The game room was a great touch.

We had no issue getting into the house and it was clean except for the mold in one bathroom, well stocked, water and toilets worked well. The beds were comfortable, except for the one that fell apart in the middle of the night while sleeping (it was missing hardware). One of the houses seemed to lose a/c. The 3rd floor bedroom was really hot one night but they brought over a window a/c unit the next day. Then the 2nd floor where all the other rooms are got overheated (in the 80's) but by the time we got back in the evening and messaged them it wasn't addressed until the next day. One a/c unit helped, but there were 3 bedrooms so it was still a little warm. The yard is mostly dirt and has a ton of trash including cigarette butts. An email noted there may be an additional charge for the hot tub if it was abused or excessively dirty. (Only 2 jets worked) I would have assumed that would be included in any cleaning fee charged or part of the deposit. The listing says it is a 10 minute walk to the beach but GPS said 22 minutes to parking lot (25-30 to water). We had a girl with a boot so distance mattered. We were contacted and told they felt we didn't receive a 5 star stay due to some of the issues mentioned above and if we gave a 5 star review we'd be reimbursed 200. If they felt we didn't get a 5 star stay then it would have been fair to just reimburse us the 200??? Had we been reimbursed for the a/c trouble and not pushed for a 5 star review it would have been a higherrating.

Overall our stay could not have worked out better for 35 people. Location to be able to walk 15 minutes to the beach was very ideal. Cute restaurant on the corner as well. The multi-levels between the 2 houses was daunting at first but it all worked out. The game room - we thought was in a basement is actually the garages converted and not attached. The property has some wear and tear that could be addressed - the outside grounds need a lot of work - the grass could have at least been cut where it does grow. No grass just dirt in a lot of places - made for lots of sand and mud tracking in that was tough to keep cleaning. The place must have been rented just before we arrived because all of the garbage cans were completely full and we had no place to put our garbage except piled up along side the cans. Host responded in a timely manner to concerns. Very rentable place for a short stay …

We had a family trip with adults, teens and “littles” The houses are set up with plenty of space and comfortable beds The inside was clean and loved all the personal touches. Kitchens were well stocked with all that we needed to cook. The s’mores supplies was a great surprise! Towels, beach chairs etc The game room and pac-man game were fun! Close to lots of activities. Only one small critqur is the outside could use some attention. The grounds are very uneven and no grass so we were bringing dirt in when we would come in and out of house. The outside of the house could use a good power wash. Lots of bugs and cobwebs around entry ways Only reason I would not give 5 stars for all categories. Owners very responsive and checked in on us during our stay. Overall wonderful experience and trip!

Had a great stay at this location for a friends reunion. Plenty of space, conveniently located near the beach and casino and a great overall setup!
