Gut gelegen, Sauber, Parken kann man günstig nachts-jedoch nicht tagsüber, Türschloss hat sich unsicher angefühlt

Hotel muy bien situado. En el centro de la ciudad. Fácilmente accesible a los lugares cercanos. Desayuno bueno y variado. La única pega es que hace calor aún en invierno y si abres la ventana se escucha mucho ruido de la calle.

The hotel is 2-3 stars. It was very clean, the room was a good size. BUT: the room I was given overlooked the tramstop outside on Thomas-Mann Strasse. There was no airconditioning, and with temperatures outside of c. 33C, I had a choice of a small amount of fresh air through the top of the window plus incessant tram noise from stopping and starting, or no fresh air and relative silence. It was very difficult to sleep during the first part of the night as a result. When I mentioned this to reception I was told that no airconditioning was a hotel policy, as it would double the electricity costs and reduce sustainability. My .argument that the extra electricity ciould be sourced renewably from wind or PV was ignored. Goopd breakfast (extra cost 12 Eur). .

Die Bilder gaben ansprechend ausgesehen, aber vor Ort war es sehr enttäuschend. Die Einrichtung ist alt, sauber ist auch etwas anderes. Das Bett war völlig durchgelegen und es war hellhörig und laut. Es roch auch alt, selbst nach ausgiebigem Lüften. Die Lage ist super, parken ist in den umliegenden Parkhäusern möglich. Allerdings ziemlich teuer! Dafür war aber das Personal sehr freundlich.

Hotel nähe des Bahnhofs. Gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Hatte trotz Tausch des erste, unzumutbaren Zimmers ein ziemlich lautes Einzelzimmer an der Straßenbahn. Enge Dusch und ebenso enges Bett in der Nische bei dem man nachts ständig aus Versehen das Licht anschaltet, wenn man sich falsch bewegt. Immerhin hab es bei der Hitze einen Kühlschrank und einen bequemen Sessel. Insgesamt sehr mittelmäßig, würde ich aber nicht nochmal nehmen!

We visited the hotel in the summer the room was so hot at night that it was really difficult to sleep, they provided a fan but it was not so helpful. The bed and pillows were not too good I woke up with a neck pain.

Uncomfortable if the temoerature is high as there is no airconditioning for cooling and a small table fan is provided which is not effective

Excellent treatment by all personnel of the hotel. Only wish they have air aconditioning, even if that means raising up the room cost. But again, excellent quality/price combination.

Parken in Bonn ist ja schlechthin ein Problem - entweder wird man über die Parkgebüren abgezockt oder von den fleißigen Mitarbeitern der Ordnungsbehörde. Von daher lohnt sich der Aufenthalt im "Europa" insbesondere für Reisende, die den öPNV nutzen. Gleich zwei Bahnlinien liegen quasi direkt vor der Tür. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, die kleinen Zimmer für einen Kurzaufenthalt vollauf in Ordnung. Doppelbett und Frühstück auch prima. Angesichts der trockenen Luft im Zimmer hätten wir uns allerdings gefreut, wenn man uns eine Flasche Wasser zu den beiden großen Wassergläsern beigestellt hätte. Auf Nachfrage beim Empfang wäre das nicht vorgesehen. Hier könnte ohne Aufwand unbedingt nachgebessert werden.

Das Zimmer 203 war gut ausgestattet und funktional. Vor allem war es ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und die Matratze bequem.

Very little space in the room, it was much much smaller than on the picture, no chair would fit there. During our 3 day stay the cleaning service came 3 times, but they never changed the dirty water glasses that were on top of the table on plain view. On the second day not even stain of a shoe was removed from the toilet seat, that our little daugter left there. Sheets and towels were clean, we appreciated that. The bathroom needs some kind of ventilation. It was also very small and with no air flow and more than 1 person staying in the room it gets uncomfortable. No microwave available in the hotel! I could not heat up any food for my baby, we had to search for this possibility somewhere in the city! The hotel is situated in the middle of the city, unbeatable! But.. we will probably be staying somewhere else next time

Einfaches, sauberes Hotel. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen.

I liked the way the room was set out for a business visitor. Plenty of plug sockets, for example.

The hotel is ok inside, eventhough it is old. But, it would be more appealing with a painting coat, a renew sign and better flags!

Ich hatte ein doppelzimmer zur hinterseite sehr ruhig und sehr geräumig. Das Personal sowie an der reyeption

The room did the job and had a really comfy bed. But I found issues in the decor and also there being a problem with showering and also inside. It is very cramped when trying to take a shower, apart from this the hotel was solid and I found everything else fine.

Erlebt habe ich ein einfach und funktional eingereichtetes Zimmer. Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch hat alles funktioniert und vor allem war es sauber. Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig. Insbesondere Geräusche vom Flur wurden durch die leichte Zimmertür kaum zurück gehalten.

The hotel has very different rooms: some are renovated and nice; some were quite old and ready for the next renovation ;) My bathroom was soo tiny that my body did not realy have the space it needed. But around the corner is the town center and the Weihnachtsmarkt is sooo nice! Breakfast was very good with very nice people caring about you :) All in all: Fair price for it ...and ask for a renovated room if possible ;)

I stayed from 3rd to 8th july from Nigeria. The hotel is sparkling clean & very remarkable the staff are very friendly & helpful at all times there is always someone at front desk unlike in many hotels around bonn. The flip side of my experience is haven paid €20 for 2days breakfast & issued receipt but i was later told it was not registered at the point i was rushing to go to airport on morning of 8th i didnt have luxury of time to take out the reciept from my already parked baggage. I had gone to front desk on night of 7th to demand that my bill be cleared as I will not have time to do it early morning of 8th to avoid missing ny flt. I owned up to have taken 2 breakfast as the hotel didnt even have record of that. 2 staff were at front desk (a man & a lady) when I paid a €20 bill but I was told it was not registered & the morning staff was doubting me. I insisted i paid & that i cant open my suitcase for the receipt as i was runing late. He couldnt either get the staff I paid to on phone as it was too early to call her. I would habe paid because i had over $700 cash i was taking back home but i thought the breakfast was even too expensive at €10 euro par day for just tea, 1 croisant and bowl of cereals that I had whatmore having to pay twice! Finally, I told him that my colleague will come to the hotel to pick my left luggage by that timewillwould sorted it out. Also the noise from the tram kept me awake most time of the night.

Das Zimmer selbst war okay. Aber direkt davor war eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Ab 5 Uhr war an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken, da alle 2 Minuten eine Straßenbahn kam.

nicely located at tourist area and you can walk to most of the tourist attractions. However, you have to bear with the noisy ambient and perhaps the slightly messy on the vicinity

nur eine Nacht Aufenthalt, aber super freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, tolles Frühstück - war die 10 Euro extra pro Person wert. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider eine Minibar ohne Inhalt, der Lüfter im Bad funktionierte nicht und Zimmer zur Straße war relativ laut. Mir persönlich waren die Betten zu weich, aber bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten alles sehr sauber.

Stedet var fint, personalet super behageligt og venligt, Service i høj klasse. Morgenmaden lækker og righoldig. desværre larmede sporvognene lige under vinduet om natten.
