Outstanding hotel, fantastic staff. Having parking onsite is a real bonus. Breakfast is superb, as is their evening meals if you decide to dine in. Only had a few small observations really, none of which I mentioned, but probably should have (terribly British!). The plug in the basin didn't work, the plug in the shower was blocked with hair and slow to drain (I cleaned it as it was overflowing) and the extractor fan needs a good clean as covered in dust...small details and none that would stop me recommending this as a place to stay. But the staff - incredible. Caring, polite, friendly and cheerful whatever the time of day. A real credit to the business. Will be back for sure. Thanks for the great stay.

Parking was secure and on site. Check in was smooth although they do want credit card details for the room if you have booked through Expedia. Food options were great and discount was applied for residents too. Vegetarian options were available too. Served food until 9pm. Rooms were of high quality and the price was excellent value. Staff were friendly and accommodating. It was truly very good value and an excellent stay.

We made a great choice coming here. Hotel staff, cleanliness, facilities and breakfast was great. Also free secure parking. Regular buses to and from Hampton Court Palace meant the Palace was only 11 minutes away. Even closer to the Thames bridge in Kingston and the town centre. Lovely walk along the river and boating activities all available.

The shower was stained with mildew/ mold in places. The air conditioning unit was coming apart and did heat when need and the carpets need a good clean. However the staff in the restaurant were excellent and the food was also of a a very good standard

Generally comfortable, with excellent breakfast. We did discover some unsightly (semen and blood stains) on the mattress cover and although the hotel changed the sheets, it didn't address the problem we had raised and we didn't get any feedback from the manager

Pretty good service and the hotel was clean and staff friendly. The hotel is a little tired and the hallway smelt a little musty.

We had a lovely stay at Hampton wick Initally we were in room 206 the carpet was stained badly both sides of bed and it smelt a tad . Mrs wanted to move and we were without issue relocated to 209 Nice and clean , if slightly noisy from next door rooms Overall it was fine with some ear plugs. . Breakfast on both days was good and there are plenty of options hot and cold Staff at breakfast and the two guys at front desk were very friendly and very helpful So thanks for that guys The area is excellent especially when sunny Kingston over bridge. Bushy park and fab river walks both directions

Unfortunately the when I arrived there was a stale smell in the room. During the night the fire alarm went off, and that was when i stepped on a wet carpet. I reported to reception but nothing was done. Turns out the shower which was also broken was leaking under the floor into the bedroom and through the celling below. I found this out as I mentioned again on checkout, no note had been taken from the night before, and there had been complaints from the room below. Such a shame, as the location and breakfast were fantastic, but the conditions of the property were well below standard. They are clearly starting to decorate, at there were decorating sheets and dust through the corridors, plus the smell of paint, this should have been highlighted when I booked.

Lovely pub/hotel. Stayed in dog friendly room which had lovely tea/coffee facilities. Mattress was a bit uncomfy and our room had a damp smell. That said breakfast and dinner was lovely. Would definately return due to good location, good value, dog friendly and free parking. Dogs ate an extra £15 per night which I hasn't seen on booking site or websitebut knew about as I'd phoned them beforehand.

Very nice and welcoming staff on reception, our room was the Ann bollyn room which was very spacious with lovely pictures of Ann herself on the walls. The bathroom was amazing with lovely bath (free standing) room was in a lovely period style decor from the Tudor era. We will be staying here at this hotel again, definitely!!

Great location just across river bridge from Kingston. Close to Hampton Wick park and railway station. Parking on site - busy but space. Room clean and pretty comfortable. Lighting was rather subdued. Good selection for breakfast. Very similar to our last stat a year ago apart from steep price increase.

I loved this place. We did have a little trouble with our first room. AC. Once we mentioned it they immediately got us another room. Would love to come again.

The room was not as advertised (bed is not really a king-sized bed) and we were therefore unable to stay at the hotel as a family of two adults and one 6 year old child. Hotel reception said we'd be able to get a refund on the room and we therefore booked at another hotel. But the manager later refused to honor what was promised and has not refunded us anything regardless of the fact that we did not stay at the hotel for any nights. Very bad service and I would not recommend this hotel because of it.

The support upon arriving was excellent. The room entry door s were very heavy and had a strong spring. This meant most guests just let go of the door to close it with constant bangs. Very annoying. All in all very good.

The hotel was in a perfect location, beautiful, clean, staff and service were outstanding. But… our room was so hot I had no sleep. We had 3 fans, took the duvet cover out and just had a sheet plus cold showers. The air con in our room didn’t work, despite advertising it has it. We found the mattress very hard for us and not comfy. It was a shame because everything else was wonderful and it wasn’t cheap either.

The hotel is in a lovely area with a beautiful frontage and there is where the good bits stop. The hotel rooms and corridors were stuffy and hot, hotter than the air outside the building with no air con in sight. The room itself was dated feeling and uncared for. visible paint marks where walls had been patched but only painted where necessary and in a colour that left visible paint brush marks from new to old. The shower was broken and sprayed water at the ceiling and across the room the whole time you used it. In the room we were given a book to explain all the tea and coffee we could have had provided but were provided with only the harshest coffee of the 4 options and no decaf sachets in sight. The beds were hard and unforgiving spring mattresses. The lighting in the room left a lot to be desired, without a single main light and only accent lights in locations unhelpful for daytime and getting ready use. For how much we spent on this hotel we were expecting high standards and were met with something more akin to a family B&B in a small rural village.

Unfortunately they had oversold our room type and thus had to downgrade us to a standard room. Unfortunately as this was a special event it left a challenge and having to rebook an event as simply it wasn’t appropriate to do it with what we were given. A shame as have been there before and they do look after you.

We loved the hotel, very comfortable and a great location. The staff at check-in and at dinner were excellent and the vegan food was absolutely superb. We only marked them down as the main light in the room wasn't working and the lamp by the mirror had no bulb in it so it was a bit dark for trying to see in the mirror to get ready, and the receptionist in the morning was quite dismissive when we mentioned the lack of light and just kept repeating that they already knew about it. Well if they knew about it, why on earth hadn't they replaced the missing bulb in the lamp at least?!?!

When we arrived they offered a room without air and we said we preferred what we booked with air. They conversed for a minute & gave us a room. Sadly the air was broken & it was very hot. At checkout in the AM they said they knew it was broken, so they placed us in a room we did not want &!m offered no discount. I asked for an itemized statement & he kept hesitating, when he did provide it after paying he had add a 10% gratuity!!!! I recommend avoiding here.

From arrival to leaving the staff were fantastic. Great service, reception, bar / restaurant and housekeeping. Restaurant menu for breakfast and evening meal was really good with some specials for the evening.
From arrival to leaving the staff were fantastic. Great service, reception, bar / restaurant and housekeeping. Restaurant menu for breakfast and evening meal was really good with some specials for the evening.

My stay at The White Hart Hotel was fantastic overall. The staff were great—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was excellent, with a lovely evening meal that felt homemade and a satisfying breakfast to start the day. Our rooms were warm and welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere. We also appreciated the nice guide literature for local points of interest, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. To top it off, there was a good range of beers available at the bar. Highly recommend!

The room was not as advertised (bed is not really a king-sized bed) and we were therefore unable to stay at the hotel as a family of two adults and one 6 year old child. Hotel reception said we'd be able to get a refund on the room and we therefore booked at another hotel. But the manager later refused to honor what was promised and has not refunded us anything regardless of the fact that we did not stay at the hotel for any nights. Very bad service and I would not recommend this hotel because of it.

The location is superb for trips into Hampton Court, the Queens Promenade or just crossing the bridge to explore Kingston. While the parking is on a First Come First Served basis, it was surprisingly spacious and secure. Staff were friendly and quick to assist the whole time we visited.

The White Hart Hotel was an excellent stay for my Rugby weekend at Twickenham. All the staff we encountered were attentive, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean and extremely comfortable as well. There’s a huge car park at the rear of the hotel, should you want to bring your car and Hampton Wick Train Station is about a 5 - 10 minute walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location just across river bridge from Kingston. Close to Hampton Wick park and railway station. Parking on site - busy but space. Room clean and pretty comfortable. Lighting was rather subdued. Good selection for breakfast. Very similar to our last stat a year ago apart from steep price increase.

A lovely traditional hotel, a short walk to the station for trains to London or Windsor and also walking distance to Hampton Court Palace. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.plenty of nearby restaurants.

Really nice place to stay. Room was fine for 1 night- a bit small for a deluxe family room. Breakfast included was a great bonus and I really liked that we had a breakfast menu plus pastries, cereals and cheese board. We used as a base to travel to Chessington and had a nice walk along the thames as well as dinner in Kingston and some shopping. Staff were all really nice, friendly and efficient.

Menu didnt have many options. Manager didnt say goodbye or ask if we. Enjoyed itt staff freindlier to some people more than others breakfast lovely been to freindlier hotels room lovely and warm shower great could not use bath stuff too hard to press had to buy our own could have had abit of entertainment waitresses never once asked were we enjoying our stay didnt seem interested maybe its cause we are from the north so more freindlier all in all a good stay just not perfect

We had a lovely stay at the White Hart. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good although we had booked to stay on a Sunday so that we could all have a roast dinner and were disappointed to find that there wasn’t a single roast left. However the food we ordered was still good.

Hotel wifi worked well. Room was comfortable with powerful shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good to have parking provided. Breakfast was good although the coffee served was poor. The choice of evening food offered did not inspire us to try it despite 15% discount offered so we had dinner elsewhere.

Close to lots of great places in London and parking was free and convenient. Restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner options were extremely limited for anyone with a food allergy (gluten free) and breakfast was ok…room was dated and furniture was worn but clean. Decent stay for an affordable price!

Lovely Hotel! Clean, excellent breakfasts, fabulous Sunday roast! Great service, friendly and helpful. love our room too. 2nd time back. So close to visiting our Daughter & a lovely area to stay & visit. We will be back again later in the year & next year too. Thank you. Great team here! :)

We had an amazing stay at the White Hart. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean with lots of additional touches that many more expensive hotels seem to now miss out such as fresh milk in the fridge. The breakfast choices were varied with helpful efficient staff. Excellent location for Kingston, Hampton Court and Kew.

Ww stayed at The White Hart for three nights and also met with friends for dinner and drinks one of the evenings. The accommodation was comfortable. Drinks on the patio were delightful and we had a lovely dinner. Breakfasts each day were very good with both the continental spread and a cooked option were included. The staff went over and above on at least two occasions for us and we appreciated that.

Arrived with a greeting from the staff, they were very attentive and made our stay feel very welcome, Food was excellent and the bar staff were great, very friendly and polite, service was excellent. Parking was really good with a closed off packing area with a barrier to stop anyone unwelcome coming in. Great stay, Thank you
