es terrible Llegamos y nos dieron una habitación sucia (demasiado polvo, suciedad de restos e el baño, tasa del baño manchada, focos que no servían, entre otras cosas mas), además, el personal de la limpieza fue sumamente grosero, pues uno de los dls días que pretendimos estar allí, queríamos descansar, pero prácticamente nos corrieron porque debían hacer limpieA, despertándonos del descanso que teníamos. El desayuno es también decepcionante, tienen muy poco para todos los huéspedes, so alcanzábamos un poco de pan y café de lo que había No me volvería a quedar allí

Une odeur pestilentielle d'égout dans la chambre impossible à faire disparaitre meme en aerant. A ma demande, le réceptionniste a bien constaté le fait mais ne m'a pas proposé le changement de chambre car l'hôtel était apparemment complet. La seule proposé a été une bombe désodorisante mais Inefficace pour faire disparaitre cette odeur. J'ai donc dû dormir dans cette odeur car il était trop tard pour changer d'hôtel. J'ai reparlé du problème a un autre réceptionniste le lendemain matin. Il a paru désolé et a pris mon adresse email en me disant qu'il reviendrai vers moi. Au bout de 3 jours j'attends toujours ! Je constate qu'aucune ristourne, dédommagement ou geste commercial ne m'a été proposé en compensation du préjudice. Pas même un petit déjeuner ou un café. Nul . The room was in the basement, which was fine because it did have a small patio to the yard. The person at registration was very nice and explained everything clearly. They allowed me to check-in early which was extremely helpful. The room was mostly quiet except in the mornings after 7am when they would be preparing for breakfast. I didn't eat breakfast there as I was unsure of the price and also there was a great restaurant just up the road. I did also notice that the carpet had not been vacuumed which was disappointing. I chose the location based on the fact that it was fairly close to the train station, which wasn't too bad. Googles transportation suggestions were awkward at times, but that had nothing to do with the hotel. Overall I was pretty happy with the stay.

A very pleasant stay for 6 nights, in a single room. Comfortable bed, very little noise from neighbours. Informative and friendly staff, good shower, TV that showed the Euros 👍. I didn't take breakfast at the hotel but tea and coffee was replenished every morning in room and it was very clean, with decent shower. Plenty of cafés, bars and places to eat within walking distance. Close to Hora Museum and within 30-40 minutes of fine arts museum and other landmarks. 15 to 20 minutes from local metro and Brussels Midi station. A good, affordable place to stay.

The staff at the hotel are amazing - full marks, they alone would be enough to encourage me to come back and stay . One or two small things are worth knowing the rooms are quite dark at night, there are several lights but they are all low wattage which leaves much of the room in shadow including shelves. It would be great if they included one really bright light as an option to illuminate the whole room, especially if like me you were using it for work, not the atmosphere. Some rooms are "between" lift floors, there are around 10 steps or so, but if that is an issue make sure you let them know. There is a tram line about 2 minutes away and you can buy a day ticket at the stop for 8 euros per day. Whilst not especially close to the Grand Place or other sights, they are not difficult to get to

Ett bra utgångsläge för utflykter runt om Bryssel. Nära till transport, spårvagn. Sen ca 3 min till station Louise där ett stråk av high end butiker håller till. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Sjysta rum och trevlig liten frukost lounge. Flexibel incheckning då vi kom flera timmar innan incheckningstiden. Rekommenderas dig som vill ha ett bra alternativ i pris och lugnt läge.

Overordnet havde vi et rigtig godt ophold, og det var en positiv oplevelse. Der er dog enkelte områder, hvor der er plads til forbedring. Personalet var meget venlige og gav en rigtig god service. Rengøringen var fin, og sengen var virkelig behagelig. Dog var kunstlæderet rundt om sengen meget slidt, hvilket gav et mindre pænt og knap så indbydende indtryk. Badeværelset var lækkert og rummeligt – virkelig dejligt. Vi kan godt lide små hoteller, og dette er et lille og meget roligt sted, hvilket vi satte stor pris på. Morgenmaden var desværre ikke helt tilfredsstillende. Røræggene var meget tørre og nærmest uspiselige. Det gav fornemmelsen af, at de kunne være fra dagen før, selvom det nok ikke var tilfældet. Kaffen var heller ikke af særlig god kvalitet. Generelt var kvaliteten af morgenmaden kun delvist tilfredsstillende, og vi havde forventet noget bedre. Vi vil stadig gerne anbefale hotellet, da vi overordnet havde et godt ophold, men vi synes ikke helt, at det lever op til de meget flotte anmeldelser, det ellers har fået.

I booked a room with a view on the city but I got one with a view on the garden which desperately needs to be cleaned. Besides that it said that the room was sound proof. I wish I could insert a video because I got woken up by people having intercourse. Which was very annoying because I couldnt sleep the whole the night. And later on the staff in the morning because they were grabbing stuff downstairs. the doors are way too thin so you can hear everything. Besides that the room had a funky smell. It kind of smelled like mold. I saw that they also had painted over some water damage in the room I was staying. In the general area, the carpet desperately needs to be cleaned because its full of stains and holes. Knowing Belgians they probably wont do that because they hate to renovate. Please avoid this place!

I wish I could insert a video because I got woken up by people having intercourse. Which was very annoying because I couldnt sleep the whole the night. And later on the staff in the morning because they were grabbing stuff downstairs. the doors are way too thin so you can hear everything. Besides that the room had a funky smell. It kind of smelled like mold. I saw that they also had painted over some water damage in the room I was staying. In the general area, the carpet desperately needs to be cleaned because its full of stains and holes. Knowing Belgians they probably wont do that because they hate to renovate. Please avoid this place!

The images of this hotel do not match its current state of (dis)repair. We had a basement room (yes, there are rooms down a dark musty stairwell with torn up carpeting.) The room itself wasn't too bad, but the hallways and exterior of the property are in really bad shape. Would not ever consider staying there again.

A good basic hotel. However, as the hotel does not have air conditioning I would avoid it during hot summer months. Furhtermore, the textiles in the room and walls in the shower would benefit from a good cleaning.
