Look, I enjoyed all the times I stayed here. Rooms were good, bed comfortable, t.v, bathroom worked, no bugs, ac, quiet, safe parking and close to restaurants and gas stations. My problem is that I paid 100 deposit each stay and was not refunded back 3 out of the 7 days I stayed. There was no damage to the rooms. On October 8, I decided to stay till around 1050am before check out time at 11am. I went to drop off the key to the room at the drop box located by the office door. I dropped the key in and pressed the doorbell so I can go in and speak to the clerk about my security deposit. Before I got let in, the clerk who has been checking me in to the rooms all 7 times appears right behind me. He said what are you doing, in a heavy Hindu accent. I looked at him and said I want to talk to you about my deposit. Seconds later, I was let into the office and this time, a different Hindu clerk with a heavy accent is there. The clerk who has been checking me in and charging me 100 deposit began to talk to him in a foreign language. I noticed that the new clerk was actually the main guy in charge. I suspect that the guy who had been checking me in 7 days in the last 2 weeks alerted the new guy about my claim because he printed out some receipts to prove that they gave back my deposit. I knew this was all an attempt to convince me they were not responsible because I was calm for a minute. Then I got on the phone with Varo because I wanted Hollister Inn to see me confirm what theLiars.

Did a wonderful job working around our mess (everything sitting around). The tub and shower were very nice and clean. Water was fine except no hot water for shower on our last day. Thank you to the establishment.

I stayed here, according to my transaction history, a total of 6 times between September and October. The staff are not familiar with greetings as they just rolled their eyes and immediately asked for I.D and my debit card. I was always warned about the same things, no smoking, no loud noises, and no visitors. I always picked a room for, and paid for, 2 travelers. Each visit, I was charged the 100 dollar deposit and the money was charged to my debit card. I never checked out late, made no noise, didn't smoke cigarettes in the room, and left the key in the drop box next to the office door. I really enjoyed the stay because I was in a comfortable bed, the room has working AC and restroom and shower. Towels, bath mat, and hand towels all there. I got ice, used the coffee maker, the microwave, and watched T.V nearly till 2am. I was never denied the stay, never notified of any damages to the room or property, and left the key in the drop box. My issue with my stay was not the place itself. My issue is with the fact that out of all the 6 times I stayed and was charged 100 deposit to my debit card and ONLY returned 2. I even went to talk to them about it and they claim that I was refunded my deposit. October 8, I'm credited back my deposit and immediately charged 100 again by them. I disputed it with my bank. They are no help. This place owes me money and I will not be made to believe this place has been honest with me. I believe they abused their authority and charged me twice

While it wasn't what we were looking for, the host was very accommodating and was willing to let us switch rooms if need be.

Check went well and the staff is nice although be aware of the limited check in timeframe. Parking is easily available and the Inn is in a convenient location. The room was fairly updated, which was nice but it had a strong smell of cleaning solution and we had a situation where one of the night stands was covered with little ants.
