The back door did not work all the stairs doors Open If there was a fire it would spread rapidly due to doors being open elevators not working properly rugs on all hallways filthy dirty moldy smelly you have some serious violations

The kitchen room is spacious with a good size living space. I like how the room was more square than rectangle like some kitchenette rooms I have stayed in. This makes the living space bigger I feel for a family. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a bigger fridge. The courtyard in the middle is a nice space. Every employee I dealt with was nice. Also it is located behind a Wal-Mart so you can walk there, but far enough away that you can not hear or see the traffic. I would stay here again.

We reserved in advance for a stay, after a concert at Ruoff. There's was an armed security guard standing by the office outside, which tells me they're used to issues. The office wasn't air conditioned, and check-in was behind glass. Another sign they have issues. We were put on the third floor. The elevator seemed really sketchy. It made a lot of noises, and we kept our fingers crossed that we'd get to the destination. There were two bars of soap, towels that felt hard, and no shampoo or conditioner. The bed was uncomfortable, there were no USB plugs anywhere in the room, the fridge wasn't clean, and it sounded like people were trying the wrong keys to get in our room all night. The barking dog down the hall woke me up pretty early, so their walls were pretty thin.

Unfortunately, there were multiple larvae in the bed. We moved to a different room and both beds there had the same larvae as well, like we saw 6-10 on each bed. It looks like they’re carpenter beetle larvae sand they’re probably all infested and they really need to do get every room exterminated. The entire place smelled terrible like pee and mold, The lady at the front desk was very kind I really appreciate her.

The staff was extremely nice. The room however was covered in stains. Thankfully the bedding was completely clean but the curtains and towels, not so much. There was also hair in the shower. The hallways are pretty strong with the scent of dogs but the staff does vacuum and try to address the odor in the mornings. Would only recommend if you just need a cheap bed overnight!

Parts of the hotel are being renovated. The room however was clean. It was also quite large and comfortable. No breakfast is available but there are numerous places to eat within walking and driving distance. The one problem we had was that there was no hot water at the bathroom sink but the kitchen sink had hot water. So did the shower which was excellent.

My stay of 5 days/4 nights was adequate for me traveling alone & I did no cooking. This property requires an extra $100 deposit, and is only refunded 24-72 hours after checkout. (Never had to pay a deposit for a hotel before.) The kitchen included fridge, microwave, stovetop and sink, but no pots/pans or utensils.

The location was convenient for where I needed to go while I was there without the high price of being closer. I loved the kitchenette, could fix something to eat thanks to the microwave, fridge and coffee pot without having to spend money dining out. There is an issue with hot water. It's not very hot at all and one nite I couldn't get any no matter how long I let the water run. They are aware of intermittent issues with it. Would be a huge plus to get it fixed.

Our stay started badly when it took over 20 minutes for someone to come to the lobby so we could check in! Then when entered our room, the chemical fumes were overwhelming! The rooms are being remodeled and some product used was giving off volatile organic compound fumes which are carcinogenic when exposed to for extended periods. They acknowledged the problem but had no other finished rooms for us. It was after midnight and we were in no mood to search for another hotel so stayed one night. We woke up early with irritated throats and hoarse voices and checked out immediately but were told we could not get a refund for the second night we had prepaid for!

This extended stay hotel wants your "Money" but not you! The check in agent was rude and to the point, I need your ID and Credit card. You won\'t get your deposit back for 7 days. The carpeting in all hallways looks like it was used for a toilet and smells. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the towels we hard and rough. There is a kitchen, but so cooking or eating supplies. BTW take out your garbage.

When we arrived to check in, we waited in the lobby for 35 minutes trying to find someone. I called the property directly, used the phone there to call the front desk and the night time attendant with no success. Finally got checked in and they did not explain where our room was. We searched on our own. Immediately upon walking into the facility, the smell was very overwhelming. It was a very foul smell. The room was dirty and outdated. It was very loud and felt very unsafe as i had a child with me as well. Would not recommend or return!

Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Convenient to Ruoff Music Center. Great value for the money. The only thing I didn’t like was the roadwork that was going on in front. I will definitely be back when I am up that way again.
Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Convenient to Ruoff Music Center. Great value for the money. The only thing I didn’t like was the roadwork that was going on in front. I will definitely be back when I am up that way again.

The hotel is ok; we stayed 7/18 -7/20. It's Motel 6 either bought out or under new management (they did a terrible job covering the sign). The room was clean, but the common areas are in need of a major upgrades or cleaning (halls & elevator). The bed was too soft and there's only two soft pillows, so I didn't sleep well. One major plus is the location, because it's very accessible to dining, Walmart & the expressway (most walking distance)! There's no bells or whistle just a clean room to lay your head.

We were pleasantly surprised with the condition of the motel, room and area. The room was really clean, smelled nice, and the motel was easy to get to. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with the surrounding area. Kitchen included regular fridge. microwave, toaster and stove. There were no plates, cups, silverware or cooking utensils. Also, there were no bath products.

The rooms have a kitchenette so that is nice! Great location. Close to restaurant's and stores. Motel could use some new carpet in hallways but for the price you can't beat it!

This was the perfect choice for our one-night stay on our way to TN. Our room was very clean and spacious. Was nice having the large fridge and cooking area, however there was nothing to use to cook with so if you are looking at this hotel for that purpose, you will want to bring your own. The front desk staff was great - very friendly and helpful. The only complain I have was the hallway outside of our room had a terrible smell! I actually had to hold my breath when walking through it. Hopefully was just that particular night that something has happened as the other hallways seemed fine.

Decent. Affordable. My biggest need was bringing our mastiff puppy along. The prices for bringing bigger dogs was different from the website. They charged my card for the full stay, even though it says you can pay at check in. That is my complaint, aside from our AC in the room BARELY blew air. Truly it was nice for a hotel that accepts pets and was at a good price point. No breakfast. Requires a lot of effort to get extra towels. Clean kitchen.

it’s not terrible, it’s just not good. the property is overall just not well taken care of, it’s musty and hot and smelly. pillows are super hard and the beds aren’t comfortable. whole place just smells strange. only food options i’ve seen are two vending machines

Parts of the hotel are being renovated. The room however was clean. It was also quite large and comfortable. No breakfast is available but there are numerous places to eat within walking and driving distance. The one problem we had was that there was no hot water at the bathroom sink but the kitchen sink had hot water. So did the shower which was excellent.

What I like is the location and safe area and living arrangements with a stove, laundry. They dont have a gym nor do serve breakfast but they have coffee

Roaches. I never leave bad reviews but I draw the line at bugs on the walls of the bathroom. They were so understaffed; I doubt more than one person is working at a time. There was a hair on the bed so we had to have the sheets changed, then woke up to a weirdly cold and humid room, walked in the bathroom, and found one cockroach on the wall of the bathroom next to the sink, and a different type of roach/bug on the grout of the tub. I didn’t even have the chance to say anything when checking out because the person working the front desk was also needing to clean up the breakfast station and didn’t have time to check us out. The two staff members I saw seemed to be trying their best but they can only do so much. They did help us with a late check-in, so that was nice.

For what it was worth it was okay. The guy who checked me in was super nice but the elevator lowkey sketchy ,when we entered our room it smelled of animal urine.we cracked open the window and left the bathroom fan on since we were only in the room to sleep after our event. It could have been worse
