We have stayed at King’s Cabin for multiple years in a row and has been amazing each time. The kids love staying there and going to the lake each day. We come back each day and BBQ, play ping pong, and games. A great place to hang out with family and friends. Erich is amazing as a manager and making sure you have everything you need to have a great stay. See you next year.

Stayed here for a weekend with a group of coworkers. We were very impressed with the pictures, and the real thing did not disappoint! The cabin was spacious and clean, with lots of greats games and outdoor gear in the garage! The check in process was quick and easy, and the host left clear instructions for check out process. I really appreciated how quickly they answered any questions we had and smooth the process was. We're also very grateful that they allowed pets! All in all, we had a wonderful time and the lake and it was nice to come home to wonderful place to rest and relax with friends.

We had a great time! It’s a beautiful Cabin; clean and spacious. Beautiful views! Kids loved ping pong table in the garage. Had an issue with the upstairs shower. Host responded in a timely manner and settled the issue. Perfect location. Only minuets from shaver lake restaurants. Overall would definitely rent again.

This cabin was great and it had so many fun games and recreation stuff for the kids. They spent so much time with scooters, ping pong, magnetic darts, etc…. They loved it. The deck was so relaxing and quiet. The cabin was very clean and supplied with everything you need in the kitchen. We definitely recommend this cabin rental!!!!

What a gem! This house comes with everything you need for a fun getaway. Tons of games, things to take to the lake like fishing poles and the kitchen is stocked with every pan and dish you could need for cooking. The location couldn't get any better. Just a short drive to Shaver Lake and many other popular locations. I highly recommend staying here!

A fantastic spot to book for a group trip - good for families with kids as well as friends that don't mind getting a little cozy with multiple beds in each room. It's only about a 5 minute drive away from Shaver Lake, and there plenty of amenities (ping pong table, board games, chairs to use for the lake, blankets/towels). Erich is super responsive if anything comes up. I think for the price point, it's very affordable for those looking for a short weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! Plenty of space for us. The kids enjoyed exploring around the area. It was a short, beautiful drive to the lake. I have to say, this cabin was one of the best stocked when it came to kitchen items. Made it easy to cook meals daily. It was also one of the cleanest; you would never know dogs have stayed here prior. We will definitely be back!

This house is absolutely amazing! It was perfect. Clean comfortable great location perfect for our trip to the lake. Our hosts were on top of things even sent us back a cellphone that was accidentally left there. We had so much fun, this house is kid friendly set up nicely for families. We would all definitely use this place to stay again.

The house was very well stocked with kichen needs and pillows etc. Very clean. the shower tiles could use some bleaching but everything else was pretty spotless. Nice decor all throughout the entire house very thoughful items in kitchen.

Our experience at the Kings Cabin in Shaver Lake was AMAZING! The cabin was fully stocked with blankets, snow gear, coats, games, food in pantry and cooking pots/machinery + more! More than enough space for my family of 15+.. The only con to our trip was the 4pm check in time :( and check out time was 11am. Also the master bedroom tub was not recommended to use due to possible water leakage down to the kitchen. However, those minor details did NOT take away from the AMAZING time we ALL had! The host was generous & kind enough to offer & allow us to unload in the garage before check in time. Really appreciated the accommodations, the prompt & friendly communication from the host. We plan to make it our yearly December gift for the kids! This was the best Christmas gift for my family, hands down! Don’t think twice and just book this cabin! You will not regret it!!!!

Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful HomeThis home is beautiful and designed with great care and attention to detail. Every room is thoughtfully furnished and well-equipped, making it feel both comfortable and luxurious. It’s the perfect place for a large group, I believe it comfortably sleeps 14. I highly recommend this rental and would stay here again!

The only thing we wish is, we wanted to stay longer. The cabin is so spacious. I had 8 people with my reservation and we didn't even utilize all the rooms but it very nice knowing my children got to pick out rooms and enjoy the space. Checking I'm was super easy as well...The owner contacted me the day of our checkin just to make sure we were okay, and that was very appreciative to me as a host. We made sure to follow all rules listed which all were for safety to the guests.. I appreciative that we also had a binder of information about the cabin and the local area. If I have to be critical, which is really hard in this circumstance, I didn't know the cabin was so close to other cabins. I had 5 children with me, and I was concern on the amount of outside noise they would make, but no one complained and infact neighboring guests, enjoy seeing my children slide down snow! The kitchen was my favorite place! It was beautifully prepared for us..We had great kitchenware, and utensils to utilize the space. My children made a hot chocolate station, we cooked homemade chili, and made sure to clean up as we go. With that in mind, the upkeep to the kitchen is absolutely amazing! My 2nd favorite would have to be the fireplace! It is soo nice and keeps downstairs cozy, as the heater keeper the upstairs warmer. With the snow scene and the fireplace going, that is a vacation alone! I want to thank Erich so much for accommodating my family on our stay. And I definitely would love to book in the future.

Great location. Easy check in. Manager very friendly and available. Only downside was pillows in master very flat and all extras hard and uncomfortable. Bed was not the greatest either. For most this is a very important piece of a vacation stay. I would recommend investing in better sleep materials.

Had a wonderful time during our stay. This was 1 of 2 cabins we reserved in the same community. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone. Was a bit stressed the day of check in since we had yet to receive our access code, but Erich responded just as we were pulling up to the cabin and we were able to enter the cabin. Definitely returning again for Shaver Lake getaways. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

Home was pretty easy to find. The code was easy to use. Home was clean lots of activities for playing and keeping busy. Getting ahold of manager was simple. Answered all the questions.

Great location. Easy check in. Manager very friendly and available. Only downside was pillows in master very flat and all extras hard and uncomfortable. Bed was not the greatest either. For most this is a very important piece of a vacation stay. I would recommend investing in better sleep materials.

We had 10 adults stay with us on a snowboard trip. The house was very accommodating and comfortable for our group. The check in and check out process was easy and we had zero issues at this property. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone as it was very clean and an easy drive up to china peak.

A fantastic spot to book for a group trip - good for families with kids as well as friends that don't mind getting a little cozy with multiple beds in each room. It's only about a 5 minute drive away from Shaver Lake, and there plenty of amenities (ping pong table, board games, chairs to use for the lake, blankets/towels). Erich is super responsive if anything comes up. I think for the price point, it's very affordable for those looking for a short weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! Plenty of space for us. The kids enjoyed exploring around the area. It was a short, beautiful drive to the lake. I have to say, this cabin was one of the best stocked when it came to kitchen items. Made it easy to cook meals daily. It was also one of the cleanest; you would never know dogs have stayed here prior. We will definitely be back!

We are a family of seven, and our stay was very comfortable together. We like how close it is to town and the local snow parks. Our kids really enjoyed the games and family space. We look forward to a summer visit in the near future!

The King's Cabin is a beautiful, well kept and VERY comfortable and clean cabin. Great location and very quiet! Beautiful Pine trees surround the cabin. Shaver lake was absolutely beautiful and Town of Shaver are close by with plenty to see and do. The Host was a FIRST CLASS HOST. Easy to communicate with and wanted everything to be just right! Thanks again for your hospitality and the use of your home!

We chose to have Thanksgiving as a family in the mountains this year and couldn't have picked a better location. Close to China Peak for skiing. The cabin lived up to its description and actually exceeded our expectations. Location was quite and Eric was a wonderful host, responded quickly to any questions we may have had. Will book again

Great location! Short drive to Shaver Lake. Everything you need for a stay. Only thing is all bedrooms are up a big flight of stairs. Good to know if you have elderly or anyone who struggles with stairs.

We have stayed at King’s Cabin for multiple years in a row and has been amazing each time. The kids love staying there and going to the lake each day. We come back each day and BBQ, play ping pong, and games. A great place to hang out with family and friends. Erich is amazing as a manager and making sure you have everything you need to have a great stay. See you next year.

Although I was alone for a month while working in the area, this cabin felt very homey and comfortable. Check in was very easy. Cabin was clean on arrival and well stocked with basic necessity's. Would most definitely stay here again.

The house was very well stocked with kichen needs and pillows etc. Very clean. the shower tiles could use some bleaching but everything else was pretty spotless. Nice decor all throughout the entire house very thoughful items in kitchen.

This cabin was great and it had so many fun games and recreation stuff for the kids. They spent so much time with scooters, ping pong, magnetic darts, etc…. They loved it. The deck was so relaxing and quiet. The cabin was very clean and supplied with everything you need in the kitchen. We definitely recommend this cabin rental!!!!

What a gem! This house comes with everything you need for a fun getaway. Tons of games, things to take to the lake like fishing poles and the kitchen is stocked with every pan and dish you could need for cooking. The location couldn't get any better. Just a short drive to Shaver Lake and many other popular locations. I highly recommend staying here!

I got this cabin for 4 days and 3 nights for my finances 45th birthday and our family vacation. It was PERFECT! 5 mins away from the water. Close to stores and restaurants but far enough away to feel like we weren’t near the main road. It was peaceful and quiet. The house provided all we needed. We forgot our towels at home but luckily the cabin had some to use. The kitchen was well stocked and the house felt comfortable for our family guests. When we came home for the night, the kids had fun in the game room/garage and playing outside. I didn’t feel worried about them outside being kids. If you want a nice spacious place in the woods, I highly recommend this. Our host was very responsive and friendly. We made sure to clean up and place everything back where it belonged. Thank you!

I can’t say enough great things about staying at this cabin. Our host was very helpful with everything. We will planning with this host/cabin again for our future vacations. Location was not far from town and was easy to navigate to. The cabin had plenty of rooms for 10 people to stay and having a washer/dryer in the garage to use was a bonus! The host had items for us to use from basketballs, ping pong table, other outdoor items and board games as well. The kitchen was stocked with extra appliances, utensils, cups, plates/bowls etc to use to make cooking easier. I definitely recommend you book with this host for your vacations.

The cabin is a good size and the instructions are very clear. There was clear communication with the host. Only thing I can say is the comforters are not washed each time. We found dog hair on one and another had a sweat smell. It seems the sheets are only washed regularly. Any thing you could think of they had it. We enjoyed playing ping pong. I feel like the essentials were lacking there were lots of spices but no salt and pepper. There was no cooking spray or oil which is fine, we ended up buying some. there was one roll of paper towels and we ran out pretty quickly. We corresponded with the host and he said the cleaner usually leaves enough but they just if forgot. I would stay here again, maybe just bring my own blanket, but the cabin itself is clean and nice. Also no shoes are allowed upstairs so make sure to bring some extra socks. Shaver lake beach was only about 8 minutes away. We didn’t mind cleaning and putting everything away but if you’re not used to doing that, this place is not for you.
