Vue océan avec petit balcon, très agréable pour le coucher de soleil ! Spa face à la mer! Hôtel très bien situé pour profiter de la plage, parking, petit déjeuner compris mais très simple. Chambre confortable, salle de bain vieillotte, mériterait un petit coup de neuf et une déco plus cocooning…

No frills. Bare necessities and amenities. Ceiling floors pop and squeak. Entry door did not close properly. Low guality furniture, linens and accessory items. Cold vinyl flooring. Appears to be remodeling slowly and poorly. Elevator dirty. slow with out of date inspection notice with temporary permit date purposefully

I initially booked one night in a two-queen suite via Hotels.com. The following evening, I called at 9 PM to extend my stay. Though my original room wasn’t available, the receptionist assured me that I could move rooms the next day and that I could stay in my current room until the new one was ready—no need to leave the hotel. The next day, the receptionist on duty (the manager) denied this arrangement ever existed, and I was told to leave. Only after I insisted they confirm with the previous staff did they ‘let it slip this time,’ implying I was being dishonest. I felt disrespected and let down by the inconsistency in service and tone. The second room I booked was an ocean view only to find it out it was partial ocean view and my request to change the room was denied by the same manager. I would have expected more professionalism and accommodation from a hotel manager! Breakfast options are basic, prepackaged pastries were disappointing.

Check-in/check-out was nice and easy. Rooms were nice & big. View of the beach, from our rooms was quite nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A note was posted that jacuzzi jets were not available to turn on. That was a bit disappointing. Rooms are located near the main street so we heard traffic and passing Metro train, through the night. Breakfast was more continental than a full breakfast. Overall stay was great.
