The Morritt Hotel

A picturesque location. The staff were very friendly. Dinner was exceptional (the burger being particularly great!). Breakfast was also very good and had a nice variety.

Stay was alright. Didn't eat or use bar

Quiet hotel, free parking, attentive staff for evening meal, reception and breakfast.

Our room was not clean - filthy window frames, the room and bathroom was dusty and grubby everywhere. The staff were all friendly but on our arrival we had to go and find a member of staff to check us in - it was deserted. Checking out was lengthy as there was confusion from the hotel about what we had booked and paid for, we were clear about our booking and showed our digital booking forms but the receptionist was not convinced by it.
