The website did not say the pool was closed for renovations, that's why i picked it for my kids to swim. Very, very disappointing. Other then that we enjoyed out stay. Sketchy looking part of town also.

Very good quality for the price. Jacuzzi tub and hot tub fully functional and hot! Bed was comfortable. Quiet. Good Central location. I love that they have a pantry. You can purchase a few items 24 hours a day. I gave three stars on the around-the-property rating bc of foot travelers maneuvering in dark areas of parking lot. Overall, it's this is a clean, well kept hotel and does not appear that they allow any criminal activity. I asked the gentleman at the checkout desk to help me with my bags due to this. As a female small in stature with my back turned to them in order to pull my bags out, I felt a little unsafe but I checked in after 2:00 a.m. And he was very helpful. Made me feel secure as he watched over me was very kind to to lend a helping hand. I started with a one-night stay. I've been here almost a week. Just FYI, the business center is still being developed and does not have a printer at this time, but the front desk was helpful to print twp pages for me. All other amenities seem to be as promised on Expedia

Our stay was great! The only downside was that the hot tub was closed.

The elevator was out during the weekend, but I didn't have to carry too much going up and down. The location was convenient as it was near to my destinations.

My room was clean, typical hot breakfast, friendly people. The only inconvenience was the elevator out of service.

I love that this hotel is close to a lot of restaurant options. I was horribly disappointed that their pool and hot tub were closed for our entire stay. I specifically chose this hotel for those amenities, so I won't ever stay at this hotel again.

We rented from there for the pool, for the grandkids, but the motel was under construction and the pool was not available.

It had a workout room, but it was really hot in there. The room was good, but the area seemed a little sketchy. Pretty limited breakfast options. Didn't use pool, but there was one.

The room had roaches.

Really dirty throughput except the room was fine. The breakfast food was in old crockpots and unwrapped butter and cream cheese patties were kept refrigerated but no evident utensil for them -unsanitary. Obviously, wouldn’t eat there .

The bed and pillows was very comfortable ☆ room needed walls cleaned

Stayed there one night. The bedding had bedbug stains on them. The bathroom had baby cockroaches coming out from behind the mirror. Left once we saw those. Informed front desk when checking out but they didn’t seem to care about these issues. Pay more money and stay somewhere else. It’ll be worth the peace and comfort.

The room was clean and smelled fine. The staff was wonderful, and breakfast was hot and plentiful. The building is older, but well-kept for the most part. We could tell our mattress was nearing the end of its days, but we slept well anyway in the peace and quiet.

Upon arrival it seemed like a decent cheap motel. The first night after about 12AM we found BED BUGS in our bed. The issue was quickly addressed and a different room was provided vut i will not be staying at this property again because of this.

Room 243 has humidity problem and some black spots in the bathroom. For the low cost of the room its condition was good enough for us and we would stay here again. The breakfast was good as well.

The rooms need updated. Rust and mold ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart. The breakfast was good. Beds were really comfortable. Hotel hall ways smelled like cannabis.

The halls always smelled like cigarettes & the elevator floor was always dirty & had trash on the ground.

The ac doesn't work well and the rooms smell moldy.

Cheaper than the other hotels with no pool or flat screen tvs and much nicer. I was surprised it was cheaper than the other hotel by $10 and this place had an indoor pool, which was heated and a hot tub with amber tvs and had a great breakfast. They served sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy and waffles. We get a room there twice a month for the last 6 months, we love it!

Overall, it was a very nice place. The location was good. Add say is in a commercial like area. The pool area did leave a lot to be desired. The pool itself is very small. I believe it only went to like 4 to 4 1/2 feet. The hot tub was anything but hot. It felt more like a bathwater. And the jets were not working. Breakfast was OK had scrambled eggs biscuits, gravy, sausage, cereal, yogurt, waffles. Would I stay there again? Probably not because I like to get around. But the bed was very comfortable. The shower worked fine but was not very tall. I’m 5 foot four and it wasn’t much more over my head.

Hallways where very clean and no musty smell yes this is an older property but not run down. Very comfortable bed and I have a problem finding comfortable sleeping situations. Wish they had bigger tv in rooms though.

The TV was surprisingly small, but i understand they're in the process of upgrading all of them, so that's good! There was also an odd humidity issue in our room, but there had been a LOT of rain while we were staying, so that may not be a full-time issue. Otherwise, this has been my favorite hotel to stay at in Tulsa. The convenience shop prices were much lower than the industry standard and the staff and service was exceptional!

Old hotel that needs some cosmetic help, but clean rooms and comfy beds.

We weren't there at the hotel much but the little bit we were was a good stay. My only complaint was the AC didn't work too well. I had to keep turning the temp down just to get it to turn on anf run for a bit.

Spacious and clean. We stayed in a hot tub room. The one person jetted tub looked new. The TVs were smaller than it states on some sites but we had no trouble with the size of the television. Looks like the property is nearing the end of their remodel.

Booked the room with the hot tub. Called to see if it was an actual hot tub and was told yes. When getting there found it was not it was a jetted tub

I was expecting on pay 216 for two nights. End up being 245. Toilet barely flushed. I had to fix that. Door was hard to close had to push it hard to close. Bed made my back hurt.

Please be aware travelers! They doublecharged me for staying. They took my CR card for deposit and charged me again for lodging fee. I tried to contact with the place manager, but never get reply. How irresponsible... do not go to this place, they will mess up your credit card.

It was ok. I was not in the room very much. You evening front desk person , she needs to be a bit friendlier. She did not greet me. She didn’t smile. She talk real low , I had to ask her to repeat her question. That started my stay not very good.

Doors were broken, hard to open, had to slam door and push hard to operate. Electronic keys did not work, did not fix in a timely manor. When scheduled repair on second day, work was not completed. it took 40 of the 48 hour stay to get keys that worked.

This place has the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me!

This motel stole money from us. I reserved two rooms for two nights through Expedia. When we arrived at the motel the front desk person said Expedia over booked the motel and stated we did not have rooms. Then they marked us as no shows to keep Expedia from giving us a refund. They have a camera of the front desk and are able to verify we were there. Expedia refused to make the hotel employee verify this information. Sad when companies feel a need to steal money from a hard working family.

They refused to let me check in to a room I paid for and will not give me a refund. I will never book here again. I also tried calling the phone number on their website and it says it is not in service. Expedia also promised to give me at least a $20 voucher because I booked through them, then refused that so I will not be using them again either.

This started out as a fine stay. We got stuck in Tulsa for days due to a broken down vehicle. Place is mostly clean. Staff was friendly until it came to checking out today. Wife asked if we could wait in the lobby with our luggage until our car was ready. The answer was simply no and that we must be off the property by 11:30a or incur a charge for another day. I was surprised considering the hotel has maybe 5-8 rooms occupied. It's a Tuesday. They literally had a situation the day prior which had ALL the cleaning staff talking about a guest. The lady who refused to let us wait in the lobby today just said "you don't know about that situation" to which I said, I only know because staff was talking about how gross the lady and room is. I said "here I stand a multi night guest who paid and you're kicking my to the curb like a bumb. Like I said, never in 30 years of travel have I been told I can't wait in the lobby for a ride after check out. NO offer to hold bags either. Just you and your bags must go. Made no sense. I'll never stay again and I'll be reporting this further. It was just a real awful way to treat guests. Kinda like how they talked trash about the lady who had a pee bucket in her room. Wild. Be careful staying here travelers. Editing to add this property did not offer any assistance or understanding. Again. Staff was bad mouthing the evicted customer. Staff refused to allow simply staying in the lobby and wait for a car.

Rooms were very clean, staff extremely helpful and efficient

Great breakfast, beautiful room and great staff. Only bad thing was it took 30 days to get my deposit back!!!

This property is in a bad neighborhood. I would not recommend it and will not stay there again.

Easy access to the Expo center for chili bowl will stay again and not far from the Hard Rock Casino

Hotel staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel and room was both very nice, I’d of happily paid more than the price we paid to stay here. Amenities and breakfast were lovely. A shame about the area it’s in but felt safe while at the hotel itself.

The room had a terrible smell like old mop water. The location is not in a good part of town. The gravy was as thin as water. When we left, there was a couple smoking by one of the exits and not cigarettes. Told the desk clerk and she just smiled.

Sky Tree has a friendly staff and is super close to some great dining areas. A quality value.

That part of town has gone downhill

The Sky Tree is a decent property for the money. It is located near several other hotels and is only about a fifteen minute drive to the Tulsa Expo Center.

People are super nice, facilities are good. Location is vwry accessible.

Pretty good, the people were friendly towards us, and they had a nice breakfast!!

There was not enough food when I went down there at about 8 AM, I just skipped breakfast altogether, which was a bummer.

They upgraded the TV's to smart TV finally. Usually breakfast is pretty decent but it was lacking this time,I don't think the regular lady that does the breakfast attendant was there and it was noticeable. My stays are always good here.

The hot tub was closed and the breakfast was the worst i ever seen and tasted, the eggs was bad, the sausage patties was boiled. Only thing they had was like powdered eggs, boiled sausage patties, and 1 kind of cereal, but other than that the place was clean and the beds was awesome

The room was clean. Bathroom was nice and clean. The chairs were showing wear. The TV was not working but the staff had it replaced and this was on a Sunday night. Breakfast was nice. Had 5 hot items plus other items. The breakfast room was quite large a quite nice. Pool is under repair. Also it is under new management and did good for us. Was worth the price

Good hotel, clean room. Good place for a reasonable price. Breakfast was very weak, passed on it.

Breakfast had biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs and waffles. The room was clean and overall it was quiet and super nice for the price way better than anything else you can get around here
