Breakfast menu was lacking. OJ machine dispensing water only. Ice maker on first floor only. No regular sugar for coffee. Shampoo dispenser empty. Had to go to front desk and get refill myself. Asked front desk to have linens changed after 3 days. They failed. Had to flag down cleaning crew in hallway.

This hotel had some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've been around during my stays. The place was very clean and the amenities were great. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean and full of all the things you need for your stay. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic offering both hot and cold options each day including make your own waffles. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We checked in after a late flight and were put into room 107. Which happens to be right next to an employee door. Well I can tell when all the employees arrive or need to go in and out for anything. As the door is extremely heavy and slams every 45 seconds. All 3 of us are pretty heavy sleepers and were woken up starting around 6am with no opportunity to fall back asleep because it’s like a revolving door. I generally have a good experience at Marriott properties, but the front desk and employees were not only unpleasant about this, but defensive saying it wasn’t them when I stood outside the door and watched it happen numerous times. This room should not be booked out for $250 per night for someone wanting to sleep past 6am.

I do not have enough words... or thank you's for the amazing treatment we received during our stay. Bentley was quickly made apart of the Towneplace Suites Family! I appreciate the hospitality and treating us like family. We will be planning to make Fort Myers a yearly trip to come back from STL to visit. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

I stayed here for a business stay for two nights. I paid with Expedia then the hotel charged me almost $1000 on a separate charge. I called and spoke to the manager. Doesn’t seem like she is well experienced. This should have never happened. She stated that they are a newer hotel so things like this happen. Never staying here again.

Hotel is very new and clean. Front desk lady is very nice and attentive. But breakfast was not edible. We just took one look and left.

Breakfast menu was lacking. OJ machine dispensing water only. Ice maker on first floor only. No regular sugar for coffee. Shampoo dispenser empty. Had to go to front desk and get refill myself. Asked front desk to have linens changed after 3 days. They failed. Had to flag down cleaning crew in hallway.

This hotel had some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've been around during my stays. The place was very clean and the amenities were great. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean and full of all the things you need for your stay. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic offering both hot and cold options each day including make your own waffles. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The rooms smell like they have been sprayed with deodorizer. Our socks were soiled from just walking around the room. I suspect the deodorant sprayed contains some oil causing this issue. The elevators smell like stainless steel cleaner. I would recommend the staff use a drop cloth so the carpet doesn’t absorb the any more cleaner. Lastly, it appears the contractor who originally built the building, neglected to place the rubber bumpers on all the internal door jambs. Resulting in every door making more noise than necessary when shut. The jams have holes for the bumpers. Since building already transmits noise freely (I could hear the occupant in the room above urinating in the bathroom), why have the doors creating even more noise?

Seemed very clean to me, but I did have to ask them to take my rubbish out on day 2. Internet was down the whole 1st evening, but not the hotel's fault, and staff tried to help. Mera and Kate especially helpful.

Place is great however, they charge a $20.00 deposit a day as security, but it takes for ever and a bunch of phone calls get that money back into my account.
