Appalachian Mtn Cabin Near New River State Park!

The cabin did look like the pictures and was as described. However, we had trouble getting into the gate (possibly due to us not pushing the button hard enough). The porch was covered in pollen. The shower upstairs leaked through the kitchen ceiling ( that was caused by the curtain not being in the shower and the bottom of the tube not sealed properly). There were two beds upstairs one had crumbs so we did not use it and the other had bed bugs. I will say we searched all the beds and it appeared that was the only one with visible bed bags. Unfortunately we did not see them until the second night. We ended up leaving a day early due to all the inconveniences. Our guest contact was available and helpful with our concerns and the customer service was also a great help with our concerns as well.
