Overall dirty, foul smelling and we ended up forfeiting our booking and going elsewhere. The floors were dirty, the shower was full of pink mould, the beds were old and you could feel every spring, the room smelt horrible, and the walls were paper thin with people next door sitting out the front of their room drinking and yahooing. The pool was out of service and the guy at the front desk insulted me for being from Melbourne. If you’ve had all your tetanus shots and are looking for one star accomodation then this is the place for you. Definitely not worth the money.

Airconditioner did not work untill I found that the filter was blocked with Lint and coke bottles and cleaning bottle under bed and had never been vacuumed. The room was extremly small and so was the bathroom and the street noise was unberable making it unable to sleep. Definatly wont go back or recomend it to anyone

The room was nice. The old baths in the rooms have been decommissioned and are difficult to step into when using the shower. Need to be removed and bathroom upgraded. If in a room near the road the traffic noise is high...all night. Double glazing the windows could fix quite easily

I stayed in room 14 and although it was clean enough the shower pressure was deplorable and the outside light was on all night which meant the room was like daylight all night. Room I booked did not reflect the pictured room. For $160 definitely needs improvement

Easy check in and comfortable. Hot water and cold water were not marked and the hot water was very slow to come out so it was inconvenient to wait for five minutes wasting water until the hot water came out. To make matters worse I was informed at check-in in rather officious manner to keep the door closed and the vent switched on or the fire alarm will be set off. As if I was all ready culpable. There was a sign on the bathroom door reinforcing this and a possible fine of $800. Waiting in the cold bathroom in the early morning for ten minutes to step into the shower was uncomfortable. The problem should be fixed by the hotel management and the paying guests should not have to worry about this problem. Other than this rather large annoyance I had no complaints.

We had the executive suite out the back of the property. Unfortunately it was very noisy with the main road traffic and commings and goings of guests all hours. The hot water system seems to be all linked therefor the shower temperature was either cold or scoulding hot. The room however was lovely and clean bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.

Reasonable motel-style accommodation kept clean and neat. On a main road with buses going into town which are infrequent on nights and weekends. The hotel itself is straightforward and budget friendly, staff are friendly, and it doesn't pretend to be something it isn't.

The Villas themselves were comfortable the staff wonderful. But the area is terrible, lots of 'rough' people around, we felt very unsafe and wouldn't let my children go outside or use the pool. I wouldn't stay here again due to the area.

Shower head terrible - felt like I couldn't get away from the water, drain smelled bad, so we had to shut the bathroom door and rush our bathroom usage. Toilet very loud when water filling. Booked as booking site showed a dining area and breakfast available, but only cereal available as a pre-order.

The stay was good, checking in was 24hrs 👍, only issue I had was the iron didn’t work but when I took it back to them they replaced it.

The reception staff were very approachable and helpful. The rooms were fantastic, comfortable and clean. Suggestions & Feedback:- Not all rooms have a toaster or microwave and Wotif doesn’t include an indication of what rooms are on ground level or have these. So best to check the actual venue information on their direct website first as they are at an increased rate if you need to change. You will also need to enquire if the shower is over/in a (disconnected) spa, if you require an accessible shower. I would enquire about daily room servicing/cleaning as there are some permanent residents and their rooms are not serviced daily. It appeared from when I approached (one) cleaning staff for more coffee and milk and to advise they did not need to make up my room, they thought I was a permanent resident by the response I received. The supervisor then approached the staff member admonishing her within earshot of me for providing me more coffee and milk. All bar one cleaning staff member were very approachable and helpful.

Reasonable price, very comfortable for families and groups. Our family enjoyed staying especially kids were so excited with bunk beds. Amenities were awesome more than expected. Highly recommended particularly who wants to stay with privacy or family.
