Bra frukostbuffé med bla ägg/bacon och ett flertal alternativ av cakes till kaffet. Bra läge med fri parkering och centrum på baksidan. Väldigt nära till Skyway-banan upp till Monte Bianco som kan rekommenderas vid bra väder.

Great place to stay in Courmayeur! Great staff, friendly, helpful. Incredible breakfast included. Beautiful property located steps away from bus station. Nice rooms with a little wear, but extremely clean. Comfortable beds. We will definite stay here again.

The hotel has great potential! However is run down. Rooms can get humid since no air-conditioning. Hotel rooms are rundown....desperately need renovations. Hotel is way to expensive for what they offer. SPA is pleasant, clean and staff is attentive. Breakfast has selection but mainly not a good quality overall....better off going to a local place.

Este hotel, em Courmayeur, é daqueles que mostram que uma hospedagem não é feita apenas de paredes e móveis, mas principalmente de pessoas. A estrutura é bastante antiga e isso fica evidente nos quartos. As instalações já pedem uma modernização e a ausência de ar-condicionado torna a estadia no verão bastante desconfortável, especialmente em dias de calor intenso, quando as temperaturas podem chegar perto dos 33 °C. É um hotel com características mais voltadas para o inverno, com muita madeira e um estilo que lembra os tradicionais hotéis de montanha. Por outro lado, o atendimento foi simplesmente extraordinário. Esqueci meu passaporte em Milão e a equipe da recepção, desde a gerente até os recepcionistas, fez de tudo para resolver o problema. Encontraram uma solução, organizaram a logística e demonstraram uma preocupação genuína com o meu bem-estar. Foi um atendimento humano, acolhedor e que fez toda a diferença. São pessoas que realmente colocam o hóspede em primeiro lugar. O café da manhã também merece destaque. Muito saboroso, com boa variedade de frutas, excelentes queijos, diversos tipos de presuntos — incluindo o tradicional presunto de Parma — além de chocolates e outros produtos de ótima qualidade. Minha avaliação final é de cinco estrelas. Não pela estrutura, que realmente precisa de melhorias, mas pelo atendimento excepcional. É impossível não valorizar um hotel onde as pessoas fazem você se sentir verdadeiramente bem cuidado.
