Best Western Benton Inn

They charge $100 deposit told me it would be refunded then it was not and called to see what was going on and they put it off on my bank when the bank clearly stated deposite of $0 dollars tried to ask what was going on and was still told my bank has a 3 to 5 day hold on it when they did not. Because my bank clearly stated pending deposite for $0. The room we stayed in you could tell the door was kicked in a few different times and did not even shut right. And the repair job was horrible. Very shady when it come to the business side of things. Stayed at a lot nicer and more kept place just a few miles away and it was not as ran down and patch fixed and the deposit was only $25 and got it back the same day we left. Will not be waisting my time here again.

This is an older property, 2 floor with no elevator so take care to reserve a first floor room if you can’t navigate stairs. The staff is excellent and property is beautifully clean

Carpets in the room were not clean, room smelled as if somebody had smoked in it, and then tried to cover it up with cleaners.

I had one of the best nights i slept like a baby the lady at front took care of my needs by putting me in a room way in the back like i asked. I slept good and breakfast and coffee was good will definitely will stay thrre again when i pass by there. Thank yoinso much

The room was very clean and spacious. They serve hot breakfast daily starting at 6am.
