Check in was ok . Room is ok . Pool room is freezing as it is poorly insulated. Pool is also very cold and not warm or hot. Hot tub is warm. Beds are old and soso. Shower is hot but no pressure. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was delicious.

Great hotel. All the amenities you need for a short stay. Our suite was the perfect size. We loved the included breakfast. The pool and hot tub were highlights. Very clean property, friendly and helpful staff.

Pool is small, hot tub is luke warm and also tiny. Continental breakfast was okay- eggs were slimey and very wet. But there is free parking at the parking lot so that is a bonus.

The room was dated. Couch was ripped and stained. The hot tub was closed for maintenance and the pool shut down Friday night and didnt reopen until late sunday. Disappointed

Computers systems down. Couldn’t check in. Had to go for supper without freshening up after long travel hours and wait to see if we if we could check in at all. Once in the room, the room STUNK of dirty feet. Dirty carpet? Disgusting

Room was dirty and smelt of smoke even though supposed to be smoke free. Breakfast was mid. Pool and hot tub was nice. Overall okay wouldn't stay again

Room was in need of a deep cleaning, windows looked like yogurt was sprayed on, food/drink stains on the walls. Given 3 towels when 4 were booked. Hallways smelled like wet dog. Breakfast was decent, only stayed one night since it was convenient drive to the airport.

Threadbare bedding, not enough towels or cups in rooms. Cleaning staff didn’t even vacuum everyday and delivered new towels in a bag to the room. Breakfast was not great, bread products dry and most often food was empty always waiting for coffee. Designated smoking spot was directly in front of handicapped parking.

This hotel needs an overhaul. Every area of the hotel was dirty-elevators were disgusting, the room smelled musty and mouldy, the bathroom is so run down, the fan sounded like an airplane, windows are filthy. The bed was not comfortable and pillows are so thin I wouldn’t even call them pillows. Staff were great! Breakfast was alright.

Constant and consistent jets landing at Pearson and flying very close to the hotel. Can be noisy. I'm not a light sleeper, so it didn't bother me. Light sleepers beware.

TV channels didn’t work well a lot of the time. Bathroom mirror lighting was so dim it was difficult to shave and/or put on makeup. Phone didn't work. Keurig machine didn’t work. No where to put anything on bathroom sink. On the good side, the shuttle service worked well and the breakfast was ample and a good variety. Daily maid service.

My car got broken into in front of the hotel and the hotel management didn't care. They said too bad it's not their problem. I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel as they are horrible to deal with.

had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toronto Airport West. The staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. My room was spotless, quiet, and comfortable — just what I needed. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and well-stocked with a good variety of options. Shuttle service to the airport was prompt and convenient. Overall, a reliable and pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling through Toronto.

After having paid 250$ for the room came time to check in… the two gentlemen looked at me (trans wonan) and they started talking in hindi to eachother anywho.. when vomes time for the deposit for some reason my visa was not working on the machine they even went af added hand sanitizer (alcohol) on my card without telling me witch damaged the card’s print… the card still dint work and they would not let me tap it …. They refused to check me in because my cc did not work on their terminal … mind you the toom was already fully paid!!! They kept talking to eachother in hindi and looked at me and told me the deposit was now 300 instead of 100…. I told them i only had the hundred that ive kept for the deposit they dint let me check in and told me to cancel the reservation.. my phone was at 1 percent do i asked them if they could call for me hotels.com and cancel they refused and told me i had to fo it i adked for the phone since mine was low they refused then they tell me to use apple pay… witch is TAP and i had to go and add my card to my iphone wallet … i come back 5 min later and apple pay worked.,. My question is … why cant u tap with the card but u can with apple pay??? Secondly i know it is allowed to speak your native tongue amongst other employees but when you’re at a front desk INFRONT of the customer and clearly talking ABOUT THE CUSTOMER…it would be much more professional and appreciated to talk in English where all the parties can understand

We recently came down from Sudbury a day early to catch a flight, due to the bad weather up our way. This was a perfect hotel for our needs.

Clean and spacious room, friendly front staff, free airport shuttle, comfortable bed and room temperature, shower was hot and good pressure, hearty complimentary hot breakfast. Everything a person could want for a one-night stay near the airport!

Close to airport good stay

Hotel stay was good. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The only drawback was it is very close to airport and all the flights landing go very close to hotel, almost every one minute and you can hear the noise. We did not sleep well because of the noise from the planes

This hotel was located walking distance from a few good restaurants. The rooms were clean, staff were very helpful & pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was lovely. We enjoyed watching the jets fly over, so close. You can hear them but they didn't bother our sleep. For the price & loction, we would stay here again.

The hotel overall was nice and clean, and felt up-to-date. There was no information booklet in the room, and no tv guide channel. I wished there was a little more space between the furniture, but it was fine. Beds were very comfortable. We occasionally heard planes outside, but we mostly only noticed when we first arrived. The pool was good. Not large, but good. The floor is slippery - be careful. The hot tub is smaller, fitting about 4 adults and there's a large raised drain on the floor of it - be careful entering. If you want to use debit for the deposit, it's $350. You have to wait for the staff to check the room, then put your card back in the debit machine to receive the refund. This process was easy, we just had to plan for the extra time. Breakfast: There was a good amount of tables available, and quite clean. The food area was well maintained with timely refills and staff were frequently seen and friendly. Our breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, brown beans, toast, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, nuts and raisins, yoghurt, juices, coffee, tea, bananas and apples. It was great!

It was a decent stay but not worth the rating I’m seeing here. We stayed for three nights and I did not feel that the hotel is children-friendly. The room was spacious but noticeably smelled of dampness throughout our stay. We complained about it but it was too late to shift rooms after we unpacked our items. For a king room, the closet was too small to hang clothes so we had to resort to using other means to store our unpacked clothes. The breakfast is from 6:30 am to 9:30 am and the serving area is so small and always crowded during this timeframe. I saw lineups stretching to 20 deep on each day, which is a huge disincentive to wait with kids. They also close the doors at 9:30 am sharp - no grace period whatsoever. On our third day they closed it at 9:28 am, so this explains the rush from folks to get their breakfast before the place closed down.
