I had a really nice stay at this hotel in Agadir. The place is super clean, the rooms are comfy, and the staff are honestly some of the nicest people. I always felt welcome. The location is perfect too, really close to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was good with lots of choices, and the pool area was a great spot to chill and enjoy the sun. Overall, it was an easy, stress-free stay, and I’d definitely come back again. Totally recommend it!

Hotel Prestige Agadir kunne være så tæt på at levere drømmeferien. Hotellets fællesarealer er overvældende smukke og beliggenheden perfekt. Men desværre halter det gevaldigt med serviceniveauet. Der var ingen varme på værelset, og på trods af at vi havde bedt om at få det ordnet adskillige gange, så blev det aldrig løst. Det var derfor ikke hyggeligt at opholde sig på værelset. Vi blev flyttet til et andet værelse, men heller ikke her virkede varmen. På begge værelser var det heller ikke muligt at lukke terrassedøren, hvilket ikke var betryggende. Derudover var poolbaren ubemandet under hele opholdet, hvilket gjorde det besværligt at bestille drikkevarer. Flere gange måtte vi helt ned i receptionen for at bestille. Desuden var der flere andre detaljer såsom manglende servietter til at tørre hænder i på fælles toiletter. Alt i alt forhold, der bare skal være i orden på et femstjernet hotel. Og så er det uhyre vigtigt, at man som gæst bliver lyttet til og at receptionen ikke lover at løse noget, som de så ikke efterfølgende løser. Varme på værelset i februar måned er et minimum.

Attention chambre standart = boite de nuit. Avons passés une nuit terrible car les chambres sont au dessus de 2 boites de nuit donc impossible de dormir tellement le bruit est horrible. Votre tete est dans les platines du dj ! Les jeunes passent la soiree dans les chambres avant d'aller en boite. A 2h30 avons appelé la reception nous ne tenions plus. Avons été replacé dans une suite au calme, surclassé. Un 5 étoiles avec un bidet qui fuit et inonde les wc, une baignoire rempli de calcaire, des tapis de sol sales, une serviette pour 2. La suite du sejour s'est assez bien déroulé. Musique un peu forte à la piscine. Spa correct sans plus car sans hammam comme promis... : laisse l'eau chaude de la douche couler pendant 20min à la place... Petit dejeuner avec du choix et d'assez bonne qualité. Plusieurs produits fait maison. Personnel agreable. Point positif : superbe jardin !!!

The rooms were nice and cleaned daily. The staff always ready to help. Everyone was really nice and friendly. The Hammam massage was brilliant at the spa. Don’t get to see the gym as there were building works taking place. The outdoor lounge and pool area was nice to chill and order food and drinks. Only thing I needed was more of a breakfast selection

We stayed in November 2025 so most definitely not during the peak season. Upon check in we had to wait nearly an hour as our reservation was ‘not on the hotel system’ I booked a balcony room with view of the court yard and was ‘upgraded’ to what felt like an inferior ground floor room with the car park right outside. This didn’t feel right for price paid and sounded like they had over booked. I was disappointed that the indoor pool and gym was closed without communication before our arrival as the gym was a pushing factor to book. Catering was in my opinion very expensive for the quality and very limited for vegetarians. I was unimpressed to be charged 30 dirham for a coffee in a ‘5 star hotel’ whilst having dinner. The room was comfyand well maintained by the house keeping crew who were lovely. I requested a king size bed and instead had two singles pushed together which had a tendency to drift apart as the beds were on wheels. The shower lacked any ventilation or window so the whole room was damp and musty. Big shout out to the pool guy who ensured guests by the pool were looked after and kept the area tidy. Plus the door staff who were friendly and greeted you everytime. The games room was a nice touch with a full size snooker table. The location was excellent with an easy 5 minute walk to the sea front with bars and amenities to enjoy. Be forewarned, there are two night clubs located in the hotel but thankfully they were not open during our stay.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Spa facilities were brilliant. Some noise/music in the evening from the attached nighclub but didnt affect our stay. Beach is 2-3mins walk from the hotel and restaurants are within the area. Easy to book activities with pick up and drop off services.

The hotel grounds were well kept, with plenty amenities. Staff were friendly and professional. We did not eat there so can’t comment on the food. Where it fell down for us was the room. It was big, spacious and had the potential to be 5 star. Unfortunately it was cold and damp with mildew on the ceiling. No aircon or heating. The toilet was leaking and the tiled floor throughout made it very cold. We could hear our neighbours talking and closing doors like they were in our room! And we were backed with the car park to some noisy cars and people coming home late at night. It does not compare to the pictures online and fell short of our expectations for a 5 star hotel stay to celebrate a birthday.

Problème de tv durant tout le séjour et wifi qui saute Odeur de renfermé et d’humidité dans la chambre Petit déjeuner à revoir Quand il y a un soucis et qu’on veut écourter le séjour il dise de voir directement avec la resa internet alors que la resa en ligne dise de voir avec eux … Pour un 5 étoiles c’est dommage

Bonjour, Je vais juste être factuel sans ressentiments (et pourtant..) Arrivé à l'hôtel on me demande de patienter pour le check-in, 45 minutes plus tard on me fait venir à la réception pour me dire qu'il n'y à aucune trace de ma réservation pour la semaine ou nous venons travaillé sur Agadir avec un collègue. Je signale que de mon côté tout est confirmé et actif, le directeur (?) me confirme qu'il n'a rien et qu'il ne lui reste aucune chambres dans l'hôtel. Il rajoute qu'au vu du tarif sur ma réservation imprimé, je n'ai pas pu réservé dans son établissement 5 étoiles, ce à quoi je lui oppose que je ne connais pas ses tarifs habituels, seulement celui de ma réservation. Après discussion il me dit qu'il va essayer de trouver une solution. 1h30 après on me propose de payer 40 € / nuit en plus pour être surclassé, pas le choix, j'accepte ce qui nous donne 40 € x 5 nuits x 2 personnes ! J'attends encore 1h30 pour que les chambres soit préparés. Au final on nous amène à nos chambres et là, une odeur nauséabonde (humidité/aération) règne dans les chambres, j'ouvre mon lit et celui ci est plein de poils et de cheveux, quand à celui de mon collègue, plein d'insectes ! Nous prenons donc la décision de quitter l'hôtel, une fois à la réception 3 couples ont les mêmes soucis que nous. Pour finir le directeur s'excuse mais sans plus, je demande à la réception une note pour mon entreprise ou on me dit que que ce n'est pas possible desuite mais que l'on me l'enverras demain = jamais reçu.

Attention chambre standart = boite de nuit. Avons passés une nuit terrible car les chambres sont au dessus de 2 boites de nuit donc impossible de dormir tellement le bruit est horrible. Votre tete est dans les platines du dj ! Les jeunes passent la soiree dans les chambres avant d'aller en boite. A 2h30 avons appelé la reception nous ne tenions plus. Avons été replacé dans une suite au calme, surclassé. Un 5 étoiles avec un bidet qui fuit et inonde les wc, une baignoire rempli de calcaire, des tapis de sol sales, une serviette pour 2. La suite du sejour s'est assez bien déroulé. Musique un peu forte à la piscine. Spa correct sans plus car sans hammam comme promis... : laisse l'eau chaude de la douche couler pendant 20min à la place... Petit dejeuner avec du choix et d'assez bonne qualité. Plusieurs produits fait maison. Personnel agreable. Point positif : superbe jardin !!!

The rooms were nice and cleaned daily. The staff always ready to help. Everyone was really nice and friendly. The Hammam massage was brilliant at the spa. Don’t get to see the gym as there were building works taking place. The outdoor lounge and pool area was nice to chill and order food and drinks. Only thing I needed was more of a breakfast selection

Hotel Prestige Agadir kunne være så tæt på at levere drømmeferien. Hotellets fællesarealer er overvældende smukke og beliggenheden perfekt. Men desværre halter det gevaldigt med serviceniveauet. Der var ingen varme på værelset, og på trods af at vi havde bedt om at få det ordnet adskillige gange, så blev det aldrig løst. Det var derfor ikke hyggeligt at opholde sig på værelset. Vi blev flyttet til et andet værelse, men heller ikke her virkede varmen. På begge værelser var det heller ikke muligt at lukke terrassedøren, hvilket ikke var betryggende. Derudover var poolbaren ubemandet under hele opholdet, hvilket gjorde det besværligt at bestille drikkevarer. Flere gange måtte vi helt ned i receptionen for at bestille. Desuden var der flere andre detaljer såsom manglende servietter til at tørre hænder i på fælles toiletter. Alt i alt forhold, der bare skal være i orden på et femstjernet hotel. Og så er det uhyre vigtigt, at man som gæst bliver lyttet til og at receptionen ikke lover at løse noget, som de så ikke efterfølgende løser. Varme på værelset i februar måned er et minimum.

The hotel grounds were well kept, with plenty amenities. Staff were friendly and professional. We did not eat there so can’t comment on the food. Where it fell down for us was the room. It was big, spacious and had the potential to be 5 star. Unfortunately it was cold and damp with mildew on the ceiling. No aircon or heating. The toilet was leaking and the tiled floor throughout made it very cold. We could hear our neighbours talking and closing doors like they were in our room! And we were backed with the car park to some noisy cars and people coming home late at night. It does not compare to the pictures online and fell short of our expectations for a 5 star hotel stay to celebrate a birthday.

I had booked and paid for a suite facing the resort, instead I got a standard room facing the street. When I pointed this out, they said I got what I paid for, that it was wrong on hotels.com. I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed in November 2025 so most definitely not during the peak season. Upon check in we had to wait nearly an hour as our reservation was ‘not on the hotel system’ I booked a balcony room with view of the court yard and was ‘upgraded’ to what felt like an inferior ground floor room with the car park right outside. This didn’t feel right for price paid and sounded like they had over booked. I was disappointed that the indoor pool and gym was closed without communication before our arrival as the gym was a pushing factor to book. Catering was in my opinion very expensive for the quality and very limited for vegetarians. I was unimpressed to be charged 30 dirham for a coffee in a ‘5 star hotel’ whilst having dinner. The room was comfyand well maintained by the house keeping crew who were lovely. I requested a king size bed and instead had two singles pushed together which had a tendency to drift apart as the beds were on wheels. The shower lacked any ventilation or window so the whole room was damp and musty. Big shout out to the pool guy who ensured guests by the pool were looked after and kept the area tidy. Plus the door staff who were friendly and greeted you everytime. The games room was a nice touch with a full size snooker table. The location was excellent with an easy 5 minute walk to the sea front with bars and amenities to enjoy. Be forewarned, there are two night clubs located in the hotel but thankfully they were not open during our stay.

We were practically ignored at check inn. No welcome drink, no information passed about the facilities. Bags searched by security upon entering hotel. Security marched me to reception and spoke to 3 staff members in local language making me feel like a criminal for bringing a bottle of coke into the hotel. Every time i tried to order something from room service ie 20 pound bottle of wine, the phone would ring 10 mins later saying out of stock but we can have the 40 pound bottle instead. Signs outside hotel telling you you are not allowed to bring any food or alcohol back to your room. This was not advertised anywhere on Hotel.com website or if it was i would never have booked. I will never use Hotels.com again and will book through a travel agent in future.

Bonjour, Je vais juste être factuel sans ressentiments (et pourtant..) Arrivé à l'hôtel on me demande de patienter pour le check-in, 45 minutes plus tard on me fait venir à la réception pour me dire qu'il n'y à aucune trace de ma réservation pour la semaine ou nous venons travaillé sur Agadir avec un collègue. Je signale que de mon côté tout est confirmé et actif, le directeur (?) me confirme qu'il n'a rien et qu'il ne lui reste aucune chambres dans l'hôtel. Il rajoute qu'au vu du tarif sur ma réservation imprimé, je n'ai pas pu réservé dans son établissement 5 étoiles, ce à quoi je lui oppose que je ne connais pas ses tarifs habituels, seulement celui de ma réservation. Après discussion il me dit qu'il va essayer de trouver une solution. 1h30 après on me propose de payer 40 € / nuit en plus pour être surclassé, pas le choix, j'accepte ce qui nous donne 40 € x 5 nuits x 2 personnes ! J'attends encore 1h30 pour que les chambres soit préparés. Au final on nous amène à nos chambres et là, une odeur nauséabonde (humidité/aération) règne dans les chambres, j'ouvre mon lit et celui ci est plein de poils et de cheveux, quand à celui de mon collègue, plein d'insectes ! Nous prenons donc la décision de quitter l'hôtel, une fois à la réception 3 couples ont les mêmes soucis que nous. Pour finir le directeur s'excuse mais sans plus, je demande à la réception une note pour mon entreprise ou on me dit que que ce n'est pas possible desuite mais que l'on me l'enverras demain = jamais reçu.

Cet hôtel est inacceptable tant dans la qualité de l’accueil que dans le service. Nous avions réservé deux suites et nous en avons eu qu’une à l’arrivée car l’hôtel était temps sur Booking Et encore, nous avons eu de la chance, car une dizaine de familles ont dû repartir dans Agadir, alors que tout était complet L’hôtel impose de payer un dîner de gala à plus de 500 € pour une famille, alors que ceci n’était pas noté dans les conditions tarifaires. Le diner était HORRIBLE, FROID et MAUVAIS, et servi à 23h00 !!! Les noix de St-Jacques étaient manquantes et le fromage industriel. Lorsque vous tentez de négocier quoi que ce soit, ils deviennent très agressifs et vous insulte, on ne trouvant aucune solution. Nous n’avons jamais été traités comme ça au Maroc, pays que nous connaissons très bien Lorsque nous avons commencé à montrer notre mécontentement, ils nous ont coupé l’électricité des chambres et nous ont insulté dans le lobby Le descriptif est totalement mensonger avec une piscine d’intérieur qui est fermé et un spa de qualité qui est médiocre, un hammam inexistant et une salle de sport en travaux. Seul, le restaurant est de qualité avec des frais et bien cuisinés. Le linge n’est pas frais, Nous avons pris un massage de une heure qui a duré 45 minutes et lorsqu’on en fait la remarque, on se fait insulter Il y a tous les jours à la réception, une dizaine de personnes qui hurlent car ils sont mécontents À fuir absolument

Nous n’avons jamais été traités comme ça au Maroc, pays que nous connaissons très bien Lorsque nous avons commencé à montrer notre mécontentement, ils nous ont coupé l’électricité des chambres et nous ont insulté dans le lobby Le descriptif est totalement mensonger avec une piscine d’intérieur qui est fermé et un spa de qualité qui est médiocre, un hammam inexistant et une salle de sport en travaux. Seul, le restaurant est de qualité avec des frais et bien cuisinés. Le linge n’est pas frais, Nous avons pris un massage de une heure qui a duré 45 minutes et lorsqu’on en fait la remarque, on se fait insulter Il y a tous les jours à la réception, une dizaine de personnes qui hurlent car ils sont mécontents À fuir absolument

I had a really nice stay at this hotel in Agadir. The place is super clean, the rooms are comfy, and the staff are honestly some of the nicest people. I always felt welcome. The location is perfect too, really close to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was good with lots of choices, and the pool area was a great spot to chill and enjoy the sun. Overall, it was an easy, stress-free stay, and I’d definitely come back again. Totally recommend it!

Hotel Prestige Agadir kunne være så tæt på at levere drømmeferien. Hotellets fællesarealer er overvældende smukke og beliggenheden perfekt. Men desværre halter det gevaldigt med serviceniveauet. Der var ingen varme på værelset, og på trods af at vi havde bedt om at få det ordnet adskillige gange, så blev det aldrig løst. Det var derfor ikke hyggeligt at opholde sig på værelset. Vi blev flyttet til et andet værelse, men heller ikke her virkede varmen. På begge værelser var det heller ikke muligt at lukke terrassedøren, hvilket ikke var betryggende. Derudover var poolbaren ubemandet under hele opholdet, hvilket gjorde det besværligt at bestille drikkevarer. Flere gange måtte vi helt ned i receptionen for at bestille. Desuden var der flere andre detaljer såsom manglende servietter til at tørre hænder i på fælles toiletter. Alt i alt forhold, der bare skal være i orden på et femstjernet hotel. Og så er det uhyre vigtigt, at man som gæst bliver lyttet til og at receptionen ikke lover at løse noget, som de så ikke efterfølgende løser. Varme på værelset i februar måned er et minimum.

Attention chambre standart = boite de nuit. Avons passés une nuit terrible car les chambres sont au dessus de 2 boites de nuit donc impossible de dormir tellement le bruit est horrible. Votre tete est dans les platines du dj ! Les jeunes passent la soiree dans les chambres avant d'aller en boite. A 2h30 avons appelé la reception nous ne tenions plus. Avons été replacé dans une suite au calme, surclassé. Un 5 étoiles avec un bidet qui fuit et inonde les wc, une baignoire rempli de calcaire, des tapis de sol sales, une serviette pour 2. La suite du sejour s'est assez bien déroulé. Musique un peu forte à la piscine. Spa correct sans plus car sans hammam comme promis... : laisse l'eau chaude de la douche couler pendant 20min à la place... Petit dejeuner avec du choix et d'assez bonne qualité. Plusieurs produits fait maison. Personnel agreable. Point positif : superbe jardin !!!

We stayed in November 2025 so most definitely not during the peak season. Upon check in we had to wait nearly an hour as our reservation was ‘not on the hotel system’ I booked a balcony room with view of the court yard and was ‘upgraded’ to what felt like an inferior ground floor room with the car park right outside. This didn’t feel right for price paid and sounded like they had over booked. I was disappointed that the indoor pool and gym was closed without communication before our arrival as the gym was a pushing factor to book. Catering was in my opinion very expensive for the quality and very limited for vegetarians. I was unimpressed to be charged 30 dirham for a coffee in a ‘5 star hotel’ whilst having dinner. The room was comfyand well maintained by the house keeping crew who were lovely. I requested a king size bed and instead had two singles pushed together which had a tendency to drift apart as the beds were on wheels. The shower lacked any ventilation or window so the whole room was damp and musty. Big shout out to the pool guy who ensured guests by the pool were looked after and kept the area tidy. Plus the door staff who were friendly and greeted you everytime. The games room was a nice touch with a full size snooker table. The location was excellent with an easy 5 minute walk to the sea front with bars and amenities to enjoy. Be forewarned, there are two night clubs located in the hotel but thankfully they were not open during our stay.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Spa facilities were brilliant. Some noise/music in the evening from the attached nighclub but didnt affect our stay. Beach is 2-3mins walk from the hotel and restaurants are within the area. Easy to book activities with pick up and drop off services.

We were practically ignored at check inn. No welcome drink, no information passed about the facilities. Bags searched by security upon entering hotel. Security marched me to reception and spoke to 3 staff members in local language making me feel like a criminal for bringing a bottle of coke into the hotel. Every time i tried to order something from room service ie 20 pound bottle of wine, the phone would ring 10 mins later saying out of stock but we can have the 40 pound bottle instead. Signs outside hotel telling you you are not allowed to bring any food or alcohol back to your room. This was not advertised anywhere on Hotel.com website or if it was i would never have booked. I will never use Hotels.com again and will book through a travel agent in future.

Om man är tre personer så ska man ha tre badhanddukar färdiga i rummet. Samma sak med extra säng, den ska vara iordningställd när man checkar in. Frukosten var bara kaos. Knappt tallrikar och glas som räckte. Bestick och papper fick man leta efter.

Cadre de l'hôtel très agréable, la piscine et les plans d'eau, notre suite était très spacieuse, le personnel très serviable et attentifs. Ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles, pas de kleenex, 1 seule serviette, pas de papier toilette de rechange, pas de bouteille d'eau ou simplement de verre etc. . .le buffet du petit déjeuner assez misérable mais chaque fois que vous demandé ils se mettent en 4 pour vous servir Donc séjour très agréable

Catering was in my opinion very expensive for the quality and very limited for vegetarians. I was unimpressed to be charged 30 dirham for a coffee in a ‘5 star hotel’ whilst having dinner. The room was comfyand well maintained by the house keeping crew who were lovely. I requested a king size bed and instead had two singles pushed together which had a tendency to drift apart as the beds were on wheels. The shower lacked any ventilation or window so the whole room was damp and musty. Big shout out to the pool guy who ensured guests by the pool were looked after and kept the area tidy. Plus the door staff who were friendly and greeted you everytime. The games room was a nice touch with a full size snooker table. The location was excellent with an easy 5 minute walk to the sea front with bars and amenities to enjoy. Be forewarned, there are two night clubs located in the hotel but thankfully they were not open during our stay.
We stayed in November 2025 so most definitely not during the peak season. Upon check in we had to wait nearly an hour as our reservation was ‘not on the hotel system’ I booked a balcony room with view of the court yard and was ‘upgraded’ to what felt like an inferior ground floor room with the car park right outside. This didn’t feel right for price paid and sounded like they had over booked. I was disappointed that the indoor pool and gym was closed without communication before our arrival as the gym was a pushing factor to book. Nous avons reçu un bon accueil à notre arrivée avec une personne qui nous a fait le tour de l’établissement. Mais nous avons rapidement déchanté! La suite pour trois personnes contient un lit King size et un canapé fixe et non un canapé-lit. J’ai dormi six nuits sur un canapé dur avec uniquement un drap par dessus. Le ménage n’est jamais fait! La femme de ménage vient uniquement changer les serviettes tous les jours. Nous avons signalé à l’accueil que les poubelles n’était pas vidées durant tout le séjour, ni les verres, et que la poussière et la serpillière n’ étaient pas fait non plus. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. À notre arrivée à l’accueil plusieurs clients se plaignaient des mêmes sujets que nous et rien n’a changé durant tout le séjour. Le petit déjeuné est très mal organisé, il manque tous les matins des verres et tasses. Deux employés utilisent la même plancha pour faire les omelettes et les crêpes, ce qui génère de longue queue. La qualité des produits est médiocre pour l’ensemble du buffet. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement qui n’est clairement pas à la hauteur des attentes de son standing et je n’y ai pas séjourné à mon retour sur Agadir

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent Stay and Wonderful Staff** Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, and I would like to recognise those who made our experience extra special. Hajar is definitely one in a million. She was very attentive, friendly and always willing to help. We were also given an upgrade to a Jacuzzi room, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The elderly gentleman at reception who serves the tea was always smiling and very helpful. Seeing him carrying luggage, making tea and helping guests at his age was very touching. He is an example to the younger generation. May God give him a long and healthy life. The cleaning team were lovely, especially Ahmed. What touched me was that even after finishing his shift, he stayed to help another cleaner who was behind with her duties. The team worked together, smiling and laughing. Their teamwork was wonderful to see. The spa treatment was relaxing and exactly what I needed. The staff were friendly, the area was very clean and smelled lovely. Ayub by the pool, was also very friendly. He played table tennis and supported not only my nephew but other visitors too. It was lovely to see someone who clearly enjoys his work and has a genuine smile. Jihane from the breakfast team also provided excellent customer service. She went out of her way to arrange baked beans for my sister and arrange a cake for my nephew. She went over and beyond what is expected. Thank you.

We were 3 grown people in a room and they give a tiny soap bar with the smallest teeny tiny shower gel and shampoo not even enough for one person. Everything is overpriced and the breakfast isn’t the best. The pool is nice and it’s only a 3-5min walk to the beach staff around the hotel were friendly enough.
