Nathan Hotel

The property decor is somewhat out of date but still functional. The staff are helpful but not all are good with english. We felt safe and secure there and they had a maintenance issue which they resolve in a timely matter with little disruption to all patrons. I would like them to install an automatic front door and do everybody a favour. Many thanks to our 11th floor cleaning lady and the door man downstairs.

Friendly, helpful staff. Besides the ongoing remodel, everything was great. I'd stay there again.

The good things first: 1. upon leaving, they had personell there who secured our luggage safely. Magnificent! 2. When I asked about drinks origin (I have awful food allergies), they showed me. Then the bad things: 1. I had asked for a room away from the elevator shaft and other heavy noises. I got a room Wall-to-Wall with the elevator shaft and underneath the motor running the entire hotel’s air-condition system. That was so freaking load that I never heard the elevator shaft. 2. All rooms had wall-to-wall carpeting. This was not cleaned. We found coins on the floor and former guests toenails got stuck underneath our socks. 3. Both our rooms smelled of mould! Like they were infested. 4. The shower-area has a low ceiling. It is impossible for a grown man to fit the shower-head between the ceiling and his had. No room. 5. Lightning in the shower is loose and not particularly fire-proof. 6. THE BREAKFAST! It is on the 15th floor. Elevator stops at 14th floor. The stairs in-between are raggedy, has carpeted cover and has narrow steps. 7. THE CAT! In the dining area they keep an alive shaggy orange cat that rolls on the floor entertaining itself by licking it’s own ass. Knowing cats, noone knows where the cat has been before and in the dining room. My entire family was directly disgusted by this. We assume the cat is at the 15th floor to keep the mice and rats away from the dining area. And that alone should be a fair warning to stay away from this hotel. .

Lobby a bit small and lack of furnishings and inadequate facilities for relaxing or for waiting.

The room is spacious. The bed size is great if you’re travelling with an infant. The location of the hotel is excellent. However, the hotel is pretty average. Cleanliness is an issue. The carpet of the room was very very very (I can’t emphasise enough) dirty. Breakfast is on 15th floor and lift only goes till 14th floor. It is very difficult to climb a floor with the baby/ stroller. Food is fine.

Perfect location and a simple, basic and good hotel. Nothing fancy, but was well priced for what we got. Bali Bar was a nice touch.

Overall a great place, good location - I’d stay here again. Could do with a pool but that can’t be changed now. A little expensive compared to others.

Great location, a few blocks/short walk from Jordan MTR station (which is just four stops away from Central, which connects to the AirPort Express). We traveled late June, HK at its most warm/sticky. Hotel air was good. Breakfast was OK, fresh made eggs/omelet options. WiFi was great. Nice size room. Huge TV. The gym ellipse machine is worn, I give that one a 3/10. Gym overall needs some equipment upgrades.

Location is good. Room very clear and comfortable. Two cans of water per day for free. 300 meters to subway. In low season price is fair. Breakfast could be better……selection is small servants not good In English, big big noise while we are eating our breakfast as servants are making up the tables for lunch.

Overall it is an affordable place that is very spacious in Hong Kong. It is convenient to MTR station and relatively close to Kowloon and TST. The staff are friendly and helpful. While the rest of the room is clean and nice, the shower can be cleaner. The shower head and the corners of the shower area was moldy. I purchased a bleach mold remover spray myself. I do understand that HK is humid and is prone to having mold, but it is a little disappointing to have to do that myself. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable stay.

전반적으로 가족이 묵기에 넓고 좋기는 했는데 조식먹는곳 환경이 별로였어요ㅠ 마지막날 조식먹는데 벽에 흰바퀴벌레가 붙어있었어요ㅠ 그리고 침대밑에 먼지가 가득 ㅠㅠ 청소에 좀더 신경쓰셔야할 것 같습니다. 그 외에는 위치도 괜찮고 지하철역 접근성도 좋았습니다.

This property is in a great location and an easy walk to a lot of things. It’s a very busy area. The room is self was nice and big. But could do with a good clean you could see stain marks on the door to the bathroom and things from the last person or person before in the bedside draw and a few other areas that look like they had not been cleaned in a long time.

接待員工態度熱誠，禮貌好，雖然酒店較舊，但整體感覺舒適，房間非常整潔，因免費客房升級，所以空間較大，值得一讚！

Was disappointed that when we drop off the dress shirt to be cleaned and it was suppose to be back the same day, but it did not they informed use that it won’t be back till the next day . We had to go out to purchase a shirt due to an wedding event . The hallway smelled of cigarette, the carpet was dirty and stained.

The room was nice and big, but there was a strong moldy smell that came from the wall with the window.

Dear San Franciscan, This is actually our favorite hotel when visiting HKG. absolute gem, close by to night market, easy walk to MRT and taxi. It’s 30 mins away from HKG airport by car. Room is comfortable, spacious and clean.

Stayed for 3 nights. Easily accessible from MTR stations and convenient to get to. Rooms were spacious

Nathan hotel was easy to get to as A21 airport express bus stops right in front. Many good eateries in the area. Being on Nathan Road also means we could hop on many buses to get to areas on this long road. Like TST, Mongkok and Yau Ma Tei. Saved lots of walking. It is also only 5 min cab to HK West Kowloon train station. Cabs are always waiting outside the hotel or the concierge always on hand to hail one for you. The Smart rooms were really big for HK standard. Could easily open 4 large luggage! Was a superb stay!

Air con is set at 24, too hot for 34 degree days

住宿體驗非常好，交通方便，唯一是房內燈光照明不足，有種昏暗的感覺，洗漱用品一應俱全。

雙床房房間寛闊，但唯一缺點是浴室与房間開了一個透明玻璃屏幕，清潔人員一般沒有拉上窗簾，進浴室沒留意便會很容易給外面的人看到，造成尷尬，其實雙床房有必要留一道玻璃屏幕在浴室与房間中嗎？

When entering the room, there was about a 7 feet hallway before you could actually see the room. Inside the room is very narrow, the walls are made of dark wood, so the room was very dark and aok lights are looked dimmed, not enough lightning. Everything was very out dated. Bathroom was small, and the worse part is the shower, the water was leaked outside to the floor no matter how careful we were when taking a shower, so the bathroom floor was ‘flooded’. I almost slipped on the floor. I really don’t understand how can this be a 4 stars hotel, moved out next day.

部屋の改修後だったのか，お部屋が非常に嫌いで清潔で、大変よかったです。 　ただ壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の声が聞こえてきたのには残念でした。

친절하고 깨끗하고 좋아요 영어가능합니다 다만 방이 습하고 창문을 못열어서 환기가안돼요 오히려 겨울엔 더 좋을수도?

AC was fixed at 27 initially, we were moved to another room but temp was fixed at 23 which was still not completely comfortable. The staff though are very helpful even the manager but I don’t think they can really do anything about the situation.

- I paid $100 tip to front desk but no one helped me for moving my luggage to my room. - Bed size is not the Queen size as described. Talked to the hotel but was told that their double size and queen size bed are the same. - Contact cleaning service, and was told they would send someone, however it took more than 1 hr before someone comes. No service, no upgrade, bad attitude from the staff. Won't recommend.

It was good. The only complaint was that there was no early check in.

The staff were very attentive and helpful - excellent customer service. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel is within walking distance of the MTR station and convenient location for airport bus and local buses. Very happy with this hotel - would stay again!

Very convenient location. Reception staff was too busy to be polite or helpful. Air conditioner could not be adjusted to comfortable temperature, despite many requests for assistance from staff.

Great location! In the mid point between Mong Kok (sneaker st) and Tsim Sha Tsui - it is on Nathan Rd; also next to the Temple St night market. Very accessible as it is close to Jordan MTR station. My room was clean, spacious and had everything you need here. Friendly staff as well. Will be staying here for my next visits!

Great location! 3-5mins walk away to MTR station. The staffs service was great and able to communicate in English/Mandarin. Family room is spacious for a family of 4. Will definitely book here again when we are back to visit hong kong.

Good location

Fast and easy check in, small request taken note of. Got an upgrade for our short stay. Only problem is room aircon can get very cold and even if you increase the temperature, its still the same coldness. Unless you off the aircon. Plenty food options around the place. A21 to and from airport is very near the hotel. Hotel is located in between 2 MTR stations, Jordan and YMT. Will consider for future stays.

Excellent location in Kowloon. It is walkable to lots of shopping and food options. Staff are helpful. Breakfast was included with my stay, but that was not a highlight.
