Portrush Atlantic Hotel

Gostei muito da localização do hotel e do conforto do quarto. A equipe também foi muito prestativa. Ponto fraco foi o café da manhã, pelo fato da pessoa não poder se servir sozinha dos pratos quentes e a variedade não me agradar muito.

It's amazing stay and I would stay again and the staff were very lovely and very helpful and very friendly.

Very clean hotel just on the outdated side but couldn’t fault staff the beds was comfortable and the breakfast was grand.

The hotel is under new ownership and currently undergoing major renovations. Our room recently painted was OK - limited renovation scope. However, we had a comfortable bed with new clean bedlinen. Bathroom clean and bright but old fittings. The major area for improvement was the restaurant which was totally under going renovation was the restaurant - we had breakfast in a room that was essentially a building/decorating site. The food was of poor quality and inedible. We left without taking breakfast. Whilst the hotel is clearly trying to improve itself and will no doubt be better in future, for us the lack of upfront disclosure of the true state of works was very disappointing. Had we have known this, we would have selected another property. Receptionist was friendly and polite but not really able to affect any of the issues.

Walkable location to sites and great view of the ocean.
