Poorly maintained, overgrown and tired. Walls are peeling off. The kitchens don’t have an oven. Water pressure is non existent, if someone uses water downstairs there is no water upstairs. WiFi doesn’t work downstairs, upstairs the connection is really poor. No air conditioning. No sofa or other soft furniture except the beds. Dining room chairs are not sturdy, some are broken. Outdoor furniture is old and the plastic is brittle. Not as listed, everything is unkempt. Dirty floors, bathrooms and kitchens. When our complaints were taken to key holder, he was unpleasant. He did have someone come weed whack around the pool, but had a bad attitude about it. The only positive is that the bedding was clean. And that the pool robot made the pool clean enough to use.
