Stayed in the deluxe double. Lovely room very big. Very clean beautiful bathroom. Owners are very kind and helpful. Had everything we needed for our stay. Fantastic location would definitely recommend and will return to this hotel.

Lovely receptionists who explained everything well. I was able to leave my suitcase before check in and it was waiting for me in my room when I arrived. Room was very clean and well maintained. There was a good iron with a board and a blow dryer. Very quiet overnight as all guests were respectful, but if an old building with creaks bothers you, it’s not a hotel for you.

Only thing I didnt like was the shower doesnt keep the water in the shower. There was no lip to keep the water off the floor. Very bad design. Indian people run it were spectacular.

Lovely characterful hotel, room and bed big, ensuite shower room very nice. TV, Tea and coffee in room. Lovely cosy bar and breakfast room Staff very friendly and efficient, available on site by phone and prompt attendance when called. Check in and checkout very smooth and hotel emailed us prior to arrival to check our ETA. Great location for Haymarket station, pubs and restaurants nearby, hotel is located on a lovely quiet historic street with a few other small b&bs.
