My room was nice and quiet. I liked the bed and interior. Although hotel is located on a busy street I didn’t hear street noice. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. There are several dining options within couple of blocks. But for best dining I would recommend driving to downtown which is less than 10 minutes away.

Our one night stay was ok, not so bad and also not the best. Older outdated room. It was clean at least. Parking lot was small. Area was ok as well not too sketchy or ghetto felt safe. Walls in room was thin you can hear everything.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here this past weekend! The front desk man was nice enough to give me a room with no next door neighbors, and the room was so spacious as well! Beds were comfy, ac worked well, and parking was easy and simple! Thank you!

This was a great place to stay after attending the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert! The person working at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, they were even playing Taylor Swift! My guest and I felt very safe where we were, there was enough parking for all of the guests and it was free. It’s located near many restaurants & is easy access to the freeway. The price very fair. I would definitely stay here again when visiting this area! Thank you!

Thin walls and high ceilings led to some hallway and road noise, as well as echoing. Older condition rooms but everything was very neat and clean. Staff was friendly. Convenient parking and check in and out process. Best choice and met expectations based on low price.

The property was freshly renovated and offered parking right in front of the rooms. As someone with twin toddlers this was a huge plus as we're used to having to lug all our stuff upstairs. We loved taking advantage of the outdoor table for eating our lunches!

The sleeping area seemed clean, the air conditioning worked, and the staff at the counter was welcoming and kind. The bathroom was a nightmare - plastic pealing off the toiled seat and paint peeling off the door, the tub grey without a working plug, the mirror distressed, the towels stained and thin and scratchy, with a landlord special paint job. It was hard to trust that the bathroom was clean because it was in such disrepair (and the staining on the towels).

Our room has blood stains on the bathroom door, stains of who knows what on the lamp shades, the plug outlets were loose and half of them dod bot work, the chair at the desk was held together by duct tape and still broken, and our toilet did not flush

Very dirty, noisy, poor bed, no sound insulation. If you stay here, make sure you are on the top floor. It's very noisy from neighboring rooms. Carpets need to be washed badly - my feet were black from walking in the room

I guess for the price it is what it is. But carpets for instance are super dirty and has a horrible smell . If I want tired I would’ve just got my refund . I didn’t even want to walk barefooted , the paint on walls is coming off and just looks like no interest in true maintenance is being done here. The blankets and pillow look super cheap

My room was in surprisingly bad shape. The carpet was very worn out and dirty. The seat was extremely worn out. The covers on my bed were too thin, but I couldn't sleep with the heater on given how loud it was.

Pictures from the site do not match the condition of the room in anyway. Anytime we showered the carpet in the entryway of the room was soaking wet as there must be a leak coming from the pipes. The toilet seat was worn down and unsightly and the sink was peeling from whatever paint or schlack they used to try to spruce the place up. The tub did not have jets as shown in the picture and was covered in cigarette burns. The cable box continually lost connection and we had to unplug it from the back several times to restart it.

I was not able to check in as the manager and front desk staff want to hard copy my driver’s license and I refused to let them copy for privacy reason. I did show them the ID but they insisted on getting a hard copy and refused me to stay. I request the refund from both Expedia and the Inn, and it’s not refunded yet. I will raise the privacy issue and file a complaint with California Consumer Protection agency. There is no reason they need a hard copy of my ID, it’s a violation of privacy. I am a Diamond member at Hilton and a Totanium member at Marriott, all their hotel properties check for physical ID, but no one hard-copies it. I need to get the refunds for not staying at the Inn last night. Thank you, and please reply to my email: qihua@yahoo.com for resolution. Thank you and best regards, Qihua Mao

Just the checking in a hassle rasict made me wait till 3 pm to check in to give me my old room instayed there prior this check in i was asked thst i stink and wsit outside of the lobby till 3 pm

It was 745pm and we were on our way to the hotel when i got a call from the hotel wanted to know if were coming. Im 62 yrs old paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. We are to pay at the hotel i guess my card got declined and i was going to give him a different card but my husband is drving so i asked kf i can call him back and his respond was he'll give me 5 minutes and was very rude. I told him i needed help to get to my wallet and need to pull over and why is he being rude? He said our reservation is cancelled and dont bother to show up and hang up on c me. That attitude was uncalled for. We checked in on other hotels later than 730pm and was not a problem I WILL NOT STAY THERE EVER!!!

The staff were all super kind. They sent a text when we first checked in with info and a good number to call if I needed anything. Our room key disabled at one point and they made sure to pull my info with ID to make sure it was me which made me feel safe and they weren’t just letting anyone in rooms. I left an item and went back about 5 hours later for it after checking out and they called housekeeping who had it ready for me immediately. Great stay, especially for the price.

My room was nice and quiet. I liked the bed and interior. Although hotel is located on a busy street I didn’t hear street noice. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. There are several dining options within couple of blocks. But for best dining I would recommend driving to downtown which is less than 10 minutes away.

Loved that this place was right in the heart of Silicon Valley. Apple, LinkedIn building just 5 min walk and very close to downtown where they have great restaurants.

This was a great place to stay after attending the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert! The person working at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, they were even playing Taylor Swift! My guest and I felt very safe where we were, there was enough parking for all of the guests and it was free. It’s located near many restaurants & is easy access to the freeway. The price very fair. I would definitely stay here again when visiting this area! Thank you!

This has been my GoTo Hotel when in the North Sunnyvale area for business. It's a older building but you get a lot of bang for your buck. Convenient location, a lot of TV channels, comfortable bed and spacious for extra luggage if necessary. The street is a little noisy in some rooms but that's the only noticeable short coming. Freeways, groceries, various fast food and downtown Sunnyvale is nearby. Hospitality always great! Last stay was pleasant and quiet.

Staff very friendly and provided a good breakfast. Rooms need to be upgraded. Very peaceful and you will get a good night rest, beds are very comfortable.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, no complaints there. For the price relative the area it was probably fair but the aircon and road noise were both super loud. Fine for a 1 nighter. I'd probably invest in something better beyond that.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The fridge and microwave functioned as they should. Parking was fine. Air conditioning worked, but it was quiet and didn't drown out any of the traffic noise of N. Mathilda. There was a railing across the entire front of the rooms, which meant that noisy guests who came in late were bothersome because they had to walk by every room to reach their own instead of just walking from the parking lot directly to their room. It would be convenient to stay here again because of the staff, location and price, but I wouldn't stay here again because of the traffic noise.
