It took washing our clothes four times just to get the mildew bacteria out of them. The house has a mold problem and smells bad. The pool was not usable but management did take care of that. Otherwise it wasn't too bad.

House was great. Easy access to cocoa beach.Very clean and tidy. Found everything we needed for the week. Pool was clean and warm every day. Tried to treat it like our own since weâre already planning another trip for next year.

This was the perfect place to stay. Great layout with primary separate from other bedrooms. Top notch with supplies for absolutely everything! Excellent property management with quick responses. Short walk to the beach & amenities. Very clean. Lovely, safe & quiet street. Would absolutely recommend & stay there again.

Great location, close to beach, beach stuff included. Only downfall was master shower has weak water pressure and some fixtures on sinks were loose.
