Señores de hoteles.com ustedes me cobraron las dos habitaciones y al llegar al hotel no había habitaciones disponibles, ellos alegaron q era de conocimiento de la plataforma que no había disponibilidad, sin embargo vendieron y cobraron, solicito me reembolsen el dinero de manera inmediata

Some 20 years ago, I was a regular client and loved it's big and spacious rooms, and nice social events. So, I decided to give it a try, since I was going to be there for 4 days and needed a nice separate working/living area. The room I booked was really nice and as described, a bit aged, but clean and as needed. Therefore, it was a good choice. Unfortunately, the stay wasn't fully good and though they could easily have a nicer overall experience. Some of the "to be improved" aspects: - Breakfast: the same poor options every day. Same eggs, no orange juice (just a couple options of very watery "juices"), no English-speaking staff or at least signs (had to translate for a few of them), some cold items that were supposed to be hot, asked for different eggs and they said I had to pay extra, new and untrained staff, no control at entrance (only the last day there was someone) so there were many guests and not enough tables. Had to wait for one, but had to ask them (understaffed)... any way, not very good breakfast (3/10 my rate). - Room Cleaning: Always after 5pm! ... and if I asked for it. Unacceptable. - Key issues: they know they have programming issues, so you have to come to Front Desk to reprogram it every time you leave the room. Front desk people were nice and no complaints... that's a plus. Unfortunately, we had noisy neighbors and hat early morning "young, spoiled child" alarm at 7am or loud music in their bathroom which woke us up earlier, even on the weekend.
