Built in 2021 - 5 BR/4 BA Lakefront in Grand Rivers -The Only City on Both Lakes

The only negative comment would be about the bbq grill. It is barely holding together and seemed dangerous. One brother lives in Tiline and went home to bring his Weber for our use.

Loved this property! Super easy to find, great location, clean, very spacious, all the comforts of home. My work team opted to stay together while in town for an outing at KY Lake rather than all rent hotels rooms. Best decision. This was the perfect place that allowed everyone to have their own space. The kitchen/living area is huge. There were only 4 of us so it was very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again! I slept in the back bedroom. I don’t know what that mattress was, but I fell asleep and woke up in the same position…never moved! lol it was awesome!! Bonus: before I dropped off my team at the airport, I asked what the highlight of the week was and they said staying together at the lake house! :) May have to make it an annual event! Thanks for sharing this awesome place with us!

The layout was nice and easy flow from every room. The rooms were all nice sizes and beds were great. Having a gas grill was a big plus. Rented a golf cart from Cunninghams and loved being able to drive it around to the shops and restaurants.

Nice central location between the lakes. Very spacious house, clean and well maintained. We had 10 adults and it had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable, plenty of bathrooms and showers, TV's everywhere. This is the 2nd year we booked with this host and everything went great.

This property was perfect for our 4 sisters and families to get together for the holidays. We were able to have 22 family members together for food, reminiscing and play games. The large table was perfect and there was plenty of space throughout. The large deck (partially covered) gave us tons of additional room. Adequate sleeping arrangements and restrooms!! Very close walk to downtown Grand Rivers to enjoy the holiday festivities. Already looking to book again for next year!

We booked this house for 7 adults working at the Paducah Quilt show (5 women, 2 men). As we drove through town we were excited about the looks of the community and the house. It quickly changed when we went into the house and found the house was not as clean as we expect. My wife went to work, washing bedding and towels (nothing smelled clean, some hairs found in the sheets and towels where piled on the shelf above the washer). While she did laundry I started moping the floors (there was a mop but no bucket or cleaning supplies). We thought we would come home and cook dinners at night but the gear was really gross (nonstick Teflon skillets and pots were scratched to the point where the Teflon was flaking, could not find a measuring cup anywhere etc etc.). We did end up buying a skillet to eat breakfast. The grill was clean but too small for 7 adults to eat at once so we never turned it on. other items to mention.....furniture is pretty worn, entry rug was gross, fiberglass shower stalls were not installed correctly and each time you move in the shower it sounds like you are going to fall through, toilet brushes were nasty sitting in water and rusty. On a positive note....the beds sleep nice (not too soft or too firm), plenty of sleeping and bathing space. As we were leaving the owner was outside, he asked about the house and when my wife said "you may want to consider a new cleaning lady" he said "thats not going to happen but thanks".

This house was perfect for our holiday family get together! The owners were extremely accommodating and responsive, and the house was immaculate and well-stocked when we arrived. I’ve stayed in many homes and this one really stood out with the cleanliness and attention to detail with necessities. We loved the yard for playing soccer with the kids and the fire pit for marshmallows and smores. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in that area!

This lovely home provided a great location near a great Grandparents to meet up with our 3 adult children and families for Thanksgiving! Great amenities and kitchen. We loved walking to the playground and Christmas lights at Patti’s. Made great memories playing games and enjoyed s’mores around the fire pit. Wonderful home for family gathering! Highly recommend and hope to come back .

The lakehouse is beautiful! Our stay was wonderful, we had everything we need. And everwhere you wanted to go was close. The beds are comfy and plenty of hot water! We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very nice having three bedrooms with private baths. The location was very convenient to all our outings. The main reason I didn’t give it five stars was the kitchen cabinets were very unorganized. Had to look through all the lower cabinets and drawers to find things. I realize we stayed at the end of the season, but just wanted to bring it to someone’s attention.

Beautiful home, extremely comfortable, very clean and the scenery of the lake and all of the deer made it amazing.

We booked the cabin so our family could attend my grandson's college graduation and after 4 years of college, its probably our last trip. It was definitely a savings over booking enough hotel rooms and eating out every meal. Property manager was great and responded quickly to questions. The sparse furnishings and decor coupled with the beautiful high ceilings made every sound and conversation loud. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, but the majority of the plates and mugs were chipped, and had heavy knife marks all over them. They should really be replaced. Other that that, the only other issues was with the cleaners. The house itself was clean, however the some of the towels and wash clothes had been left in the washer too long before drying and had a heavy mildew smell to them. The carpet at the entrance is in need of cleaning and the Kuerig coffee maker had black mold in the water container.Overall, the home had absolutely everything we needed and I would recommend it to someone visiting that area. Only regret is that our alloted time frame didn't allow us to spend much time visiting the town.Although sparsely furnishedand an

The house was beautiful, the bedding, towels, kitchen utensils were all clean and ready to use, the bathrooms were also clean. All of the basics paper products are provided as well as laundry soap. There is a nice selection of spices, and condiments on hand. The ice maker cannot keep up with a large group, be prepared to purchase ice. We have a special needs child with no immune system and a disabled veteran with extreme anemia, we found the floors desperately needed mopping, found a mop no bucket or cleaning solution, purchased a bucket and disinfectant, mopped all the floors….no more black bottoms on white socks!! There are great neighbors!! We had a bad storm our first night, lost power for a few hours, they came over to check on us. Made sure we had flashlights and candles, it was good to know someone was looking out for us!!

We will definitely book this home again! It had everything we needed, very clean and modern home in a great location!

We were in town for the LBL Trail Race. This was a perfect fit for all of our crew. It was very clean, well stocked and a great location. We plan to be back next year!!

Nice home close to lake, on a quiet street. Walking distance to park, restaurants, shopping. Nice set up with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. House was not very clean - very dusty light fixtures, large spill in the refrigerator and floors were not mopped.

The host was most accommodating, friendly and personable. The home has many new amenities since we were there last year. New outdoor furniture so we could appreciate the outdoors, view and lovely view. Property is well maintained with everything you need. Just pack your bag and food and come enjoy this beautiful home. Location is always a plus as well. Lots of shopping, good food and atmosphere is a plus . We can’t say one negative thing about our stay and have already booked next year . ,

We had a great time this weekend. Everyone had their own room and the open concept living room and kitchen worked very well for our group. Only issue was the outdoor trash bins were not emptied, but emailing Todd, the owner, was a quick call back resolution. Thanks for everything.

My women’s Bible study group stayed here for a getaway that we do every year! It was so great to stay here! Todd, the property owner, made sure everything was set and the instructions were very well explained about how to get here, how to get access to the house, and then how to leave the house once we done! The accommodations are amazing and we are planning to stay here again! Thanks Todd! It is beautiful!!

The stay at this location was excellent. Great walking access to downtown Grand Rivers. The location was peaceful and we enjoyed watching deer and turkeys every morning and evening. The location was quiet but close to creature comforts. Being close to the local grocery store was super handy.

Roomy. Walking distance from town and popular restaurant- Patti’s. Take time to stroll through the courtyard in the back of Patti’s. Easy boat dock access. Nice size kitchen. Beds very comfortable. Air conditioning works wonderful. Supermarket less than .5 miles. Only drawback. Not boat friendly. We have a bass boat. Was hard to park at this location. If you plan to get a slip you will be fine.! Would rent again!
