Ocean Escape Condos North

I am extremely disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this property to anyone, especially considering the price we paid. The condition of the condo was unacceptable, and it did not provide the amenities or quality that were advertised. To begin with, the unit was missing basic necessities. There was no toilet paper provided, and there were not the proper pots and pans needed to use the stove, making it difficult to prepare meals as expected. Cleanliness was another major issue. The living room couches were filthy and covered in stains. The floors were dirty, appeared to have gone without maintenance for months, and had visible cracks and gaps. In the bathrooms, there was mold on one of the ceilings, which is both unsanitary and a serious health concern. The bathrooms were also in poor condition. The water pressure in both showers was extremely low, and the shower floors felt unstable, as though you could fall through them. One shower head was completely loose, making it even more difficult to use. Noise was another significant problem. The neighbors were loud throughout the day and night, preventing us from getting proper rest. We reported the issue, but it continued to disrupt our stay. The most alarming issue was the lack of security and privacy. A staff member walked into our room without knocking while my mom and I were sitting in the living room in pajamas. Overall I would not recommend this place for the amount of money they charge.

The sheets were dirty, we saw 2 roaches, the frying pan was missing, there was mold around the showerhead, and the drawer had missing knobs. I ended up having to call management a few times, which was time consuming. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again and I do not recommend this property.
