Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay

A truly amazing resort and spa. The villas are spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The staff were all extremely skilled, helpful, and friendly. The amenities abounded, and the spa offered many services. We had a lovely paella at the Mediterranean restaurant on site. Having pools and the sea accessible was also wonderful.

My stay at Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay in Tetouan was truly exceptional and easily ranks among the best hotel experiences I have had. From the moment of arrival, the level of service was outstanding—attentive, discreet, and consistently thoughtful in every interaction. The staff’s commitment to excellence is evident throughout the property and greatly enhances the overall experience. The interior design is another highlight. Elegant, refined, and beautifully curated, every space reflects a strong sense of identity and craftsmanship. The villas, common areas, and landscaping all contribute to an atmosphere of understated luxury. The spa in particular, deserves special recognition; it is world-class in both design and treatment quality, offering a deeply relaxing and memorable experience. If I were to offer constructive feedback, it would relate to the international dining options. While the quality of food is good, the variety and execution of international cuisine could be elevated to better match the hotel’s otherwise exceptional standards. Additionally, the in-villa dining menu felt somewhat limited and could benefit from a broader and more refined selection. I am unsure whether this is a seasonal consideration or consistent throughout the year, but it is an area with clear potential for enhancement. Overall, I would highly recommend Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay to travelers seeking an uncompromising luxury experience defined by elegance and privacy.

Un séjour tout simplement parfait ! L'hôtel frôle la perfection à tous les niveaux : un service irréprochable, toujours aux petits soins, avec une équipe attentionnée et chaleureuse. Le spa est un vrai havre de paix, idéal pour une déconnexion totale. La plage est magnifique, propre et paisible, un vrai plaisir. Les restaurants sont excellents, avec des plats raffinés et variés. Rien à redire : tout était parfait, du début à la fin. Une expérience inoubliable, que je recommande les yeux fermés ! Merci à El yazid, Khadija, Andy et sa collègue et le coach Lotfi !!

Séjourner au Royal Mansour est plus qu’une simple nuitée, c’est une expérience inoubliable qui capture l’essence de l’hospitalité marocaine au plus haut niveau. Le service était impeccable, avec un personnel toujours souriant et attentif à chaque détail. je reviendrai sans hésiter pour revivre cette magie et ce service impeccable.
