Nestay Les Halles

We would recommend this clean apartment/hotel :) As a family with an 18-month-old, it's a decent size - enough for her to roam, even with the sofa bed pulled out (Room 603). The bed in the bedroom is great. We pushed the mattress against the wall for extra safety (we could not move the whole bed). The kitchenette is useful. Bathroom is a good size. Shower is good! Like the design. Only thing is that the tap is quite high and too out so the water splashes everywhere. Plenty of toilet roll. Soundproofing is good but not perfect. We use a white nose machine for our toddler which helps. We stayed Thursday night until Monday. Thursday was very noisy with people eating and drinking until 1am, the same happened on Friday night, but Saturday and Sunday were strangely quiet. Strangely, on Saturday morning at 7.30am, I was woken up by vacuuming and moving furniture, even though the bedroom is on the corner and on the highest floor! The steps up to the first floor are quite steep and not very good if you're elderly or injured. The elevator/lift is tiny. It did fit me (pregnant), our toddler, and my husband with a backpack (but we are petite people). It would have been nice if they had umbrellas in the office as it rained unexpectedly during our stay. Temperature control is okay. It's quite warm and it's November. The elevator and stairs area may be very warm in summer!

Besides clean room and great staff, the free laundry facility and great location make this an excellent place to stay.

I would give this property 10 stars if possible. Everything was great and the hospitality was great. The location can't get better then this. A pith we have to change hotel as the next hotel doesn't let us cancel. I would recommend anybody to stay here! Free laundry too!

The arrival package they email is very clear, containing building code, room code, wifi password. This came about a week before we left. Expedia has an area you can send questions to the staff and they get back withing a day. The building has a tiny elevator which we rarely used but it was useful to move luggage. Property was a bit small, my room didn't have a dresser but again you won't be spending much time in your room. There is no shortage of restaurants and clothes shopping. Very clean and well taken care of building.

Great place to stay when visiting Paris! The unit itself is quite spacious and the area is walkable. Very clean with a modern bathroom, kitchen nook and sitting area. The spiral staircase could be challenging if you have mobility issues but there is a small elevator off the 1st floor you can use. Host was very responsive.

we were impressed with the rooms. very quiet even nestled within the les halles. easily accessible to metro, numerous restaurants, and shopping. if any ambulation issues, need to consider that you have to climb 1 flight of stairs to get to elevator. overall, would easily come back to this hotel

The place was excellent. Clean with free access to a washing machine and dryer that was greatly appreciated. Our room was on the first floor, which was too close to the street noise. Even at 3AM in the morning, I could hear a lot of activity. Next time, I will bring earplugs. Other than the external noise, it was a great place to stay.

We opted for this hotel over an Airbnb, expecting the benefits of 24-hour front desk service, in-person check-in, and housekeeping. Unfortunately, none of these services were available. Upon arrival, we found that check-in was self-service via a code. While staff members were occasionally present, there was no housekeeping, and assistance with questions—like how to use appliances such as the microwave or stove—was hard to come by. The absence of housekeeping led to some inconveniences. By the end of our four-night stay, the trash was overflowing, and we ran out of toilet paper. On a positive note, the property was impeccably clean, the staff we did encounter were kind and friendly, and the location was excellent—safe and right next to the train station, making commuting very convenient. While the cleanliness and location were commendable, the lack of consistent services fell short of the full hotel experience we were expecting.

We had an incredible 4-day stay at this property. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from multiple train stations, excellent restaurants, a shopping mall, and popular tourist attractions. The property itself is new, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. The front desk and onsite team were consistently helpful and responsive; they assisted us promptly with questions about the stove and washer/dryer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

Great location and perfect stay! We enjoyed being so close to a central Metro station (Les Halles) and a walk away from the river, cathedral, Louvre, and very many great restaurants! The room was clean, well-furnished with essentials (microwave, utensils, etc), and fold our couch comfortable. Would def come again!

Todo excelente la persona que nos recibió, muy amable. Al check out mi hijo se le calló su cadena y los llamaron avisar. El departamento muy bien ubicado, en una calle peatonal muy transitada pero no se oía la bulla de afuera. El departamento tiene decoración moderna, acogedora. Tiene un balcón divino con una mesa y dos sillas, donde nos tomamos unos vinos y disfrutamos de la algarabia de la gente. Toallas, sábanas. Almohadas de muy buena calidad.

Öncelikle otelin konumu çok iyi. Tren ve metro ihtiyacı olanlar için Paris’in en büyük terminallerinden biri olan Châtelet-Les Halles terminalinin 100 metre yanında. Otel etrafında yemek yiyebileceğiniz onlarca restaurant, süper market ve alışveriş merkezleri var. Biz 501 numaralı odada kaldık ve balkonumuz da vardı. 1 oda ve 1 salondan oluşuyordu. 2 yetişkin + 2 çocuk olarak konakladık ve çok rahat ettik. Çift kaşilik yatağı çok rahattı. Salonda çocuklar için çekyat vardı, kullanışlı ama biraz daha rahat olabilirdi. Mutfak bölümünü kullanmadık ama tüm ürünler 1. sınıf malzemelerdi. Hem salonda hem de yatak odasında ayrı ayrı klima vardı. Banyo ve tuvaleti genişti, çok ferahtı. Fiyatını fazlası ile karşılayan bir tesis. Tekrar gelirsek, kesinlikle başka bir yer aramamıza gerek yok.

We opted for this hotel over an Airbnb, expecting the benefits of 24-hour front desk service, in-person check-in, and housekeeping. Unfortunately, none of these services were available. Upon arrival, we found that check-in was self-service via a code. Everything was nice, specially the location of the hotel. The only thing is that, the conditioner was included, but was empty and when we requested, they said that they can’t give us.

The stay was in great location and there were lots of great restaurants and bakeries. Close to La Louvre.
