Hotel sencillo, cerca del aeropuerto y de la ciudad, con parada de autobús casi delante del establecimiento. Parking gratuito. Habitación sencilla, amplia, con cama y almohada cómoda. Ideally located for me and what I needed. Breakfast was buffet continental with very limited choice, definitely not worth the additional payment. Buses run right outside the property in both directions and very cheap to use. Alicante in one direction and Urbanova (beautiful beach resort) and the airport going the other way. Not really a "bar" just a small break out area to sit with a beer. The beer garden forms part of the car park. Ideal stop off if you don't need anything, including a shop. It's very remote. But close to main arterial routes.

A very good place for people who don't want to overpay. Friendly, polite service staff. The place has a friendly atmosphere, if it were possible I would bring my dog as I saw many people use this option. Maybe next year I will:)

Sehr enttäuschend. Alte, stark abgenutzte Möbel und dreckige Wände. Das Bad erinnert an ein Wohnmobilbad und die Tür ist nur eine Schiebe-/Hängetür. Durch die Feuchtigkeit im Bad, ist vieles bereits aufgequollen oder aufgeplatzt. Das Bad generell sehr schlecht (kaputter Duschvorhang, Lüftung funktioniert nicht, alles wird nass, man kann nicht mal trockenen Fußes auf die Toilette gehen). Zudem keinerlei Steckdosen am Bett und kaum Möglichkeiten Handtücher zu trocknen. Besonders schlimm: Blutflecken am Griff der Badezimmertür (die gingen abzuwischen) und seitlich an der Bettdecke. Ehrlicherweise habe ich im Ibis Budget nebenan bessere Erfahrungen gemacht.

Property is not clean carpets a dirty, there are tiles on the hallway by a room they have mildew, they have sanitizer dispensers by the elevators there are empty, the toilet seat was broken loose I had to let him know, air conditioner button broken let him know manage or tell me that I couldn't change the temperature in the room I said that's not correct, that the button was broken the only thing they only give you 2 for showering they don't give you any towels for your hands and face

Vi ankom sent på kvelden. Ingen kø ved check in. Vi hadde ikke bil, men det var grstis parkering rett utenfor. Området hadde låst port. Hotellet hadde mest unge, da Ibis budget var i nabobygget. Det var en liten kafe rett ved insjekking med rimlige priser. Enkel junk food. Litt slitent hotell og meget enkle rom. De hadde glemt å legge inn håndkler til oss og vi måtte ut i resepsjonen å hente. Den hvite dyna var full av gamle flekker. Baseromskasetten var ren og fin, men litt trang. Frokosten var dårlig. Litt pålegg og kalde kokte egg positivt at de hadde glutenfritt brød. Gratis drikkevann i beger ved resepsjonen. Utsjekking gikk raskt.

The room was great, clean and spacious, no tea/coffee machine. It is very far from the centre and the buses are every hour but we just used uber, costing £6-13 each time. Breakfast was ok, not much choice. Staff ordered a taxi to the airport for us and it tuned up in minutes which was good.

The room was a comfortable temperature and the beds were comfortable but the waterproof protector made them overly hot. Also the protector made the top mattress slide about so much that I nearly fell out as it ended up overhanging by about 20cm. The shower was fantastic. Overall the room was very good though. We were disappointed that the restaurant didn't have a lot on offer from the advertised dinner menu so we went out to eat instead. The Romanian girl on check in was really helpful and friendly.

When I arrived at midnight they said that I had no reservation . We were very tired and just wanted our room. The man in reception said that despite me booking in Jan( I showed him the itinerary number and email) with hotels.com) that apparently hotels .com had not booked it with them . They appeared to have no record of my booking. I was then charged €70 for the room instead of the €55 that I had booked it at with hotels.com. I was travelling with my daughter and we were both very tired so I just paid it as we needed a room.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, aber Lage etwas unpraktisch Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm – alles war in Ordnung: das Zimmer sauber, der Service freundlich und die Ausstattung gut. Einziger Nachteil: Die Lage ist etwas ungünstig. Die Unterkunft liegt ziemlich weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und die Busverbindung (Linie C6) ist nicht zuverlässig – die Haltestelle wird in beide Richtungen (zum Flughafen und ins Zentrum) nicht regelmäßig bedient. Ohne Auto ist man auf ein Taxi angewiesen, vor allem wenn man zum Flughafen möchte. Wer Wert auf eine gute Anbindung legt, sollte das bei der Planung berücksichtigen.

Rent rum och ett bra ställe om man landar sent och ska resa vidare nästa dag. Vid besök av Alicante ligger det för min smak för långt ifrån centrum. Fördel enkelt att parkera. Helt okej för en säng. Rent rum och trevlig personal.

Location is TERRIBLE! It is not close to any place of importance. It is not close to any shopping center or restaurant. I had to take a taxi to get to the closest restaurant. Breakfast was at best average. Dinner was edible but well below average.

hotel very handy for Alicante Airport hotel is a little worn but comfortable and with free car parking whilst you stay no long stay, food on site but would say avoid at all costs the staff left a full tray of raw chicken out next to a tray of clean glasses and other food we also witness lots of food cross-contamination whilst staff were cooking the food it was the worse ever so avoid
