Comfortable and well appointed accomodations in a very walkable community with a robust downtown, with access to beautiful nature trails, parks, library, food markets, delicious bakeries, and good coffee.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. It was central to so much in Rochester, especially the nearby Paint Creek Bicycle Trail. Everything was in good working order. The host was extremely attentive. Definitely would recommend.

We spent the week in Rochester Hills and the property met all our needs. Information on the app they provided was great, and the host was very responsive for all our questions. The unit was clean and had all the items we needed (washer/dryer was a great feature). The communal pool was great for our daughter! Overall, we had a good stay.

Key instructions were not clear. There are two entries to this apartment building and the key is at only one of the entrances. Luckily the door to the building was unlocked. There is only one bathroom and two bathrooms was advertised. I see that has been corrected in the listing. WiFi passwords did not work, finally corrected. We will not rent from this host in the future.
