Stayed 4 days with girlfriend and a puppy we were showing at a dog show in Castle Rock. Room was comfortable and everything worked properly. Nice choice of channels on the TV. Good water pressure for the shower. There wasn't a tub if you prefer that. Breakfast was good, basically eggs, potatoes, sausage,and waffles were hot items. Cereal, muffins,yogurt, apples and bananas also. Pool looked nice but didn't have a chance to try. Exercise room had a couple pieces of equipment and some free weights. Overall we enjoyed out stay and would stay there again.

1 night stay - Last minute booking. Nice price and nice reviews led me here. Exceeded expectations. Comfortable bed, clean room, nice breakfast spread and even a pool and fitness room.

It was super nice we got a great deal. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had very good pressure. The pool was a little cloudy so that was concerning but other than that it was great!

It looks like it was already a pretty good property before renovations began, and it\'s not entirely clear to me what upgrades they\'re aiming for. There were a whole lot of "out of order" signs and "pardon our dust; we\'re renovating", but no clear evidence of work going on. We didn\'t book this hotel for the pool, but it would have been good to list it on Expedia as not having a pool in working order, rather than saying that a pool is one of its amenities only to find out after check-in that it\'s closed for maintenance. Same goes for the elevator, especially as we were assigned a room on the second floor and had a lot of luggage to haul. It\'s deceptive to advertise a feature that you don\'t actually have at the moment. To be fair, I did get a flurry of texts and emails from the property immediately after I booked, presumably to warn me about some of the out-of-order features so I could cancel and rebook elsewhere if I wanted to. But a) that\'s a hassle that is better avoided by informing customers BEFORE they book, and b) none of the links in the texts or emails worked, so I don\'t actually know what they said. Apart from that, however, we had a pretty good experience: the room was clean, the staff were helpful, the breakfast was good, etc.

The staff was awesome, and the beds were very comfortable, HOWEVER, the entire hotel wreaks of weed. My kids had to use a blanket to cover their faces just to leave the property. It's not a faint smell either, its overwhelming. Had to use towels stuffed under the door to keep the stench out. Just be ready for that.

Overall, not a bad stay. Great location to Denver and many places I visited on my trip. The biggest disappointment, however, was a damp, soggy smell in my room. When I checked in, there was a large industrial fan blowing within the room. I told the front desk who promptly removed it. After being the room for a bit, the smell was not going away so I went back to the front desk and asked if I could move to a different room. I was told there was no smell, and the fan was typical in "freshening up" the rooms. I was also told the hotel was sold out that night so there was no where to move me. There was most certainly a smell, and later on, I discovered the carpet was wet where the fan had been blowing. I sucked it up and made do. Beyond the smell, the room was nice and comfy for the little time I spent there each day. It was really disappointing to be dismissed by staff so easily without any effort of trying to make the situation better.

The TV was way to small for the room and too old to connect laptop or phone too. The mattress was way too soft and the room backed up to a noisy interstate.

I like this place, I've stayed here before. I forgot how awful the TV was, just regular cable with no channel guide. This time the pillows were remarkably uncomfortably. They'd clearly been washed which is nice, but washed so many times they were basically sacks full of hard lumps. Otherwise i like the place. The beds are comfortable for hotel beds. Everything is clean and smells good and I love the 70s style yet somehow space age showers. :)

Lady at check-in was very nice. Bed was fairly comfortable. The lady at checkout was very nice. There was only green leaf soap and I can’t use soaps with green dye, and I forgot my own soap, so I couldn’t take a shower. The room was adjoining to room 110. I couldn’t tell for sure that it was locked. It was a little noisy. I could hear the TV in the next room and hear them talking. And the breakfast was terrible. Biscuits as hard as a rock. I couldn’t tell if the gravy was gravy or oatmeal. And the waffle maker was broken. And the Lucky Charms cereal was stale. Very disappointing breakfast.

The staff is amazing! The male manager was there both days we stayed and he was so nice... the female desk clerk that was there both days until 11pm was incredible. The maids were all so nice. The breakfast was awesome! We didnt swim but the pool looked great and in a very relaxing atmosphere. Our dog enjoyed his stay too! Clean rooms... decorations are a little outdated but i kinda liked that because everything was still so clean! Would highly recommend. We will be staying here when we go to Denver EVERY TIME.

The property was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay, however we arived around 8pm to check in and the man at the counter was so rude didnt look up when i stated we had a reservation he just said okay and went back to watching his phone we stood there for a few moments until he asked us for an id and card still never looking at us and remaining very rude. Im glad the other staff in th morning was so nice

There was only one staff member and our flight was late getting in. We had to wait until ver an hour for checkin which was very frustrating. We were offered a free beverage for the inconvenience which was insulting to say the least!

Staff especially the night male front desk worker was extremely rude, and acted like we were bothering him to check in. Housekeeping refused to give us enough towels and stated we needed to grab them from the front desk, when we did the front desk stated they did not have any. We ran out of TP, same issue.

We had an air conditioner problem the first night and they moved us to another room very easily. Everything about the motel was nice. The staff was great. The smoking area is comfortable and out of the way. Good choices for breakfast. The room was clean. The shower was good. Great price in a great part of town.

The people at the front desk were very nice and parking, getting into the room, etc was very easy and convenient. We booked this place with the complimentary breakfast in mind, but it wasn’t very good. We mainly stuck to the toast, cereal, and yogurt. The second night of our stay, our room key didn’t work for some reason (we kept it in a wallet and not too close to any phones) which was annoying when you’re tired and want to go to bed, but the front desk fixed it super quickly.

When I first entered my room, there was a smell. I went to the front desk and they handled it promptly and efficiently. My 2nd room was great. I extended my stay totaling 10 days. Michael, Cynthia and Katie helped me several times throughout my stay. A nice little breakfast. Will be back should the need arise.

Honestly, I was grumpy finding out there is a security room charge on top of the cost of the room & that the room I booked was only 1 bed (which I still don't know how that happened), but the lady at the desk, Dara, was a superstar. She showed grace & kindness when I probably wasn't very pleasant with her. She even moved her car so I could have a closer parking spot since theres only 4 handicapped parking spots for the hotel.

Staff was great and hotel seemed nice enough. My only complaint was the amount of people who were clearly living in their cars around the parking lot along with the amount of wrecked cars that were parked in the area.

Great value. Nice one night stay during a single business trip to Denver. Easy to find and tucked in nicely away from big roads. The building is constructed to minimize freeway noice nicely. Thanks for a clean, pleasant and comfortable bedroom.

The Frontdesk staff was friendly. Housekeeping staff are very nice Hot breakfast was a big plus, I didn't know when I booked it was hot breakfast included. Very close to major freeway. Target and Starbucks a walk behind the hotel, or drive for 3 minutes. The best part was how clean the room was. And the A/C worked great

The location of this hotel, in it's proximity to the Extended Stay America hotel, makes it a bit dicey. Unfortunately, my second night at your hotel, there was a domestic incident that apparently involved a gun, and 3 arrests. As a single woman in a room very close to the incident was terrifying.

stayed a few times here as it is generally cheaper and v clsoe to where i work in the area. the rooms are fine, just the area outside the hotel is sketchy as hell. long as you arent robbed or stabbed before you get in the building, its fine.

Excellent stay. Great location: restaurants, Target, close to I 25. Staff were all very friendly and helpful Hot breakfast with good protein options. Room was comfy. I come to Denver once a year and from now on Sleep Inn will be my choice

This motel is as good as the reviews stated. The continental breakfast was awesome with many options. Everything was fresh and the staff was constantly cleaning and replenishing the items.

Nice enough for a weekend stay. Breakfast is terrible.. don’t bother waking up for that. But overall it was quiet, clean, and comfortable with about 30 cable channels. And the location for a concert at Fiddlers Ampitheater is good.. that was why we were there. Nice shower with shampoo/ conditioner provided.

Lady at check-in was very nice. Bed was fairly comfortable. The lady at checkout was very nice. There was only green leaf soap and I can’t use soaps with green dye, and I forgot my own soap, so I couldn’t take a shower. The room was adjoining to room 110. I couldn’t tell for sure that it was locked. It was a little noisy. I could hear the TV in the next room and hear them talking. And the breakfast was terrible. Biscuits as hard as a rock. I couldn’t tell if the gravy was gravy or oatmeal. And the waffle maker was broken. And the Lucky Charms cereal was stale. Very disappointing breakfast.

The people at the front desk were very nice and parking, getting into the room, etc was very easy and convenient. We booked this place with the complimentary breakfast in mind, but it wasn’t very good. We mainly stuck to the toast, cereal, and yogurt. The second night of our stay, our room key didn’t work for some reason (we kept it in a wallet and not too close to any phones) which was annoying when you’re tired and want to go to bed, but the front desk fixed it super quickly.

Great value for the price. Simple amenities, clean, well-maintained, and a comfortable bed. We liked that we could walk from the hotel to a concert at Fiddler's Green (about 30 minutes). Plenty of restaurants nearby, too.

I stay for 28 night so I got the full experience of this hotel, at first it seemed decent, I was treated like the other guest until I wasn’t, I made a complaint about a staff member making comments on my facial expression which I have autism so I can’t control it, she was being ableist. This hotel is not neurodivergent friendly, I was addressed with “what’s up” and “umhumms” by this staff member which I consider micro aggressive, this staff member went to the back and started speaking spanish and talking about me, laughing with other staff when I asked for the towels I requested that never came, this staff member continued the behavior and had other staff join in, the general manager could care less because the behavior got worse. They started treating me poorly. The internet was nearly non existent. My delivery was stolen and they claimed the cameras didn’t work properly , after this they kept interrupting my deliveries so I had to put codes on my orders so they couldn’t do that, instead of taking responsibility and making things right, the staff and management decided it was best to bully me the rest of my stay for over two weeks of it, This was not enjoyable staying at this hotel, it was a nightmare! The breakfast is 4/10, the swimming pool has constant alarm beeping, not enjoyable, they place the towels and sheets on the front counter so thats unsanitary. They didn’t have ink for the printer, the maintenance man stood at my door listening in and staring at my door

The actual staff was mostly wonderful. The front desk ladies were specifically excellent. The kiosk was a JOKE. THAT STAFF WAS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. The housekeeping spoke zero English and it took 3 days to get any help and cleaning. Our restroom was constantly broken. Microwave didn't work.
