My recent stay at Leleju boutique apartment in Shanghai was exceptional. The care Sam & Lisa provided me was also exceptional from checking in to showing me how to use the washer & dryer (Yes they have a washer & dryer in the apartment). The apartment was very clean with a nice view of the tall buildings at the Bund. Furthermore, you do not have to leave the building to gain access to the metro. Prior to my departure, Lisa got me a gift as a show of appreciation. I was very touched by her gesture. I will definitely recommend this place. I look forward to staying here once again when I come back to Shanghai, Sam & Lisa, thank you very much for everything. It was a great experience. David

Leleju Apartment is conveniently located with B1 directly connected to Line 8’s Anshan Xincun subway station (open from 10 AM to 10 PM). It takes only 1–2 minutes to reach the station from the unit, and most places in Shanghai are accessible within 30–45 minutes by subway. The building is quiet, clean, and well maintained. An insulated glass door separates the B1 food court from the residential area, minimizing noise and ensuring privacy. There are several popular restaurants within a 2-minute walk, such as Suxiaoliu and Xiaoyang Shengjian. A nearby supermarket offers fresh fruits and beverages. Our one-bedroom unit was spacious compared to typical hotel rooms and well equipped with a full-sized fridge, stove, washer, microwave, and high-quality slippers. The staff were friendly and responsive, reachable by phone or WeChat. Note: Leleju’s reception is on the 5th floor, separate from the main lobby.

This property is the perfect stay in Shanghai ! Lisa and Samuel were wonderful hosts and made my stay very comfortable. There is a metro station next door and there is a food court downstairs. It’s a very convenient location. The place itself is very clean and has a washing machine. WiFi and AC is very good and the shower is fantastic. The view from the room is excellent and access is safe and secure. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back ! Thank you guy for a great stay in an amazing city !!!

Check-in was easy and were given a list of nearby restaurants. The building is connected to a mall and the subway. Travel is easy. The Bund area is a subway ride and a short walk away. Easy access to the night cruise as well. The room was spacious so you can entertain guests.We are already planning our next trip.

Everything was great. Lisa made everything very easy and convenient in check in and out. The communication was excellent. The apartment was nicely furnished and had all of the comforts of home. The view was amazingly beautiful. Thank you, I'll definitely return when I come back to Shanghai.

We loved this place. Big enough for a family of 4 and modern/clean. The check-in was easy once you realize you are in a high rise attached to a mall. With tons of food options, an Aldi, and other stores at your doorstep, it is extremely convenient. To get around, you have the metro 8 line that connects on level B1…which is also super convenient. There is also a beautiful park a block away…don’t miss that. When we checked in, Samuel was there to greet us, show us inside and answer any questions. There was also some welcome fruit in the fridge. Will definitely stay here again when we return.

Leleju Botique Apartment The good! - Incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating host (Samuel who was there to receive us at midnight as our plane delayed 2 hours & Lisa) - ⁠right next to Line 8, Anshan Xincun station - ⁠right next to small mall with supermarket, restaurants and coffee joints - ⁠walking distance to another mall and convenience stores - ⁠direct access food court (B1) - ⁠nice sized fridge with plates and cutlery - ⁠really good air conditioning system - ⁠washer dryer 2 in 1 To take note of - Toilet bidet wasn’t working for us - ⁠need to really balance the usage of hot water (it was ok for us as only the kids showered with hot water while we adults used cold water - ⁠water pressure dropped drastically at certain hour (believe it’s related to peak hours when more residents in the building was using the shower at the same time) - ⁠mattress was so-so for me, could feel the spring at some angles (2 out of the 3 beds had a extra topper on top)

This apartment is attached to a mall with a food court, Starbucks, nail salon, Aldis and attached to the #8 Metro. Samuel checked me in and I reached out to him a few times about which trains to connect and food necessities. He was an amazing attendant. I could see the pearl tower from my window and I used the washer in the apartment. Super convenient. I didn't give it a 5 star because the bed was super hard. But, the location was phenomenal and they sent a driver to get me at the Pudong airport.

This is by far the best stay I've had in Shanghai. It truly feels just like home – the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from cooking utensils to a washing machine. The heating is wonderfully warm, and the hot water comes up to temperature super quickly, making it easy to get the perfect shower. The location is convenient – there's a great restaurant right downstairs, a hair salon nearby, and the metro is just a step outside the door. Absolutely recommended, and I'll definitely be booking again on my next trip!

I don't even know where to start: * The building is directly attached to a metro station and a shopping mall with a food court * Right downstairs you have an Aldi supermarket * Area is safe and quiet. * Lisa and Samuel are extremely helpful, going out of their way to assist and explain. * All amenities, wifi, kitchen, great views, all as expected. My reservation was upgraded without a charge. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how convenient everything is. If you go downstairs by the elevator, basement level 1 has a food court with a lot of choices and No. 8 subway station entrance is right there as well. So literally you can go anywhere without having to leave the building. Although the building is right next to an open Mall, it is very quiet if you need a lot of rest. There are quite some businesses in the Mall including a grocery store "ALDI", a SPA and a Starbucks. If you go around the nearby neighborhood, you can find lots of other eateries and stores because of the population of the local residents. It is indeed a bustling place. Basically, it is within 30 mins of train ride to go to all the major attractions. The top well known university "Tong Ji University" is not that far either. Communication with staff members are also fantastic. I needed to travel light in the country and they are willing to keep my big luggage in the office for more than a week before my 2nd stay with them. Staff members are also very willing to receive and keep my online order delivery in their office before I can get them.

There are multiple local restaurants within few feet as well western food and coffee shops. We enjoyed the area since it is mostly locals who have we encountered. The staff are amazing. Samuel was our guys very welcoming helpful took our luggage’s to the room. Speaks fluent English as well.

Lisa and Samuel were gracious hosts. Transportation was arranged, and the driver arrived right on time to pick my husband and me up later that day. After a long flight, I needed medication for a cold. Samuel walked me to a pharmacy where he explained to the pharmacist what I needed. Additional cooking utensils were required and were promptly brought over. Access to the train station through the basement was excellent! The location was 20 to 30 minutes from all the attractions we wanted to see and do. We would definitely stay there again when in Shanghai.

Like other reviews, the room was above subway station, supermarket, and food court where you can enjoy local dishes. The manager was always willing to take the trouble of helping me. Without him, I don't think I could have managed to get a ticket to the circus show.

Excellent experience of my stay here. Manager is very helpful and thoughtful. We can ask him any questions. Location is convenient, just right on the same building of the metro. Supermarket is also on the first floor. Anyway, it’s a good choice for the family.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is super convenient — Anshan Xincun Station is right below the building, making it an ideal base for exploring Shanghai. This was our first time visiting China, so being able to message Lisa on WeChat before and during our trip was incredibly reassuring. It was so helpful to have an actual person to ask questions, especially when you’re visiting a new country and don’t speak the language. Lisa was always quick to respond, and Samuel also provided some great local tips that made our stay even better. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and accommodating, which really helped us feel welcome. There’s a lovely bakery nearby that sells the most delicious tarts — a must-try! We also enjoyed the food court downstairs, which offers a wide variety of tasty meals at very reasonable prices. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and cool — the air conditioning was excellent, especially after a warm day out exploring. Having a washer/dryer was another huge plus. The location is fantastic- above a mall (but it’s quiet in the apartment!) and around 30 mins to People’s Square. Airport links ~1 hour by public transport. The apartment itself is equipped with all the necessities and it really is beautiful there. Most importantly, the manager of this apartment is very friendly and helpful. You could not ask for a better manager! I would highly recommend considering this apartment if you plan to stay in Shanghai.

Wir haben 9 Tage hier verbracht und kommen jederzeit gern wieder. Die Freundlichkeit und der Service waren jeder Zeit gegeben. Für uns war es der optimale Startpunkt um Shanghai zu erkunden. Great communication and service. They go above and beyond. The apartment is clean and pretty much has everything you need - would’ve been nice if there were able to provide some basic ingredients like soy sauce, cooking oil, salt and sugar. But not important as there are plenty of options close by - new ones opening soon. Very convenient location as it’s a short walk from the metro. Nearby are a couple of hair salons and most importantly 2 large supermarkets and a convenience shop. Highly recommended

We chose Leleju based on the excellent reviews here. After having stayed there, we have to fully agree. Friendly and competent staff, nice room with all you need in the kitchenette like a microwave, convenient location with a food court at a mall right downstairs, a metro station a couple of minutes away (about 20 min. to the Bund), shops, coffee shops and a lovely pub (Knock Knock) all downstairs or nearby. We highly recommend this place.

We read the reviews prior to booking which sounded real good. Unlike sone reviews which are not so accurate, Leleju Boutique Apt turns out to be 1 of the great ones equipped with amenities for cooking & laundry which is important if you’re staying longer. It’s literally connected at B1 to Metro Station Anshan Xinchun (Line 8) which makes it super convenient! Samuel, the property manager has been really helpful and amazing throughout our stay. All in all a great combination much to our delight!

accueil excellent de la part du personnel. Appartement bien situé avec le métro a proximité immédiate et de nombreux commerces dans les environs. Bien équipé et pratique pour un séjour à Shanghai avec une petite cuisine et une machine à laver. Installations et ameublements un peu défraîchis sans que cela ne doit un problème. Le point négatif est la climatisation qui reste bruyante même a la vitesse minimale et très inconfortable (variations de la température et air asséché).

Just a great 5/5 hotel. Very clean. Access to the subway station is within the building so less than 2 minutes. Washer/dryer in room is a game changer. Priced very well. Can’t say enough nice things.

Experience here is exceptional. Samuel and Lisa are very friendly, welcome, and willing to help guests for most of things such as shopping, grocery, metro access, local sim card, delivery and many more. We are so satisfied with our stay. We can get very delicious breakfast and dinner in mall which is next to the building. We can take train or didi so easily. I will come back here if i stay in shanghai.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this place again. Lisa met us when we arrived, which made us feel safe and welcome, and she personally showed us to our room. There was bottled water for our first few days, laundry detergent for the washing machine, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with restaurants, shops, and the city center nearby. The metro station is less than a 2-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around. Communication with Lisa was always quick and helpful, and any questions were resolved immediately. It was also very easy for taxi drivers to find the property. If we return, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
