Een leuk hotel vlak bij het centrum (loopafstand 5 min) en de oude vestingmuur aan de achterkant, nadeel je kan en mag niet parkeren je moet je auto buiten het oude stadscentrum parkeren, wat gelukkig niet zo ver weg was.

The location is superb, but there is no p-place, so you have to park outside the wall (P4). There is no aircon in the rooms and the standard is poor and doesnt reflect the high price. Outdated and expensive. The breakfast was ok, the service was very good. Would not stay there again, would rather look for sth else.

Good location on the edge of the old town, right near the wall. Safe and convenient. Rooms were decent, clean enough, pretty basic. Staff was not friendly nor helpful, unwilling to give us basic space for our family to gather outside our rooms (3 rooms for 4 nights, thought that might warrant using an empty table in an empty room of the restaurant, but not allowed even when restaurant empty). They appeared overworked and frustrated. It was over the Christmas holiday, so that was surely part of it, but, not friendly. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Restaurant was closed for other meals due to the holiday. No way to get tea or coffee outside structured breakfast hours, no access to main lobby after 9pm. Overall, a pretty basic stay that met our needs but did not go beyond that.

We were only told about after 22:00 to use alternate entrance with our key card. Property conveniences on Expedia indicated laundry facilities available which were not available per staff. Didn’t offer alternatives. Onsite parking for a fee was not available as indicated in Expedia property description.

Absolutely beautiful town, and this hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Quiet and slightly away from the «\xa0hub\xa0» of other accommodations, it was quiet, and had easy parking. Easy walking to many restaurants and shops, and situated right next to the wall that surrounds the old city. Lovely seating area outside as well, away from the street, like a little oasis.

Wir wurden herzlich und freundlich begrüßt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch gab es gute Tips und alle waren hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Check in was lovely and the welcoming staff was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean with delightful adjustable beds. The check out staff was a little unfriendly but otherwise the stay was extremely pleasant and I would highly recommend.

The manager was extremely accomodating for our late arrival and last minute booking. Breakfast was fantastic! Staff was wonderful. The rooms need remodeling and our towels were dirty upon arrival.

Both staff members I interacted with were helpful and were kind enough to speak to me in English. Check-in was quick and easy and my room was ready early. This was one of the more affordably priced rooms I saw, but it left nothing to be desired for space, location, cleanliness, comfort, or service. (Note - no staff on-site overnight.) I would absolutely stay here again!

Room was nice. Would prefer house keeping once a day not every other day. Or atleast take trash out daily. Mattress was a little worn on one of the double bed and separated during sleep. Need some sort of bridge to keep the two mattress together. Smell of sewage was an issue but seemed to be at every European hotel we stayed at

This hotel requires some updates to its rooms. While the lobby, restaurant, and restrooms appear fresh and modern, the rooms feature stained carpets and outdated furniture. The location is likely the main factor in the pricing, as being situated within Old Town was certainly advantageous for visiting the city and the Christmas Market. The front desk staff were neither warm nor welcoming, making us feel as though we were inconveniencing them. However, the included breakfast was enjoyable and satisfying, with the staff we encountered there being warm and pleasant.

Das Zimmer war schön, mein Ausblick war allerdings aufs Dach und bei offenem Fenster war ein Summen einer technischen Anlage zu hören. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr befremdlich für jemanden aus einer Großstadt war es, das Gepäck am letzten Tag bis zur Abreise offen unter die Treppe zu stellen. Es gab keinen extra Raum, der abgeschlossen wurde. Es war bei der Abreise alles noch da. Die Lage vom Hotel war super. Leider hatte das Hotelrestaurant abends geschlossen.

They appeared overworked and frustrated. It was over the Christmas holiday, so that was surely part of it, but, not friendly. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Restaurant was closed for other meals due to the holiday. No way to get tea or coffee outside structured breakfast hours, no access to main lobby after 9pm. Overall, a pretty basic stay that met our needs but did not go beyond that.

The front desk staff was nonexistent on Sunday and the lobby was locked off after breakfast. This was not communicated to us. Check in was lovely and the welcoming staff was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean with delightful adjustable beds. The check out staff was a little unfriendly but otherwise the stay was extremely pleasant and I would highly recommend.

The manager was extremely accomodating for our late arrival and last minute booking. Breakfast was fantastic! Staff was wonderful. The rooms need remodeling and our towels were dirty upon arrival.

Both staff members I interacted with were helpful and were kind enough to speak to me in English. Check-in was quick and easy and my room was ready early. This was one of the more affordably priced rooms I saw, but it left nothing to be desired for space, location, cleanliness, comfort, or service. (Note - no staff on-site overnight.) I would absolutely stay here again!

Staff were all very helpful and patient. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast had plenty of options and was well stocked. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the train and 5-15 minutes from all of the sites within the walls.

Great location in Rothenburg obT! Our room was very clean and had a very comfortable adjustable bed. The bathroom was the nicest bathroom that we have had yet on our trip! We would stay here again!

Really beautiful property, myself and another female traveller stayed here for one night and felt safe and comfortable. 10 minute walk from main train station, and then an additional 10 mins to the city center it was a really good location! Only downside for us was that the hotel offered luggage storage as we had arrived a few hours before check-in, and the luggage storage was not secure - we were instructed to essentially leave our bags unattended in the main lobby and we both weren't entirely comfortable with that. Luckily nothing happened but other than that it would have been a 10/10 stay.

Absolutely beautiful town, and this hotel was a wonderful place to stay. Quiet and slightly away from the «\xa0hub\xa0» of other accommodations, it was quiet, and had easy parking. Easy walking to many restaurants and shops, and situated right next to the wall that surrounds the old city. Lovely seating area outside as well, away from the street, like a little oasis.

The location is superb, but there is no p-place, so you have to park outside the wall (P4). There is no aircon in the rooms and the standard is poor and doesnt reflect the high price. Outdated and expensive. The breakfast was ok, the service was very good. Would not stay there again, would rather look for sth else.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen, allerdings könnte von allem etwas mehr beim Frühstück angeboten werden, es liegt immer nur sehr wenig da, so dass bei mehreren Leuten ständig Dinge fehlen.

Mycket trevligt hotell på bra läge i staden. Vänlig personal och bra man kan ga med hunden. Dock fick hunden ej följa med i frukost restaurangen. Men de ordnade fin plats på terrassen till oss.

The room lacked basics you would expect at almost any hotel: no bottled water, no coffee or tea. There was no air conditioning either. More generally, neither the hotel nor the rooms appear to have been renovated or properly maintained over the years. Everything felt worn and dated, as if the place had been left untouched since the 1980s. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was lovely, very clean, and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. We contacted the hotel beforehand to ask about air conditioning and were told they did not offer AC. Our first night was very hot, and after complaining a few times, we requested an additional fan. The next morning, we were able to upgrade for an additional fee to a room with AC, which they do have in some rooms, and we were very happy with the upgrade. I believe there may have been a language barrier, so if AC is important to you, I recommend being very clear when booking and confirming that your specific room has air conditioning.

Das Frühstück im Hotel war uns zu teuer. Wir haben in einem hervorragenden Café in der Nähe gefrühstückt.
