Ideale ligging aan zeeboulevard, vlakbij station en aanmeren excursie boten. Mooi zeezicht. Sterk verouderde lift. Prima ontbijt inbegrepen in prijs

Un discreto tre stelle ( sulla carta classificato con quattro). Bella la posizione e la vista, struttura datata e da rimettere a nuovo. No piscina, no spa e soprattutto NO PARCHEGGIO dell’hotel. Buona colazione.

Very good hotel, service. No better location, close to everything. Rooms not very big. You pay a lot for the location. Public entertainment, bands, disco, other demonstrations is immediately next door until midnight. Not quiet in the evenings. This was late August, and I cannot speak to other times of the year. The clientele are mostly of the well-to-do type. No pool, no fitness center. Public beach a short walk. Good breakfast included, some specialty items for an additional cost.

Just a bit run down . Very old elevator system (very dirty) key on a heavy brass weight that yoi had to carry arround.

It was great and excellent location. Parking is on street but found very good spots both days. Rest is nice and disc is offered to guests.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Leider hat es keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Parkplatzsuche ist schwierig.

Lovely “. fin de siecle” hotel right on the front. Huge rooms. Spotless. Wonderful breakfast.Fabulous staff tried so hard to help us out when Ryanair cancelled our flight at short notice. Parking problematic. Only two dedicated spaces opposite hotel. Large car park nearby but €2 an hour for every hour. Overnight parking on main promenade is free after 10pm Can’t speak too highly of the staff again. Great base for Cinque Terre visit

The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful and good customers service. Room had a great view and close to all the attractions. Their bed was comfortable but had a lots of brown spots on the mattress.

If you like loud music until midnight on a Sunday, this is the place. Our room overlooked the open area below and we were surprised by the disco/rave style music that started at 10pm. Was like it was in the room. We arrived and luckily I had a few Lysol wipes because I felt like our room could use a deep clean. The pocket door for the bathroom had all kinds of yucky spots that easily came off after I wiped it down. The steam towel rack looked like it had never been cleaned. The hotel is dated, which was somewhat expected, but again, not very clean. Overall we enjoyed our visit, but would choose a different property. The restaurant was amazing, food was exceptional and the staff were all top notch. The Sea view was unbeatable.

Amazing location, right in the heart of pretty Rapello. Lovely hotel and super clean rooms! Walked to the shops/restaurants - even at night it was so relaxing and easy. We took to boat in front of the hotel to Portofino for 10 euros and returned by bus.. all very easy, just follow the crowd :-). ALL the staff at the hotel were wonderful, from breakfast to dinner, from checkin to checkout…We were made to feel like family and at home! Breakfast had more than enough choices included plus additional options such as avocado toast and salmon etc. If you wanted more! We will be back Thank you!

There are several big pluses to this hotel: (1) Location: right on the promenade facing the water, and 5 minute walk from the train station, in the midst of restaurants, cafes, gourmet shops etc. (2) Breakfast was outstanding: excellent coffee to order, very good buffet, beautiful breakfast room facing the water and lovely staff (3) The price: def get value given #1 & #2 above (4) Room was warm on our arrival and cozy during our stay (January 2023) Now what's not so good: (1a) Paper thin walls: 1st night noise from a loud TV in an adjacent room was bad but the desk clerk did speak to that guest & it was lowered; 2nd night a guest next door was clearly ill, flushing the commode, running faucets, coughing from 2 a.m. to 7 a.m. (1b) Outside noise was minimal given shutters and solid windows (2) The blanket in the cupboard had not been laundered - unsettling to find after using it on the bed. I would say it's a good option IF you can request a room away from other guests? Maybe not in high season.

Ottima locations, personale piacevole, buona colazione...per un 4 stelle pero non mi aspettavo degli scivoloni tipo luci in camera non funzionanti e sporche, anta armadio rotta e appoggiata al muro, tende decadenti, dettagli che però in un 4 stelle denotano poca attenzione. Qualcuno prima di assegnarr la stanza, è andato a far un sopraluogo?!?!?!

Personale gentilissimo, struttura adeguata , semplice camere grandi, pulite . Doccia grande , comoda , buona la colazione ben assortita con attenzione per i ciliaci . Tornerò sicuramente grazie

Hotellet och rummet motsvarade inte vår förväntning. Personalen i receptionen var okej, personalen som städade var mindre bra och inte alls observanta på att fylla på artiklar såsom duschtvål, muggar, toapapper, det fick vi be receptionspersonalen göra. Smutsig balkong och otroligt smutsiga fönster, vilket vi påpekade men ingen åtgärd. Frukostpersonalen var bedrövliga, oförskämda, ointresserade och dessutom fylldes inte frukostmaten på så det räckte till alla. Ingen information gavs om att det fanns gratisparkering 800 meter från hotellet istället hänvisades till parkering som kostade 25 eur per dygn. Kan inte rekommendra hotellet vilket är synd då det har ett mycket bra läge i Rapallo. Hotelle lever inte på långa vägar upp till de 4 stjärnor det har.

Das Hotel, welches etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist fußläufig vom Bahnhof erreichbar und liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Zimmer sind einfach und sauber. Das Bad ebenfalls-wobei hier in naher Zukunft mal eine Renovierung erfolgen sollte. Das Frühstück ist toll - vor allem mit der Aussicht auf das Meer. Alles in allem ein Hotel, welches man durchaus weiterempfehlen kann.

Pas de WIFI. Nous sommes 3... 2 serviettes. Pas d'eau chaude. Pas de pression dans la douche. Pas de glace. Superbe emplacement, belle vue, mais avec routes ces lacunes ça ne vaut pas 425$ maia plutôt 225$

Room was extremely small. Did not have enough room for 2 suitcases. Bath room was a closet. Water from shower was only lukewarm. Noise from busy street and square where children played until late in the evening. Location was central which was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was quiet and worked well.

The hotel was very well located, but the service was generally average. The elevator didn't work properly. The bed was two pieces pushed together and wasn't comfortable. The room was relatively small, and the bathroom didn't have enough shelves to store toiletries. When I say average service, I mean that no one helped you carry your belongings up, and you had to carry them up three flights of stairs. However, the breakfast service was very efficient, as was the staff.

The air conditioning didn’t work the first night. And I told the woman in the reception that. She did sent someone to the room when I wasn’t in and he had “fixed” it. Well that night we didn’t get any sleep at all. It was so hot in the room we hade to take cold showers all of us. But the day after I mentioned it again and said that they have to fix the problem. So then they switched rooms so we got a air conditioner that worked. So before you even take you’re bags to the room, check the ac. But besides from that it was a good hotel. Not great but not bad. Good location. Close to the beach and close to the restaurants in town. Okey breakfast and friendly staff.

The hotel is located in a perfect area regarding the sea transportation shopping restaurants, the staff are welcoming, the room is too small, the shower is disaster, do not hesitate to ask for a more convenient room

Fantastic Hotel! I had a room with a balcony facing the sea, there is not a better way to wake up! The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a restaurant attached with fantastic food! If you are looking for a place to stay in Rapallo this is it!!!

First night no AC with a high humidity hot night. No sleep. Second night, club 30 meter away blasted music till 1pm.. they had a license to play music! The windows didn’t do much to keep the noise off. It much sleep. The room way way tight for the $350 a night we paid for it. The staff was helpful. They changed our room.

Upon arrival, the room did not match the description and photos in advertising: small, crowded, tight shower area, inadequate for a couple. Closet door was damaged, lock and key fell off when door was opened; no key for the safe to place your valuables. Next day we were moved to another room, a bit more spacious, but still below expectations. Shower was about a 3' X 3' with a corner opening, no place for shampoo, soap, etc. Towels were placed on a small stool/chair, like those used for make up. Way too expensive for what they offered. Staff was not too willing to cooperate upon arrival, although a MGR offered to pay for our first dinner at their restaurant, graceful.

The hotel staff was one of the friendliest people we have met. They were always helpful and even let us have a late breakfast because we got there at the end. The hotel is nice but the staff is what makes it worth it.

Wonderful stay - great staff , comfortable room and bed. Lovely views. So convenient - in the middle of The pedestrian zone, with restaurants and bars close by. Highly recommend !

I loved my stay at Miramare. The room was small but very comfortable with a fantastic view. The breakfast was great and the restaurant was delicious. All of the staff were friendly and gracious, and I especially loved one of the bartenders, Nic I think, he was so fun and kind and attentive, and I loved chatting with him while having some wine and snacks. I loved Rapallo overall, so quaint and beautiful. I will be back!

Everything about the hotel was absolutely wonderful except when we were being checked in, they tried to give us the room without the balcony I had to ask insist, two times had to say to them that’s not what’s described in this picture as I showed him. The picture has a balcony he tried to tell me the room has a view, I didn’t like that old Hotel trick

The hotel is located seafront with spectacular view, the breakfast is great. I just had a situation with the front desk We arrived really late and very tired , needed assistance with an extra person and we received agresive response from the men working that day it took an hour to resolve the problem and it was 1 AM , The hotel should be more customer friendly and resolve any unexpected situation , this was very traumatic for us. Next day everything was beautiful so I suggest to train the personal in customer service Thanks to us they have work to do.

Nice hotel in the center of Rapallo, right on the ocean front. We had a room with ocean view. Many restaurants around the hotel. Train and bus stations are within 5 minute's walk.

It is right in the center.

The location is ideal, 3 min walk from the train station and the view is second to none. Restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Would definitely recommend a sea view room. The staff are fantastic, so so helpful.

Dass Hotel ist in eine SEHR gute lage direkt an der Promenade am Wasser.Personale sehr freundlich. Sehr viele gute restaurants in unmittelbare nähe (alle innerhalb gehabstand)

Personnel aux petits soins. Belle chambre avec une super vue. L'emplacement au centre est idéal. Par contre, garer la voiture est compliqué.

Hotels.com you think this is an unstaffed accommodation from your questions - this is a full hotel with a 24 hour front desk staffed with very lovely people. The breakfast could have been a bit more varied, but the Italians don't 'do' breakfast of course.

First of all, big thanks to Irene, Emanuele and the lovely and helpful Maurilio! Thanks to you, our stay at the hotel was even better. The hotel is in the center of Rapallo, close to everything. You will find all restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. Right in front of the hotel is a pier where you can easily take a boat to Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure and spend the day there. Our room had a wonderful view of the sea, and a balcony where you could see the city. The room was big with high ceilings, bright and clean, the bed was good and the room has enough closet space and counter space. The bathroom was bright and large, clearly renovated, clean and well equipped. The only minus comes from the breakfast, which unfortunately does not meet the breakfast expectations of a 4* star hotel. The place for breakfast is a wonderful space in the downstairs restaurant with wonderful views. The staff is also considerate and helpful. But the breakfast selection is very limited. And it's a pity that every morning there was a lack of food in the selection, and there was always something left to wait for. The hotel was apparently fully booked, and in that case it should be anticipated and taken into account in the amount of breakfast. The quality of the food was good and tasty. As we had a few rainy days, we found out that there is no umbrellas in the hotel.We did not expect that at all, we assumed of course that 4* hotel has umbrellas in every room.Please fix that, grazie mille!
